As a way of simplifying, size reducing and making sense of the structure of each social network, blockmodeling consists of two major, essential components: partitioning of actors to equivalence classes, called positions, and clarifying relations between and within positions. Partitioning of actors to positions is done variously and the ties between and within positions can be represented by density matrices, image matrices and reduced graphs. While actor partitioning in classic blockmodeling is performed by several equivalence definitions, such as structural and regular equivalence, generalized blockmodeling, using a local optimization procedure, searches the best partition vector that best satisfies a predetermined image matrix. The need for known predefined social structure and using a local search procedure to find the best partition vector fitting into that predefined image matrix, makes generalized blockmodeling be restricted. In this paper, we formulate blockmodel problem and employ a genetic algorithm to search for the best partition vector fitting into original relational data in terms of the known indices. In addition, during multiple samples and various situations such as dichotomous, signed, ordinal or interval valued relations, and multiple relations the quality of results shows better fitness to original relational data than solutions reported by researchers in classic, generalized, and stochastic blockmodeling field. The next question is that whether humans generate the meaning in their lives? Or the meaning exists per se and should be discovered by human? In the first case, the meaning of life becomes a fake matter and in the other case it becomes a real one. The divine religions, with the most decisive responses, are the best means to save humans from uncertainty and vanity in life. In the present study, the chosen viewpoint is that life becomes meaningful by the recognition of God and being connected to him. Nowadays, choosing the most effective and optimum strategy for selecting and assigning students to the target schools due to its great impact on the quality and quantity of education is one of the important concerns of the educational institution. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the appropriate criteria for appropriate selection of students, taking into account the standards and educational needs of students. In this research, from the perspective of the academic level, the student-to-school distance and the ideal planning approach, a decision-making model with distinct goals for selecting and assigning students to nonprofit and governmental schools is presented. According to the proposed method, firstly, the assessment of the students is carried out in relation to the schools in the target area, with two approaches of distance between the student and the target school and the academic level correspondence. The results of these assessment, based on the new and applied BWM, determining the weight of the academic level and the distance to the school by each student toward the school. In the next step, based on the level of science weights and the distance between each student and school, ideal planning modelling is revised for each student. In this case, the specified weights are the main inputs and the required ideal constraints are also considered. Finally, by solving the proposed model, the optimal assignment of students to each of the schools is done. After the students have been assigned to the target schools, we may encounter lack of capacity in some schools. In this case, by providing a flowchart, the way of students’ relocation to the standard capacity for all schools is explained. Also, due to the implementation of the proposed research methodology for allocating students to the schools belonging to the "Mallard" region, and conducting relevant evaluations and calculations, the sensitivity analysis has also been done. The final results of the sensitivity analysis of the proposed model indicate that the lack of consideration of the academic level approach causes changes in selection and allocation of students to schools. Therefore, the academic level should be taken into account in assessments related to the allocation of students to schools. Manuscript profile

Public sensitivity to environmental issues in the economic dispatch is also impressive. In this case it is necessary to consider the costs of pollution in the economic dispatch. Before the introduction of the concept of power system security, the subject of economic load dispatch normally focused on economic aspects rather than security of the system. Today, with the expansion of the power grid and system load, combination of stability and economic load dispatch indices has become a critical necessity. This article will consider the issue of solving the economic dispatch of power plants considering the emissions and security indices of the network. Using penalty functions, system security indices are added to the objective function of economic load dispatch problem. Since fuel costs and emission reduction targets are relatively contrasting, problem solving of economic load dispatch and emission reduction leads to a multi-objective optimization problem. Given the complexity of objective functions and necessity of the considering the practical constrains of power plants operation and security indices reveal more than ever the need to use efficient methods to optimize. In this article Multi Objective Harmony Search algorithm (MOHS) has been used to solve the problem. The results show that MOHS algorithm is excellent for convergence and accuracy compared to other employed methods. The proposed testing system used to solve the problem is IEEE test system with 10 power generation units, 39 bus and 46 transmission line. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the questions of the final exam of the geography course of the first grade of high school with the goals and content of the geography book in the city of Yasouj in the academic year of 1400 Yasouj. This research is descriptive. The population and statistical sample of this research includes the first year high school students of Yasouj city in the year 1400. In this research, after defining the sample group and collecting the exam papers, the papers were first classified based on the grades of the students from low to high and the results of validity The content of the questions showed that 32% of the first grade high school questions provided good coverage for the content and goals and 21% of the questions did not include any of the goals and content of the first grade geography course. Tradition, Modernism and Postmodernism are often used to refer to intellectual developments in the foundations and assumptions as well as the consequences of thought-making throughout history. One of the most important principles of this paradigm division is the analysis of the ratio of structure to broker and th<a name="_GoBack"></a>eir interaction and interaction. In particular, it seems that the ratio of structure and agent in contemporary thought has become much more complex than the dual-division and inherently common and conventional as poststructuralist thinkers or postmodern inspiring thinkers like Jacques Lacan have advanced their discussions using the unconscious conception of man as a structure based on language. On the other hand, classifiable thinkers in the modern approach such as Louis Althusser, with their structuralist viewpoint, have provided the grounds for doubt in the independent and self-founded identity of the subject. In this article, by focusing on a reading of Althusser's and Lacan's views, some of the similarities of their viewpoint and its consequences on the relation between the subject and authority are discussed. The findings of the study indicate that in the process of developing the subject in the context of language and ideology and in relation to social structures, with all the fluctuations and ups and upheavals, the subject does not die and the power along with its repressive and limiting aspect also builds the subject. Therefore, in Althusser's thought, along with many similarities with Lacan's thought, the authority is more important and in Lacan's attitude, the subject has more possibilities to escape from authority. So Althusser has considered the subject under it by discussing ideology, although from his point of view in the field of ideology, there is also the possibility of forming resistance centers. In addition, Lacan also considers language as a dominant structure of the subject that directs its actions, but is affected by the transformation of the political in his view, a kind of situation of impulsivity and evasion from authority in the subject.
