Online travel shopping has become attractive for researchers. In our country, online travel shopping is thriving and researchers try to recognize customers’ behavior in online context and factors that impact on their behavior. Companies and organizations recognize customers’ behavior and effecting factors to find their strength and weaknesses in marketing and find customers’ demands; this subsequently leads to customer loyalty and an increase in their profit. Previous researches largely concentrated on Davis’s technology acceptance model, theory of reasoned action and theory of planned behavior. In this research by using technology acceptance model, 10 hypotheses were tested to analyze their impact on online travel purchase. In this descriptive – survey research, a questionnaire consists of 35 questions distributed online. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts’ comments and reliability was confirmed using Cronbach alpha. A sample of 250 were analyzed and the results indicate attitude, perceived usefulness, trust, and price have a meaningful relationship with online purchase intention. Secondly, perceived usefulness and trust have impact on attitude about online travel purchase. Separately perceived ease of use showed no significant relationship with attitude and online travel purchase. Results on perceived privacy suggest that it has a meaningful relationship with trust in online travel purchase, contrarily it has no significant impact on online travel purchase intention. . The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of virtual social networks of Tehran citizens and their consumption pattern. The theoretical framework is based on the views of theorists such as Veblen, Giddens and Bourdieu. The approach of the present research is quantitative and the research method is descriptive in terms of descriptive path and applied in terms of purpose. Data were collected by a survey method and using a questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the study included citizens over 15 years of age in Tehran who were interviewed using the sample size estimation formula, 600 of them were interviewed using multi-stage stratified sampling. The results, regarding objective dimension, showed that cultural consumption is one of the influential variables in the consumption pattern of Tehran citizens and in addition there is a significant relationship between cultural consumption and the use of virtual social networks. On the other hand, there is a relationship between the use of virtual social networks and the clothing consumption pattern of Tehran citizens. Churn prediction is one of the most critical issues in the telecommunications industry. The possibilities of predicting churn have increased considerably due to the remarkable progress made in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. In this context, we propose the following process which consists of six stages. The first phase consists of data pre-processing, followed by feature analysis. In the third phase, the selection of features. Then the data was divided into two parts: the training set and the test set. In the prediction process, the most popular predictive models were adopted, namely random forest, k-nearest neighbor, and support vector machine. In addition, we used cross-validation on the training set for hyperparameter tuning and to avoid model overfitting. Then, the results obtained on the test set were evaluated using the confusion matrix and the AUC curve. Finally, we found that the models used gave high accuracy values (over 79%). The highest AUC score, 84%, is achieved by the SVM and bagging classifiers as an ensemble method which surpasses them. Manuscript profile

Today’s tourists are more dependent on the Internet than ever before to search for travel information. They share their travel experiences in cyberspace. The goal of this study is to investigate the effects of travel stimulus variables, information search and the quality of electronic tourism services on the behavior of young consumers, aged 20 to 40 years. Participants included 182 young people from Tehran (46 male, 105 female), and were selected based on random sampling. Data were analyzed using the structural equation model with LISREL software. The findings showed that the motivation of travel had a significant indirect effect, through the quality of services, on the behavior of the users of electronic tourism services. The study found that the motivation to travel and search information indirectly and through the quality of service could affect the behavior of the consumer of electronic tourism services. Purpose: This research has been conducted to design an effective model for celebrity endorsers’ advertising considering the interaction effect of internalization and resource identification on the behavior and attitude of the consumer in private banks of the Tehran province Methodology: The mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) was used in this research. The qualitative method is based on the fundamental conceptualization approach, and the quantitative method is based on the descriptive-survey approach with a practical goal. In the qualitative part with the systematic (meta-synthesis) review approach, the statistical population includes all the research conducted in the area of effectiveness of the celebrity endorsers’ advertising from various authenticated conferences and journals from 1997 to 2022 internationally and from 2011 to 2021 domestically. At the beginning of the data analysis, the concepts and dimensions were assessed in the MAXQDA software using open coding, and Cohen’s kappa reliability index was calculated and confirmed at 0.89. Then the final model was evaluated using the Delphi method. 245 questionnaires were analyzed using the PLS software to test the model among the clients of private banks in the Tehran province using the mixed sampling method Conclusion:In the qualitative part considering the input indexes and criteria, 556 articles and dissertations (Farsi and English) related to the celebrity endorsers’ advertising subject were studied. The results extracted from 28 studies (16 English and 12 Farsi) were analyzed ultimately. Finally, the relationships between the models of the research were studied in the quantitative part. 11 relationships were confirmed, but 4 were not confirmed Manuscript profile

After developments in urban life and industrialization of manufacturing sector that came to the disadvantage of consumers, supporting consumer rights has always been a concern of lawmakers. The obscurity of jurisprudential fundamentals attesting to support of consumer rights, uncertainty over lack of establishing justice between the producer and consumer, and fears over disappointment of producers stand as major obstacles to support this group. This paper is devoted to application of evidences on liability against deception in line with supporting the consumers. These evidences help the person sustaining loss or damage in consequence of deceit to resort to liability against deception. As a result, a consumer with no knowledge of product specifications and deprived of required information on product use due to complexity of the manufacturing process, who has sustained loss or damage, shall receive due support. There are three advantages to consumer’s resorting to evidences on liability against deception: a) In addition to contractual relationships, these evidences are applicable to non-contractual relationships as well; b) They are invokable to losses such as destruction of property and infringement of rights; c) According to the evidences, deceit, knowingly or unknowingly, is a liability to consumers. Resorting to evidences on liability against deception paves the path for joint liability between producers and the chain of vendors which turns to be in favor of the consumer. Manuscript profile
