One of the machine learning tasks is supervised learning. In supervised learning we infer a function from labeled training data. The goal of supervised learning algorithms is learning a good hypothesis that minimizes the sum of the errors. A wide range of supervised algorithms is available such as decision tress, SVM, and KNN methods. In this paper we focus on decision tree algorithms. When we use the decision tree algorithms, the data is partitioned by axis- aligned hyper planes. The geometric concept of decision tree algorithms is relative to separability problems in computational geometry. One of the famous problems in separability concept is computing the maximum bichromatic discrepancy problem. There exists an -time algorithm to compute the maximum bichromatic discrepancy in d dimensions. This problem is closely relative to decision trees in machine learning. We implement this problem in 1, 2, 3 and d dimension. Also, we implement the C4.5 algorithm. The experiments showed that results of this algorithm and C4.5 algorithm are comparable. This paper provided a hybrid coding using spatial and spatial - temporal scalability terms, for coding video with high resolution. In the hybrid method, Intra and Inter video frames are encoded in two different ways. Intra frames are coded using SPIHT algorithm based on wavelet transform and Inter frames are coded using conventional MPEG-2 standard, based on DCT transform. With using this procedure, video is sent through two or three layers. The transmitted data from layers provided the video with different resolution and quality. There for, the user can choose the appropriate services based on their needs. In the spatial scalability, the base layer and enhanced layer have the same coding structure. But in the spatial - temporal scale when the second-upgraded-layer, because it contains only Inter frame, just coded based on standard methods. Simulation results of various videos with high resolution show the image quality of the proposed method in comparison of scalability in multiple layers in MPEG-2 standards. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a hybrid encoder using two features of spatial scalability and spatio-temporal scalability is presented for high resolution video coding. In the combined method, Intra and Inter video frames are coded in two different ways. Intra frames are coded using SPIHT1 algorithm which is based on wavelet transform. Inter frames are coded in the usual MPEG-2 standard way and based on DCT conversion. By coding the video with a high degree of resolution in two ways: spatial scalability and spatial-temporal scalability, the video is sent through two or three layers. The data sent from the layers provide a video with different resolution and quality to the user. In this way, the user can choose the right service based on his needs. In spatial scalability, the base layer and the upgrade layer have the same coding structure. But in the spatio-temporal scalability of the second upgrade layer, because it only includes Inter frames, it is only coded based on the standard method. The results of the simulations performed on different videos with a high degree of resolution show the improvement of the final image quality in the proposed hybrid method with scalability in different layers, compared to the method based on the MPEG-2 standard. One of the learning methods in machine learning and pattern recognition is supervised learning. In supervised learning and in two-category problems, the available educational data labels include positive and negative categories. The goal of the supervised learning algorithm is to calculate a hypothesis that can separate positive and negative data with the least amount of error. In this article, among all supervised learning algorithms, we focus on the performance of decision trees. The geometric view of the decision tree brings us closer to the concept of separability in computational geometry. Among all the available resolution algorithms related to the decision tree, we raise the problem of calculating the rectangle with the maximum difference of two colors and implement the algorithm in one, two, three and m dimensions, where m represents the number of data features. The implementation result shows that this algorithm is competitive with the well-known C4.5 algorithm. Manuscript profile

The Qur'an is the first and foremost source in the interpretation of the teachings of Islam, the validity of which is accepted by the majority of Muslim thinkers, but historically some - whether Sunnis or Shiites like the Qur'an and the Akhbaris - in either or Both have been in doubt or denied. The school of separation led by Mirza Mehdi Esfahani has had a particular interest in the source of traditions, but has a different position on the validity of the Qur'an as the epistemic source of religion. This article will show that the separatist schools, especially their first spectrum, either questioned or denied the validity or validity of the Qur'anic scripture, or they needed it. The first part of the article explains the position of some of the schools of distinction regarding the damage to the validity of the Qur'anic document by proposing a theory of distortion and its criticism. The second part of the article is devoted to examining and criticizing their position on undermining the validity of the Qur'anic verses by focusing on such arguments as: the division of human science into divine and human, the divisive aspect of the Qur'anic traditions, the separation of texts from appearance. The faith is one of the most valuable religious issues that it has always been considerable to scholars. In the approach of faith, the essence of Faith, its relation to Islam, to reason, and its subjects have always been discussed. The importance of these issues is that they play an important role in the individual and social functioning of every human being. The contemporary approach that focuses on these issues, especially the relation of faith and reason, is the school of separation. In viewpoint of Maleki mianaji “one of the Maktab-e Tafkik followers” Faith is Confession and acknowledgment to existence of God, Divine prophets, the world hereafter, the scriptures and the Hidden and Angels. According to him, the faith has degrees and the Faith to God and the Faith to The world hereafter is the first degrees of Faith. He believes the faith to God is after his cognition. The notable point in the Maleki mianaji’s views is that the faith is the creature of God and the man must earn it. On the other hand, the knowledge that is the basis of faith is realized by God through the prophet and the infallible Imams. The present article describes and analyzes the Maleki mianaji’s statements of faith, especially his interpretive approach, and seeks to highlight the specific points of this approach. The school of separation is a contemporary thought school in which soul is considered a material thing just as body is. However, beyond the material world, there is the wisdom created by The Almighty God to mediate His divine grace. And when the lights of wisdom are cast on the soul knowledge is grown. Mirza Javad Tehrani, based on Qur’anic Verses and the Traditions, has offered a tripartite classification of knowledge including the innate knowledge, the knowledge of remembrance (of God) and the gifted knowledge. He sees pure obedience and penitence as the sole means of obtaining knowledge. In his ideology, the true knowledge differs from human knowledge in that it has its roots in the divine source; therefore, the underlying presumptions of human knowledge, such as philosophy and mysticism, constitute the greatest obstacle to attaining true knowledge. Through content analysis, the present library research aims at introducing and Criticizing the intellectual ideology of Mirza Javad Tehrani and answering the question of how he presents and analyzes human knowledge Manuscript profile

The Tafkik School has different principles, principles and rules that rely on them to explain their views and opinions. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain and evaluate the principles of this view. The purpose of this study is to show the weakness of the foundations of this view. The weakness of the foundations of a view is the source of doubt in the validity of that view. By researching the library in the works of the separatists, especially Mr. Mojtaba Qazvini, the author has studied their foundations and analyzed them in the form of "epistemological and methodological" and "ontological" foundations. After explaining these principles, the author critically evaluates them. Whereas, on the one hand, one of the basic conditions for the application of "school" to an approach and attitude is the existence of correct and sound foundations, and on the other hand, segregation lacks this condition; It should be said that separation is an attitude and an intellectual view and not a school, and it is permissible to refer to a school. Human perceptions can be divided into two real and mentally-posited groups, each with their own specific features and principles. The inappropriate combination of these two perceptions has resulted in some mistakes on the part of thinkers and, sometimes, has even resulted in doubting the basic principles of intellection. This incorrect combination is rooted in the lack of a clear criterion for the separation of these two types of perception. In his quest for the parameters of the separation of the truth from mentally-posited entities in ‘Allāmah Ṭabāṭabā’ī’s works, the author has proposed six criteria in this paper and then analyzed and criticized them. Finally, he concludes that although none of the mentioned parameters can be an absolute criterion by itself for the separation of real and mentally-posited perceptions from each other, the collection of the assumptions originating in the simultaneous use of a combination of such criteria could create a high confidence level regarding this necessary separation. Nowadays, many daily human activities such as education, trade, talks, etc are done by using the Internet. In such things as registration on Internet web sites, hackers write programs to make automatic false registration that waste the resources of the web sites while it may also stop it from functioning. Therefore, human users should be distinguished from computer programs. To this end, this paper presents a method for distinction of Persian and Arabic-language users from computer programs based on Persian and Arabic texts using Nastaliq font. In this method, the image of a Persian or Arabic word written in Nastaliq font is chosen from a dictionary, and it is shown to the user, then he is asked to type it. Considering that the presently available Persian and Arabic OCR programs cannot identify these words, the word can be identified only by a Persian or Arabic-language user. The proposed method has been implemented by the Java language. Manuscript profile

Separating colored point sets is an interesting problem in computational geometry with application in machine learning and pattern recognition. In this problem, we are given a geometric shape C and two point sets P and Q of total size n as red and blue points, respectively. Now, we must separate red and blue points by this shape such that all the blue points lie inside it and all the red points lie outside it. In the previous work, we have some algorithms for rectangle and wedge separability but we do not have any algorithm for separating by a triangle and separating by a triangle with a fixed angle such as right triangle. In this paper, we present an efficient algorithm for right triangle seprability. In this algorithm, we use sweep line technique and introduce some events and process them. So, we can report all separating right triangles in O(nlog n) time. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a new method for resolution enhancement of single document images is presented. The proposed method is example based using an example set of low-resolution and high-resolution training patches. According to the Bayes rule, one function is considered as the likelihood or data-fidelity term that measures the fidelity of the output high-resolution to the input low-resolution image. As well, three other functions are considered as the regularization terms containing the prior knowledge about the desired high-resolution document image. Three priors which are fulfilled by the regularization terms are bimodality of document images, smoothness of background and text regions, and similarity to the patches in the example set. By minimizing these four energy functions through the iterative procedure of asynchronous sequential gradient descent, the HR image is reconstructed. Instead of synchronous minimization of the linear combination of these functions, they are minimized in order and according to the gradual changes in their values and in the updating HR image. Therefore, determining the coefficients of the linear combination, which are variable for input images, is no longer required. In the experimental results on twenty document images with different fonts, at different resolutions, and with different amounts of noise and blurriness, the proposed method achieves significant improvements in visual image quality and in reducing the computational complexity. In this paper, we propose a self-learning single image super-resolution. In our proposed method, adjacent pixels information in smooth area is used. Low and high-resolution pyramids are built by applying up-sampling and down-sampling techniques on input image, as training data. In training phase, we apply support vector regression (SVR) to model the relationship between the pair of low and high-resolution images. For each patch in the low-resolution image, sparse representation is extracted as a feature vector. In this paper, in order to reduce the edge blurring effects, we first separate edge pixels from non-edge pixels. In the smooth area, because of the similar colors around the each pixel, the center pixel value is determined by considering the reconstructed adjacent pixels. Experimental results show that the proposed method is quantitatively and qualitatively outperform the competitive super-resolution approaches. Manuscript profile

This paper presents a new method for blind two-channel speech sources separation without the need for prior knowledge about speech sources. In the proposed method, by weighting the mixture signal spectrum based on the location of the speech sources in terms of distance to the microphone, the speech sources are separated. Therefore, by forming an angular spectrum by generalized cross-correlation function, the speech sources in the mixture signal are localized. First, by creating an angular spectrogram by generalized cross-correlation function, the speech sources in the mixture signal are localized. Then according to the location of the sources, the amplitude of the mixture signal spectrum is weighted. By multiplying the weighted spectrum by the values obtained from the angular spectrograms, a binary mask is constructed for each source. By applying the binary mask to the amplitude of the mixture signal spectrum, the speech sources are separated. This method is evaluated on SiSEC database and the measurement tools and criteria contained in this database are used for evaluation. The results show that the proposed method is comparable in terms of the criteria available in the database to the competing ones, has lower computational complexity. Manuscript profile

In this paper, space-time codes for MIMO radar are used to achieve high resolution at target range and speed. The two-dimensional ambiguity function is known as a tool to compare radar performance in terms of resolution. A space-time code can be designed based on minimizing the distance between the actual target parameters in range, speed and angle. For this purpose, high resolution can be achieved by analyzing the ambiguity function and narrowing it down as much as possible. In this paper, the ambiguity function with two variables of amplitude and speed mismatch is considered and a new criterion to achieve high resolution performance in this field is proposed. In this case, by optimizing the proposed cost functions, the optimal space-time code is extracted. The proposed design can also be extended to phased-MIMO radar. The simulation results also show that our proposed scheme has a very narrow ambiguity function around the origin, while it has a performance very close to the optimal state in terms of target identification probability. This study attempted to lay the ground for linking human resources data based on the results of the organizational excellence model for about 51 parent and subsidiary companies of the National Iranian Gas Company using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning methods. The goal was to present a model for clustering chief organizational managers based on the companies’ evaluation using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM)-based excellence model. The unique characteristic of this method is that it is formed based on the actual performance and output of successful organizations, headed by successful managers and leaders. Accordingly, a performance-based excellence model can be achieved in the future. The outcomes of model evaluation for 2017, 2018, and 2019 for 51 companies affiliated with the National Iranian Gas Company were first clustered. Clustering was performed for 3776 pieces of data via AI-based methods, and coding was done in Python. This applied study aimed to design and develop a novel method for discovering the experts and scientifically classifying the organization’s human resources based on credible data. It also aimed to integrate novel scientific domains of AI, including clustering, to pave the ground for human resources research. In the applied dimension, the results were used in organizational planning and decision-making to generate a tool whereby the future managerial performance of the organization and staff can be predicted based on appropriate human resources data. Finally, a ranking is presented based on the competency gap by using Fisher discriminant ratio (FDR). Manuscript profile

Abstract Compressional and shear velocity are two fundamental parameters, which have many applications in petrophysical, geophysical, and geomechanical operations. These two parameters can be obtained using Dipole Sonic Imaging tool (DSI), but unfortunately this tool is run just in few wells of a field. Therefore it is important to predict compressional and shear velocity indirectly from the other conventional well logs that have good correlation with these parameters in wells without these logs. Classical methods to predict the mentioned parameters are utilizing correlations and regression analysis. However, the best tool is intelligent systems including Artificial Neural Network, Fuzzy Logic, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System, and Multi resolution graph base clustering for performing such tasks. In this paper 1321 data points from Kangan and Dalan formations which have compressional and shear velocity are used. These data are divided into two groups: 995 and 326 data points were used for construction of intelligent systems and model testing, respectively. The results showed that despite differences in concept, all of the intelligent techniques were successful for estimation of compressional and shear velocities. The Multi resolution graph base clustering. The method had the best performance among the others due to precise clustering the data points. Using this method, the compressional and shear velocity were correlated with correlation factor of 0.9505 and 0.9407, respectively. The developed model does not incorporate depth or lithological data as a part of the inputs to the network. This means that utilized methodology is applicable to any field. Manuscript profile

Porosity is one of the main variables in evaluating the characteristics of an oil field. Petrophysical data are normally used to determine these variables. Measurements obtained from well logs, containes some errors and uncertainty. This porosity is influenced by different factors, such as temperature, pressure, fluid type, clay content and the and amount of hydrocarbons. One of the best, and yet most practical ways to reduce the amount of uncertainty in porosity measurement is using various sources of data and data fusion techniques. Data fusion increase certainty and confidence and reduce risk and error in decision making. In this research, the porosity is estimated in 4 wells of Azadegan oil field, with data fusion method (Bayesian theory). To check the ability of generalization of the method, the porosity was also estimated in one other well of this field. A maximum of 7 input variables were used to estimate porosity in this new approach. The results showed that data fusion technique is more powerfull than traditional tecniques for porosity estimation. According to the results, this method has higher credibility than traditional techniques that show 0.7 to 0.8 regressions with log data but data fusion technique showed solidarity over 0.9 with log data. Permeability in fluid flow is for a porous rock, which is exactly what causes the problem. core analysis and well testing are two most commonly used methods of permeability measurement, but in-vitro measurement of permeability by applying core analysis on all wells in a specific field is very time consuming and costly and even impossible when dealing with Horizontal wells. Wells testing, on the other hand, is not cost-effective for reasons such as; High costs and zero production during the testing process. Therefore, thanks to their low cost, comprehensiveness and availability, permeability estimation methods developed according to conventional logs land DSI diagrams are of critical importance. Taking this into account, in the present study, permeability was first estimated using multi-resolution graph-based clustering (MRGC) and the results were compared with permeability rates obtained from core analysis. In the second stage, permeability was measured by ST-FZI method and the results were compared with permeability rates obtained from core analysis. In the third stage, the multi-resolution graph-based clustering (MRGC) method was used to improve the permeability calculated by the ST-FZI method and overcome the reservoir heterogeneity. First the flow units were identified, and then the ST-FZI method was applied on each flow unit to calculate permeability and finally the calculated permeabilities were combined to obtain an accurate permeability graph of the studied well. The correlation coefficients of permeability rates estimated via core analysis in the multi-resolution graph-based clustering method (R2 = 77), ST-FZI method (R2 = 47) and improved method (R2 = 84) were measured. The afore-mentioned method was able to improve the permeability calculated in the previous step by 37% and was recognized as the best permeability measurement method in the Kangan reservoir of the well subjected to study. A methodological problem, wich becomes more important in case of multiplicity of resources of knowledge, is the relation between the datas of those resources, their cooperations and solving the conflictions wich may occur between them. The probable confliction can be considered within the datas of a single resource, as it can be considered within the datas of several resources. The present issue is aimed to study and evaluate the resolution to problem of conflict, between narrative and rational reasons, from the view point of Shia rational-philosophical and Tafkik theology. The intellectual trend of "separatism" (Tafkik) which is chronologically divided into predecessor and successor periods, while negating the philosophical intellect in comprehending the Qur'an, acknowledges merely an interpretation based upon the correct tradition. The contemporaries of this trend take a more balanced approach compared to their predecessors, and with a specific definition of intellect, they assume functions for it in interpretation. The present article, using the documentary method for data collection and a critical approach, evaluates the fundamentals and interpretive method of separatism with a focus on instances of their work, and seeks to prove the hypothesis that despite such merits as special attention to the divine understanding of the Qur'an or the use of the analytical intellect, contemporary separatists’ foundation and interpretive method suffer from drawbacks and disadvantages. The most significant critiques are to diminish the deep Qur'anic teachings to comparative and apparent signification, to regard personal perceptions as proof, and to pose obstacles to the extension of knowledge by some verses. While this trend accuses its opponents of imposing human findings on the interpretation of the Qur'an, it considers its own understanding of the Qur'an, with its separative presuppositions in interpretive method and foundation, to be the very meaning perceived by the innate intellect, without presenting a precise system of the epistemological approach and the requirements of its system of thought. This reduces the scientific weight of this trend and puts it in a lower position than other interpretive approaches. Manuscript profile

Partition, separation, and division each have their own specific definitions and are different from one another. Generally, partition refers to the difference between multiple joint partners, while separation means separating a property or land by the owner. In other words, when the partners do not agree on how to divide the joint property, the solution is to request partition. However, in the case of separation, a person can also take action to separate their own land or property. In this research, we intend to focus on the concepts of partition and separation and compare them from the perspective of property registration law. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to answer the question, what is the relationship between God and the universe from the perspective of Mirza Javad Tehrani? For this purpose, his written works were analyzed by means of content analysis of sources in a library manner. Sages in response to this question of rational assumptions such as; They have used the principle of causation, falsification, composition, the principle of oneness, the subject of manifestation, etc., and by proposing a separation between the first creation and the first emission, they have considered the relationship as an existential matter. Mirza Javad, one of the thinkers of the separation school, while not accepting the aforementioned principles, does not consider the claim of the sages to be free of problems. He believes that determining the example of the first creature and expressing the type of relationship is beyond the realm of human knowledge, so we must obey the Sharia texts in this regard. Therefore, the relationship between God and the universe is definitely established. Although its quality is unknown to us. Manuscript profile
