        One of the main concerns and future threats to the economies of developing countries is the performance of pension funds. Today, pension funds are considered by policymakers in the public sector as a good choice for implementing economic programs. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the success of pension funds. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, which due to the complexity in identifying and extracting the desired components, the qualitative-content analysis method has been used. The study population includes university professors, experts and pension fund managers who were selected to collect information through a semi-structured interview method, which was selected through the available sampling method. Data analysis showed that after ten interviews, categories were formed and reached theoretical saturation. The main achievement of this research is identifying 19 effective factors in 4 main management groups; Technical and specialized; It is external and economic. If these factors are taken into consideration in the formulation of policies and policies of the country, the disruption in the national economy and its dependence can be reduced and controlled by the planned programs.         The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions and competency components of teacher assistants in electronic learning context. It was an applied research with exploratory qualitative Methodology. The statistical population of the study was specialist assistants with experience in the e-learning environment. To achieve the goal of research, the theoretical and empirical literature of the research were studied. The data were collected, using a semi-structured interview method with 22 experts in the subject area, and analyzed using content analysis method. Based on the results of the research, the competency model of the assistants in four dimensions was as follows: professional-professional competencies (educational, research, subject knowledge, class management), interpersonal communication competencies (teamwork and interactivity), competencies related to information and communication technology (thinking Information and communication technology, ICT knowledge, ICT skills) and general and individual competencies (perceptual, creativity, innovation, ethics and behavior) were identified and designed.         Introduction: Adolescence is a risky period in sexual development and the possibility of masturbation or harmful habits in front of girls and families, which sometimes affects their marital life, but there are few Iranian studies on girls masturbating, so this The study was conducted with a preventive and educational orientation to explore the masturbation of adolescent girls. Method: This qualitative study was conducted in the context of counseling interaction with families and girls with masturbation complaints during 1397 to 1399. In this study, 4 adolescent girls aged 14 to 17 years were included in the study by available sampling method. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews. Results: The findings of this study showed 3 main categories and 19 sub-categories in response to the question of factors leading to masturbation, which are the priority of environmental-communication factors (such as communication challenges with parents, family stressors, unlimited communication with the opposite sex), respectively. , Psychological factors (such as sexual fantasies, and misconceptions about masturbation, cyberbullying, and pornography addiction) and social factors (such as harmful social environment, level of education, and material well-being). Conclusion: The analysis of participants' experiences indicates that communication-family, psychological and social factors have been effective in motivating adolescent girls to masturbate, respectively, and it seems that family empowerment can play a pivotal and decisive role in these factors. Therefore, preventing or quitting masturbation requires a family-centered sexual education model based on scientific principles in a broad and rich framework of religious and cultural teachings to be able to achieve sexual health in the form of family education programs in schools, national media and counseling clinics.         With increasing the attentions to knowledge-based economy, quality and quantity of different tech events, including Startup weekends, EleComps and Finups, has improved in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of attending such events in creation and development of startups. To do so, performing a qualitative research and using semi-structured interviews on 8 companies which were based in science and technology park of North Khoarsan province, 5 major themes were obtained. The most important factors determining the efficacy of the events were found to be the quality of the event, follow ups by the organizers, motivation of the attendants, developmental communication and modifying the primary core. In conclusion this study showed that the quality tech events can help create and develop the startups. Manuscript profile
