Polar diagram is a generalization of Voronoi diagram in which the angle is used as the metric. This Problem has many applications in visibility, image Processing, telecommunication, antenna, and Path Planning Problems. In recent years two kinds of Polar diagram have been proposed and appropriate algorithm have been Presented for some types of sites. Also, some algorithms has presented for kinetic data and dynamic states. In this Paper, it is assumed that the Pole is moving and an algorithm is presented that updates near Pole Polar diagram of sites with moving pole efficiently and in a sub linear time. In this approach, the Preprocessing time is 〖O(n^4 log〗_2⁡〖n)〗 and updating time for diagram with each successive movement is 〖 O(log〗_2⁡〖n +k)〗 that k is the number of sites in region T which its site’s regions may be changed Manuscript profile

In today's competitive environment, customers are the most important asset to any company. Therefore companies should understand what the retention and value drivers are for each customer. An approach that can help consider customers‘ different value dimensions is the value network. This paper aims to introduce a new approach using data mining techniques for mapping and analyzing customers‘ value network. Besides, this approach is applied in a real case study. This research contributes to develop and implement a methodology to identify and define network entities of a value network in the context of B2B relationships. To conduct this work, we use a combination of methods and techniques designed to analyze customer data-sets (e.g. RFM and customer migration) and to analyze value network. As a result, this paper develops a new strategic network view of customers and discusses how a company can add value to its customers. The proposed approach provides an opportunity for marketing managers to gain a deep understanding of their business customers, the characteristics and structure of their customers‘ value network. This paper is the first contribution of its kind to focus exclusively on large data-set analytics to analyze value network. This new approach indicates that future research of value network can further gain the data mining tools. In this case study, we identify the value entities of the network and its value flows in the telecommunication organization using the available data in order to show that it can improve the value in the network by continuous monitoring. The development of telecommunications in Indonesia until now has experienced a very significant increase and has become a significant need in communication. Many people use communication tools daily, causing many providers to set up Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) to reach their users to remote areas. BTS has a transmit power that can reach the destination area, but most people still do not know the level of radiation emitted and the health effects on the body. Therefore the International Commission for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) has set a threshold level of safe radiation for the human body. Sambas is one of the cities in West Kalimantan which is the target for the development of BTS establishments by operators. This makes the surrounding community feel afraid of the health caused by radiation from the BTS. So it is necessary to do some research, socialize, measuring, and evaluate the level of radiation emitted from BTS, especially in residential areas. The research was conducted through several stages, including; data collection, data collection methods on variations in distance from BTS, results of radiation level measurements, and comparisons to the safe threshold value for radiation intensity that has been set by ICNIRP. The measurement results from 20 BTS in Sambas show that the radiation level from the BTS measured is still far from the safe radiation threshold that has been set by ICNIRP. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to design and explain the model of promoting the professional development of senior managers in the Iranian telecommunications industry. For this purpose, the exploratory mixed research method was used. In the qualitative section, in order to be aware of the main components of the research, semi-structured interviews with 17 senior managers of the telecommunications industry and faculty members of the university who potentially had more information about the professional development of managers. By analyzing the information through systematic coding method, the findings were identified as 5 main components including "individual maturity, organizational maturity, educational maturity, research maturity and professional maturity" and 25 sub-factors. In the quantitative part of the research and based on qualitative findings, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and administered on a sample of 172 senior managers who were selected using the non-probability sampling method. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by four experts and its reliability was calculated by Chronbach’s alpha with a coefficient of / 876. Indicates the coherence of the questions and the significant lack of dispersion between them. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS software. The results confirmed the dimensions of the extracted model. Finally, the current situation of professional development of senior managers in each of the dimensions of the model was studied, which according to the results, it was found that there is a significant difference between all calculated means and the hypothetical average. Calculating the difference between the means also showed that research maturity and professional maturity have a negative difference and senior managers of Iran's telecommunications industry have a significantly lower-than average level of growth that should be in the program. Educational considerations to be considered. Manuscript profile

This research is prepared to present a structural model for personal development in TCI. Personal development is an effective procedure in developing and empowering managers in a systematic way. Methods: The descriptive research method is correlational in which the correlations between the components are examined. The research community consists of 220 TCI managers selected using random sampling and another 140 selected from Morgan Table. We collected the relevant data using a personal development questionnaire for managers with reliability of 0.96. Of the components, 16 in three dimensions of development is reviewed including “the effective factors in personal development” and “actions performed in personal development” and “managers’ individual competencies”. Conclusion: Results extracted from LISREL and “structural equations modeling analysis” demonstrated that structural model for development of managers consists of “three dimensions in personal development”, “the processes and actions in personal development” and “the managers’ individual competencies” in TCI. Each dimension has its set of components and the model has suitable fitness. Consequently, managers’ personal development was examined with a systematic structure. Additionally, the effective individual factors have an influence on process and actions with a path coefficient of 0.37. Process and actions have an influence on individual competencies with a path coefficient of 0.17. The relationship between the components is indicative of a clear process and a correlation so that factors effective in the process and actions will have an influence on individual competencies. The validity of model will be approved using structural equations and quantitative relationships between dimensions of model. Manuscript profile

The telecommunications industry is one of the most competitive industries in the world. Because of the high cost of customer acquisition and the adverse effects of customer churn on the company's performance, customer retention becomes an inseparable part of strategic decision-making and one of the main objectives of customer relationship management. Although customer churn prediction models are widely studied in various domains, several challenges remain in designing and implementing an effective model. This paper addresses the customer churn prediction problem with a practical approach. The experimental analysis was conducted on the customers' data gathered from available sources at a telecom company in Iran. First, partial churn was defined in a new way that exploits the status of customers based on criteria that can be measured easily in the telecommunications industry. This definition is also based on data mining techniques that can find the degree of similarity between assorted customers with active ones or churners. Moreover, a hybrid feature selection approach was proposed in which various feature selection methods, along with the crowd's wisdom, were applied. It was found that the wisdom of the crowd can be used as a useful feature selection method. Finally, a predictive model was developed using advanced machine learning algorithms such as bagging, boosting, stacking, and deep learning. The partial customer churn was predicted with more than 88% accuracy by the Gradient Boosting Machine algorithm by using 5-fold cross-validation. Comparative results indicate that the proposed model performs efficiently compared to the ones applied in the previous studies. Manuscript profile

One of the most important issues in wireless telecommunication systems is to study coverage efficiency in urban environments. Coverage efficiency means improving the signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) by providing a maximum telecommunication coverage and establishing high-quality communication for users. In this paper, we use unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs) as air base stations (BS) to investigate and improve the issue of maximizing coverage with minimal interference. First, we calculate the optimal height of the UAVs for the coverage radius of 400, 450, 500, 550, and 600 meters. Then, using simulation, we calculate and examine the value and status of SIR in UAVs with omnidirectional and directional antenna modes in symmetric and asymmetric altitude conditions, with and without considering the height of the UAVs. The best SIR is the UAV system with a directional antenna in asymmetric altitude conditions where the SIR range varies from 4.44db (the minimum coverage) to 52.11dB (maximum coverage). The worst SIR is the UAV system with an omnidirectional antenna in symmetrical height conditions without considering the height of the UAV. We estimate the range of SIR changes for different coverage ranges between 1.39 and 28dB. Factors affecting the SIR values from the most effective to the least, respectively, are coverage range and the antenna type, symmetrical and asymmetric height, and finally, considering or not considering the height of the UAV. Generally, in performing technical projects, especially in the field of information and communication technology, the most important criterion for handing over the project is having technical capabilities, and less attention is paid to the communication skills of project managers, such as having emotional intelligence. Lack of attention to this issue seems to reduce the effectiveness of team communication and thus lead to project failure. The aim of this study was to measure the effect of emotional intelligence of project managers on the effectiveness of team communication in the projects of the Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical of correlation type, the statistical population of which consists of project managers and members of the project teams of the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The statistical population includes 19 project teams that have been selected by census method. Data collection tools are Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Senior Questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of project team communication. Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and imaginary variable regression and dependent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results show that the emotional intelligence of project managers affects effective communication in the project team. However, only interpersonal skills, interpersonal skills, and adaptability can predict effective communication within the project team, and the dimensions of general mood and stress management do not affect these relationships Manuscript profile
