This article is aimed at designing and explaining the integrated pattern of employee performance management in the country's state-owned banks. In order to achieve this goal, first the integrated categories of integrated performance management have been identified and validated, and finally, by determining the model of causal relationships of these elements, the final model has been obtained. This research is based on empiricist philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it’s a cross-sectional research. In this research, mixed method (qualitative & quantitative) has been used. The statistical population of this article includes professors and experts with management experience in SepahBank and has been used to sample the method of bullet and snow. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, and finally 11 managers of the central offices of SepahBank participated in this study. To identify the infrastructural categories of employee performance management, a metasynthesis method has been used and by using interpretive-structural modeling, an integrated staff performance management model has been presented. Data analysis was performed with MaxQda and MicMac software. The results show that among integrated management structures, performance, planning and targeting and organizational culture have high penetration power and have low effectiveness. So the variables are independent. The two variables of knowledge management and coaching have high penetration power and dependency, so they are transferable variables. Employee performance management variables and performance analysis and revision are also highly dependent but have little influence, so they are dependent variables. Manuscript profile

As a multifaceted phenomenon, tourism has traditionally existed in different dimensions and areas of society. On the other hand, there are some basic concepts in sociology such as social capital, which, together with the concept of tourism, can foster social development and evolution. Therefore, this study sought to develop a model in terms of a conceptual link between tourism and social capital to be used for the development and evolution of society using mixed-method research. To this end, the study used the partially mixed sequential dominant status design approach conducted in three qualitative-qualitative-quantitative phases, according to which systematic review, thematic analysis, and modified Delphi methods were used, respectively. According to the findings of the study, in the first phase, twenty-six English and Persian articles were selected out of 211 reviewed articles using the systematic review method. In the second phase, the data collected through semi-structured interviews were analyzed via the thematic analysis method, according to which sixty-seven basic themes, twenty-six organizing themes, and four inclusive themes were identified and extracted. In the third phase, three rounds of Delphi were conducted to validate the components of the model and examine the extent of the experts’ consensus in this regard using the modified Delphi method. Accordingly, all the experts confirmed the validity of the model’s components. The results of the study indicate the pivotal role of components such as "Providing social support, participating in tourism, observing the civil rights, strengthening social, cultural, and economic infrastructure, etc. in creating a link between tourism and social capital, which can pave the ground for fostering social developments.
Sustainability is a crucial aspect in developing countries that is increasingly gaining attention from construction groups due to the need to preserve the planet's life. Sustainability encompasses components that require thorough consideration in each building, and prioritizing these components is essential for their revitalization. This study aims to refine the sustainability components specific to the case study and prioritize them in the revitalization of the Alborz Industrial Building. The research follows a nested mixed-methods approach, starting with a systematic review of past studies and first-rate research to refine the existing sustainability components. Subsequently, a Delphi future research method with three phases—brainstorming, narrowing down, and selection—is used to further refine the variables. A Likert-scale questionnaire is then developed and distributed to visiting experts. In this phase, inferential statistics for component prioritization are analyzed using JMP software. The results indicate that the reuse of these buildings falls under 4 main pillars of sustainable development and 9 key areas. The correlation between the dimensions in the sustainability outcomes of utilizing industrial architectural heritage shows the highest correlation between the social and environmental dimensions (0.655) and the lowest between the economic and cultural dimensions (0.199). In fact, by strengthening the social and environmental dimensions, the lifespan of the building can be increased. Therefore, focusing solely on increasing capital cannot ensure the sustainability of a building.
Manuscript profile
