Nation-states have encountered several political and geopolitical crises since the outset of their formation and development. In geopolitical crisis that the grounds for the conflict over the control and capture of one or more geographical values are significant, the crisis endures and sustains to some extent and cannot be easily resolved; since the issue of conflict belongs in the national interests upon which no compromise is feasible for the parties involved. The Republic of Azerbaijan, as an important actor in the geopolitical region of Southern Caucasia, faced a geopolitical crisis of the occupied territories due to Armenian territorial expansionism. It was a crisis that gained some international aspects following the intervention of some powers. Iran, as the most important neighboring country to Azerbaijan, has very often attempted to maintain her own position among regional and transregional actors through intervening in this crisis. Accordingly, this current study descriptively-analytically attempts to examine the question how Iran’s performance is assessed to resolve Karabakh’s crisis. The research findings demonstrate that Karabakh’s crisis has become complicated due to its being multi-faceted, its longevity and resistence, the plurality of the actors and the persuit of some particular geopolitical objectives by the mediators. Iran also follows up her own various objectives on the basis of the complex matrix of crisis and her geopolitical implications: prevention of triple coalition of Azerbaijan-Armenia-Turkey; averting the crisis spreading to her borders; playing an inhibitory role against the presence of transregional actors like Israel and U.S. accosting her borders. The critique of archetype, based on the theories of Carl Gustav Jung, explores archetypes in literary texts and explains their roles, functions, and transformations.Among the archetypes that Jung enumerates in his works, we can mention four female archetypes that appear as feminine roles in their lives. These four roles are: the role of mother, wife, Madonna and the role of Amazon. These roles appear in relation to others, the environment and the culture that governs the living environment in women's behaviors. By examining the literary works of women, it is possible to see how and to what extent these roles are present. By studying the literary works of women, one can see how these roles are present. Western and Iranian female writers drawers these roles in different ways.In the present study, we, comparatively, analyze these feminine roles in the novels “Cheraghha Ra Man Khamoosh Mikonam (I turn off the lights)” and “Aadat Mikonim (We get used to)” by Zoya Pirzad and “Mrs. Dalloway” and “To the Lighthouse” by Virginia Woolf. The conclusion shows that the feminine roles based on Jung archetypes are not used in the same way in Pirzad and Wolf. As a Western novelist, Wolff deals with the roles of mother and wife in a more balanced way. She has applied much more Madonna's role for “The Lighthouse” but Amazon role in Mrs. Dalioway has drawn powerfully. Wolf's feminist approach has not been ineffective in addressing these issues. In Pirzad's works we see the role of the mother in a sacrificial approach and the role of wife in the conservative approach. She has a special place for the role of Madonna and has gradually incorporated the role of Amazon in the framework of traditional Eastern culture in a step-by-step and faint way in her works. Women's employment is one of the most important topics in the field of women's studies, which has led to different theories and opinions. The problem we seek to analyze is what is the priority in the religious approach and revelatory teachings in the conflict between the key roles of women such as marriage and childbearing by working outside the home? This study, with an analytical look, while examining the three approaches to women's employment and expressing its disadvantages and advantages, came to the conclusion that from the perspective of verses and hadiths, the role of wife and mother for women is a priority in divine duties and has a value and moral burden. Employment, though, is a women's right; But it is not their job Therefore, in cases of conflict between employment and the main female roles, ie wife and mother, while observing this priority, moral and jurisprudential ideas should be given special attention, and by observing moral health in social relations between men and women, preserving the dignity of women is a priority. Family interests paid attention to this issue in terms of developmental differences between men and women, as well as the disadvantages and advantages of employment. The present study finally offers solutions to resolve the conflict. This article analyzes the opinions in a descriptive and analytical method with a revelatory approach and citing verses, narrations and opinions of thinkers. Manuscript profile

Open innovation and absorptive capacity are two popular concepts in contemporary innovation management literature. firms' absorptive capacity, as it has been defined by Cohen and Levinthal (1990), determines their ability to in-source externally developed technology or ideas. In this paper, we tie these two concepts to each other and prove how the recent insights about open innovation can advance our understanding of absorptive capacity. External technology sourcing is becoming more important for a number of reasons: Shortening technology life cycles, emerging technologies with the potential to disrupt market leaders' positions, sharing costs and risks associated with science based technology, globalization of the R&D activities as a response of companies to the greater dissemination of knowledge throughout the world, the growing importance of seed and venture capital to finance excellent business ideas, etc... These inter-organizational knowledge flows do not materialize automatically and firms have to develop skills to tap into external sources of technology. Furthermore, absorptive capacity is crucial in explaining why some companies are better than others in creating and capturing value from in-sourcing externally developed technology and technological collaboration with innovation partners. Hence, absorptive capacity and the outside-in dimension of open innovation are necessarily linked to each other. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how absorptive capacity and the outside-in dimension of open innovation can be linked to each other. We focus on the question how complementary between internal and external technology plays a role in open innovation and absorptive capacity of innovating firms. This paper discuss about open innovation around two key factors (humanity & organizational) and relate it to absorptive capacity .Then analyses conceptual model with SWOT. Manuscript profile

“The Methodological Role of the Principle of Nothing Proceeds from the One but the One” is the title of an article the writer of which believes that the explanation of this principle is limited to a number of problems in the field of metaphysics in its particular sense. Therefore, any reference to it “in order to demonstrate logical and natural problems and some problems in metaphysics in its general sense” is unjustified. In this paper, in response to the above claim, the writer shows: 1) this idea was initially proposed by Mulla Sadra and later evaluated and developed by Hakim Sabziwari (although the article mentioned above refers to Mulla Sadra’s view and Sabziwari’s evaluation and development of this view, it does not provide any response to it); 2) the origin of this view neglects the limit of modal unity; 3) all through this article the true One is mixed with the one truth; 4) in the mentioned article, the original principle and its opposite are intermingled, and the claim of the original principle also effects its opposite, and 5) the writer of the same article considers the “impossibility of inferring a single concept from multiple referents” to be one example of the false applications of the principle of “Nothing proceeds from the One but the One”, whereas philosophers have not resorted to this principle in this regard. It seems that this error originates in equating the relationship between the concept and the referent with causality. Even if we assume that it is correct, it is better to say that this problem is based on the opposite of this principle rather than its original form. However, the claim made in the article, if assumed correct, entails the original principle and not its opposite. Moreover, the mentioned problem is not even based on the opposite of the principle. How incumbents benefit from advanced technologies has played an important role in the management literature. Industrial companies, in spite of certain advantages in the resources, experience and market knowledge, need to use advanced technology to increase their competitive advantages. Yet very little research has explained how incumbents collaborate with new nanotechnology based firms in order to develop new nano products. The study focuses on longitudinal six-year case studies of five collaborations between incumbents and new nanotechnology based firms. The contribution of this research is available in three parts. First, the benefit of incumbents from the nanotechnology requires a long-term extensive and interactive process, based on the synergy of technological capabilities of the new nanotechnology firms and the incumbents’ resources and capabilities. Second, the incumbents must have flexibility in their structures and collaboration’s strategies. Third, the role of the incumbents changes from a "technology taker" at the start of the collaboration to "new product development mentor" and then becomes a high-tech product / service buyer after clarifying the dimensions of technology and product innovation. This study provides a worthy illustration of these collaborations for researchers, managers and policymakers. Manuscript profile

The current applied descriptive-correlational study sought to investigate the effect of staff self-leadership on the outcomes of internal branding and role identity in the hotel industry. The statistical population of the study comprised all the staff of 5-star hotels in Mashhad, out of whom 120 people were selected through the Morgan table using simple random sampling. The required data were collected via the standard Zhang and Zhou questionnaire (2021) whose face and construct validity were measured through expert approval and factor loads, respectively. Moreover, the reliability of the questionnaire was measured and confirmed using the Cronbach's alpha test. Finally, the collected data was analyzed via structural equation modeling. The findings of the study indicated the significant positive effect of self-leadership on brand knowledge, brand commitment, and brand citizenship behavior through factors such as the visualization of successful performance, self-goal-setting, self-talk, and self-aggrandizement. Furthermore, self-leadership factors also influence brand knowledge, brand commitment, and brand citizenship behavior through role identity. It could, therefore, be concluded that promoting self-leadership behaviors helps the internal growth of an organization’s brand and facilitates internal branding through role identity. The role of the state in political society is the most important discussion of political philosophy about the state. However, whether we consider the origin of the state as a contract or the state as a natural phenomenon, the mission we ascribe to it can be raised to some extent independently of the discussion of its origin. Theories related to the role of government can be divided into two main groups. The first group, which considers the limited intervention of the government in society, includes the school of liberalism and its different tendencies and perceptions. In this group, the role of the government is basically negative and deterrent, and government intervention in citizens' rights has an exceptional aspect that must be justified based on the basic concepts of freedom, justice and equality. It is the government. In these theories, the starting point of the discussion is society and the individual is considered a subject of society. However, in this group, too, there is a lot of respect for freedom. However, the provision of freedom is not possible except in the shadow of justice (especially distributive justice) and equality. The most prominent representative of this group is the school of socialism, which is very common in the political systems of Europe today. These roles of governments from a moral point of view have significantly affected the fate of individuals and economic actors and have sometimes caused great damage to them. Accordingly, it is necessary to examine the nature of the policies of these two groups in terms of being in the category of governance or enterprise, from a moral perspective, to examine the possibility of compensation and the basis of this compensation. Using games in teaching geography and planning Abstract This article examines the use of games in geography education, including before the advent of computer-based (digital) games. The growing popularity of "serious games" and "edutainment" has been noted, focusing on their perceived benefits in classroom-based education. A blurring between digital games for educational purposes and games primarily for entertainment has been discussed, reflecting the popularity of SimCity and the potential of these games for learning about urban planning. This analysis champions games that enable students to play different roles and produce realistic "real-life" results. Two examples of non-digital board games, Collaborative and Geopoly, illustrate how role-playing expands students' understanding of planning and human geographyFor the future, geography teachers can use the sophistication and sophistication of digital games in a range of purposefully designed teaching tools, from educational entertainment as well as more 'traditional' board games. Imaginative use of all different formats can help to increase students' interest in geography to maintain or increase the capacity of students from schools to the university sector. The smorgasbord of game options continues to grow, but as Participology and Geogopoly demonstrate, some of the most effective ways to develop role play and engage with real-world problems don't require a technological "fix.". "Social monotheism" which is a novel approach to understanding the most fundamental doctrine of Islam, i.e. "monotheism", and supports the theoretical foundations of the realization of a monotheistic society, has various functions that need to be addressed due to their significance and the lack of research in this regard. Among the theoretical functions of social monotheism is its impact on Islamic sciences and their philosophy, which this article seeks to explicate, taking an analytical view, using library data, and focusing on a social comprehension of monotheistic verses. The findings of this article which is based on an analytical approach and the library method, prove the hypothesis that the dominance of the social monotheism discourse over the academic atmosphere of seminaries and universities, by influencing the topics, goals, and objectives of Islamic sciences such as theology and mysticism, may pave the way for transformation in these sciences and this article touches on its evidence and some instances. The result is that with the social reading of monotheism, Islamic sciences can be revised with a new monotheistic approach and in accordance with the needs of contemporary Islamic societies.
