“Samad Behrangi” is a critic of the children's literature as well as the education system before him and tries to use the capabilities of children's literature to achieve his ideological goals. This study seeks to show how children's fiction, influenced by existing discourses and the social structure that produces these discourses, offers a different conception of education and how discourses reflect the concepts of education. This research attempts to show how children's fictional literature influenced by the existing discourses and the social structure producing these discourses, affords a different conception of education and how discourses play a role in reflecting the concepts of education. In this study, an attempt was made to review, analyze and explain the story of Behrangi’s “Mahi Siah Kouchoulou”Tale from Norman Fairclough’s approach. Our goal is to show what discourse or discourses the text is referring to by accurately analyzing the story and what relationship does this text establish between education and the social and political dimensions? Situational context reinforces the assumption of the author's ideological point of view. The result of this research, based on the analysis of critical discourse, is that Behrangi in this story has described and criticized four common contemporary discourses, namely authoritarianism, nationalism, religion and the Marxist left. The fourth discourse is Behrangi’s dominant and dependence discourse. In this work, Behrangi tries to make his discourse superior to other discourses by choosing specific words, characters, places, and metaphorical aspects. The themes of education in this story are often influenced by the left discourse and other common confrontational discourses and are formed in opposition to the discourse of the system of domination (the discourse of tyranny). Abstract: Due to its ancient history and special criticality, the medical profession has always been accompanied with serious legal challenges in the balance of rights between the physician and the patient. It is for years that bona fide is being used as a criteria and a guarantee for the enforcement of law by the Iranian-Islamic jurists and law experts. Despite the fact that medical acts are considered bona fide in nature, in the judicial procedure and system of Iran, it is difficult to approve the good intention of all people rendering medical services. Therefore, despite a long history of bona fide and the liability of the physicians, a review of this principle in comparison with the Good Samaritan Law in Canadian law - as its common law likeness – could open new horizons to clarifying the liability of the physicians. According to the findings of this study, Good Samaritan Law is applicable as a liability outside the terms of the contract and only in emergency conditions and chiefly in the case of a non-physician. However, bona fide has a broader and more general coverage that can include – in case all requirements are met – all areas of liability of the physician. The demonstrable aspect of bona fide in creating rights for claiming a fee by the service provider is a strong point with this principle and a priority over the Good Samaritan Law. Manuscript profile

Samanids are the first Iranian dynasty after Islam that seriously tried to cultivate Persian poetry and literature. The most famous poets of this period are Rudaki, Shahid Balkhi, Daqiqi, Abu Shakur and Kasaei, Rabia, and Rabnjani. One of the most widely used themes in the literary works of the Samanid era is ethics and thematic topics that have received much attention in this period. Addressing the moral teachings in the poetry of this period can inform the audience about the people and their ethics in the Samanid period. Since no serious work has been done so far on the moral teachings of the poets of this age, most of whom are insane poets, this research seems necessary. From the present article, he has studied some topics such as justice, scholarship, wisdom, patience, forgiveness and forgiveness, liberalism and nature, etc. with a descriptive-analytical approach and has come to the conclusion that the poets of this era try to express the moral themes of the effort. They have considered this period of poverty as disgraceful. Instead of receiving gifts, loans are paid to the person in charge. Can be seen. Manuscript profile

In this research, he investigated the jurisprudence of Shariat, Tariqat, Truth and Sama in the Sufi school from the perspective of Imamiyya jurists. In fact, this research is about one of the basic issues of Islamic mysticism and Sufism, that is, Sharia, Tariqat, Truth and Sama. Sharia is considered to be orders and commands sent by the Lord to guide the servants. Tariqat has also been defined by the special way and method of the seekers, which includes conditions and officials, and the mystics consider the truth to be the last abode of guidance, which is difficult to describe. Most of the mystics consider this stage with astonishment. In this research, we seek to understand the nature and relevance of the jurisprudential examination of Sharia, Tariqat, Truth and Sama in the school of mystics and Sufis from the perspective of Imamiyya jurists. The words Shariat, Tariqat, Truth and Sama have a long history in Islamic mysticism and Sufism. But the important point here is that the mystics of different schools expressed different opinions in this regard. Some of them consider the sharia necessary only in the initial stages of conduct and consider a mystic who reaches the truth as not needing to follow the rites of the sharia, but some believe that performing the outward affairs of the sharia is never a burden on a person, even if the mystic reaches the stage of truth. has arrived.
