In recent years, the expansion of industries has led to increase industrial wastewater production and environmental pollution. Dyes materials are one of the most important pollutants in industrial wastewater. Today, dyes are widely used in various industries such as textile, paper, leather, printing, and cosmetics. Drainage of colored wastewater does not only affect the aesthetic aspect of the receiving water but also reduces the process of photosynthesis. Also, the colors and their intermediate products are toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic for aquatic life. Most of these dyes cause skin allergies, dermatitis, and itching, and accelerate the incidence of cancer and mutation in humans. Therefore, industrial wastewaters containing dye need to be treated prior to discharge into the receiving environment. The purpose of this study was to provide a summary of the most important industrial dyes, the health and environmental effects of dyes as pollutants, and to describe the methods for their removal from water and wastewater. In this study, different dye removal methods such as biological, physical and surface adsorption methods were described and the best process for treatment of colored wastewater was introduced considering the economical cost. In recent years, environmental contamination with plastics has become one of the biggest concerns of various communities. Microplastics (MPs) are plastics less than 5 mm in size. MPs remain in the environment for thousands of years without decomposing. However, accurate analytical methods for the detection and characterization of MPs are scarce. In this descriptive-review study, based on the studies of various researchers and the papers of recent years, this contamination has been introduced and its adverse effects on human health and different environments have been discussed. The results of the studies have shown that microplastic contamination of salt has been reported significantly between four different sources: sea salt 0-1674, lake salt 8-468 and well rock salt 0-204 microplastic per kg (MPs/kg). The number of MPs in untreated water is 1437±34 to 3605±497 particles per liter and in general, the amount of microplastics in treated water is about 83% less than untreated water generally. The length and diameter should be considered when reporting the presence of MPs because the diameter is significant for respiration, while length plays a vital in durability and toxicity. Although the adverse health effects of microplastics have not been fully revealed, but the transfer of chemicals from microplastics to living organisms is a significant concern, and a better understanding of the potential dangers of microplastics is essential to human health. In today's world, the use of hi-tech and up-to-date technology is inevitable; especially with regard to the country's path to knowledge-based and innovation economy. Technology is emerged in various aspects of human life and has many social and economic effects. But dealing with new technologies, along with its particular attractiveness of it, has always been with fear. The fear of losing a job position, fear of changing the behavior of people, fear of inability to work with technology and fear of unwanted and unknown effects of technology on individual and social life are always accompanied by the emergence of new technologies. The term "technophobia" was first introduced in 1947 to describe this panic. Technophobia, by creating resistance among technology adopters, delays the adoption of technology by a large number of people. In Iran, technophobia has been shown in many ways and with the emergence of various technologies; by the introduction of cars and their replacement with the gharries to the video player, mobile phone, information and communication technologies, biotechnology and mobile-developed businesses. So, familiarity with this concept and solutions to overcome, is necessary to take the path of technological development and move towards the knowledge economy. This paper is based on the library research methodology. After reviewing the history, definitions and the reasons for technophobia and its examples in Iran are presented. At the end, some solutions are proposed to deal with it. Manuscript profile

In this paper, for the first time, we have reported the possibility of designing wavelength converter for second order femtosecond solitons, by studying its decaying behavior after confronting a localized perturbation in dispersion along an optical fiber. In our studies, in addition to the important nonlinearities for femtosecond pulses, such as self steeping and stimulated Ramman scattering, we have investigated the effects of the third and fourth order dispersions. We have realized that inclusion of the fourth order dispersion effect in our calculations makes the soliton decay behavior somewhat symmetric. On the contrary, when β4=0, the soliton decay behave in an asymmetric manner. The nearly symmetric behavior of the emerging pulses from an upward step-like dispersion, made us to change β4 from –0.0002 ps4/km given in references, to –0.001 ps4/km, to achieve a symmetric behavior suitable for wavelength conversion. A new structure named as source/drain sides-double recessed gate with N-buried layer in the channel (SDS-DRG) silicon carbide (SiC) based metal semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET) is presented in this study. Important parameters such as short channel effect, maximum DC trans-conductance, drain current and breakdown voltage of the proposed structure are simulated and compared with those of the source side-double recessed gate (SS-DRG) and drain side-double recessed gate (DS-DRG) 4H-SiC MESFETs. Our simulation results reveal that reducing the channel thickness under the gate at the SDS-DRG structure improves the maximum DC trans-conductance and reduces the short channel effects compared to SS-DRG and DS-DRG structures. Reducing the channel thickness under the gate at the drain side of the SDS-DRG structure is used to enhance the breakdown voltage in comparison with the SS-DRG structure. Also, N-buried layer with larger doping concentration in the SDS-DRG structure improves the saturated drain current compared to SS-DRG and DS-DRG structures.‏ Manuscript profile

In this work, novel gallium-nitride (GaN) high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) with a p-layer in the barrier at source and drain sides (SD-PL) is reported. Important parameters such as gate-source and gate-drain capacitances, maximum DC trans-conductance (gm), cut off frequency (fT), maximum lateral electric field, breakdown voltage, DC output conductance (go) and saturated drain current of the proposed structure are studied in details using two-dimensional and two-carrier device simulations. The simulation results of the proposed structure are compared with those of the source side p-layer in the barrier (S-PL), drain side p-layer in the barrier (D-PL) and conventional structures. According to the extracted results, the proposed structure improves the gate-source capacitance, maximum gm, cut off frequency and go compared to the D-PL structure. Also this new structure reduces the peak electric field at the gate corner near the drain and consequently increases the breakdown voltage significantly in comparison with the conventional structure. Increasing p-layer length (LP) and thickness (TP) in the SD-PL and S-PL structures, improves the breakdown voltage, gate-source capacitance, gate-drain capacitance and go.‏ Manuscript profile

This descriptive-analytical study sought to investigate the socio-economic impacts of religious tourism on the spatial development of Qom province, using a researcher-developed questionnaire designed via Analytical Hierarchy Process to collect its required data. To this end, the required criteria were developed at two levels: the economic level comprising of five sub-criteria, including "Increase in employment, increase in incomes, reduction in inflation, increase in regional production", and: private sector participation", and the social level comprising three sub-criteria, including "Increasing the security, increasing the social culture, improving services and infrastructure". The results of surveying the priority of these criteria indicated the high impact of the economic element of tourism on the spatial development of Qom province. According to experts, the more economic power the people have, the better its impact would be on the social and environmental sectors of the society. Also, the criteria were also evaluated and prioritized within the study area that formed different districts of Qom province. Accordingly, it was found that the spatial development of the central district of the province (Qom city) was mostly influenced by religious tourism in terms of 5 criteria out of the 8 criteria identified in the study, suggesting that Qom, as the hub of religious tourism of the province, outweighs other parts of the province in terms of development, which may cause some problems in the future for the development of tourism in Qom province. Environmental pollution caused by the blood from packaged chicken is one of the biggest problems in the production and distribution of these products. The effect of packaging with cellulose pad and lemon extract on chicken drumstick samples was studied on some chemical, microbial and physical properties. The environmental effects of this study are also important because the compounds released from poultry waste will be reduced if microbial growth is prevented. The results showed that the effect of cellulose and the presence of extracts compared to samples without pad on blood absorption factors, inhibition of TVN increase and peroxide was significant (p <0.01). This can be due to the absorption of compounds in blood by pad and the presence of phenolic and antioxidant compounds in the extract that increase the quality of the samples containing the pad with the extract. The presence of 5% and 1% of lemon extract inhibits the increase of total microbial load and cryophilic bacteria, respectively. Examination of odor, color and total desirability results in chicken thigh samples showed that all samples were in good condition on day 0, which did not change significantly in the smell and color properties after just using the cellulose pad. However, changes in color compared to the smell of the product are more noticeable due to blood absorption and reduction of meat storage capacity over a period of 6 days. In general, over time, the samples containing the extract were in better conditions for all factors than the control samples. As a result, it will prevent the increase of microbial contamination, bloodshed and other harmful factors to the environment. Manuscript profile

A significant problem in Islamic philosophy is investigating the various dimensions and aspects of immateriality in the view of philosophers. One of the most important problems in the discussion of immateriality is the acceptance or rejection of Ideal immateriality, which has been one of the major concerns of Islamic philosophers in the course of history. Among them, Peripatetic philosophers accepted the world of intellects and rational immateriality by denying the Ideal world and Ideal immateriality and considered the faculty of imagination to be material. However, Suhrawardī and Mullā Ṣadrā tried to demonstrate the Ideal world based on their own philosophical principles. Suhrawardī believed in the disjunctive Ideal world, while Mullā Ṣadrā believed in the connected Ideal world and the immateriality of the faculty of imagination in addition to the disconnected Ideal world. The present study aims to examine the effects of Ideal immateriality in Islamic philosophy and its role in resolving philosophical intricate problems. Here, the authors have investigated eleven effects of Ideal immateriality in different philosophical fields including the resurrection of incomplete and average souls; lack of the need to study the spheres and accepting reincarnation in the discussion of resurrection; demonstration of corporeal resurrection; a correct and rational interpretation of vanity of sin, immateriality of animals’ souls and their resurrection; subsistence of particular perceptions after death; the link between the world of intellects and the material world; an accurate interpretation of the Holy Prophet’s dreams, unveilings, and ascent; a correct interpretation of the state of death, purgatory, and the hereafter; the interpretation of jinn in Illuminationist philosophy, and the subsistence of issuing forms for the soul. Undoubtedly, hadiths are a precious treasure among the epistemic sources of Islamic thought. The use of this precious treasure requires preliminary steps, one of which is to identify the damage so that the hadith researcher can remove its undesirable consequences in the field of understanding hadith. "Correction" means changing a part of the hadith to another word or phrase. It is one of the plagues found in the hadiths, which requires research to identify and fix its consequences. Since a slight change in the letters and words will make it difficult for us to understand the main meaning of Masoom (PBUH) and fail us in reaching a correct and acceptable meaning, it is very important to pay attention to the phenomenon of spelling. "Distortion" in the meaning of changing the word or meaning of the hadith is one of these plagues in the hadiths that requires careful research to identify it and pay attention to its adverse consequences. The distortion of religious texts has a long history and has long been the subject of attention and concern of Islamic thinkers, especially hadith scholars. This article is written with a descriptive-analytical method with the aim of explaining the factors and consequences of distortions in hadiths. Since a small change in letters and words fails us in reaching the main intention of Masoom (pbuh), it is very important to pay attention to the damage of "distortion".
