Human as most honorable world's creature and God's successor, has been involved in constraint & limitation of material world. He by his God's questing's nature and perfection character is going to attribute to Holy God's qualification to be able to progress in the path of reformation and refinement oneself to achieve the position of proximity and connecting to real cherished. Realization this superior goal, it is needed to avoid of engagement to material world and separation of following one self's questing. One of the doctrine that leads human to this goal, from disconnecting phase form determinations world to inexistence in Allah's phase, is mysticism and theosophy's doctrine, and Mo'lana is one of the mystics that explained and expanded the etiquettes and techniques of conducting to God in whole Mathnawi. He thinks that the most important factor and prevent access to absolute perfection and universal truth is sensuality and struggle with self – that it's quality discussed in this paper – cognizing as a key to excellency of spirit and living soul, and the condition of promoting the wayfarer to God's path from the material world to self-trusted phase, is mystic inexistence it means Self-annihilation. Ethical and behavioral standards (professional standards) are based on several principles, values and ethical standards related to occupations that ethical standards like ethical and value declarations determine ethical virtues and behavioral standards set them to guide the members of minor areas. On the other hand, in particular, our country faces a range of problems and challenges such as the water crisis, the environmental crisis, the crisis of public trust and other social crises which in many cases may threat the integrity of the country. It is believed that such problems are derived from inattention of moral values, preference of personal and group interests to public interest and corruption in general and etc,. Our assumption is that the adoption of professional standards in every kind and in particular, legal perceptions of them will lead to the rule of ethical values at the levels of occupation at first and then, lead to ethical excellence of a large part of society. In the meantime, we found through descriptive-analytical study that ethical excellence, fight against corruption and the strengthening of public trust, the safeguarding of citizenship rights, the strengthening of professional solidarity, the preservation of the dignity and integrity of the minor areas, and etc., will be prove to be true as the positive effects that can overcome many of mentioned problems. Nowadays one of the main concerns of philosophers is to apply philosophy to our daily life for which extensive measures have been taken up so far in certain teaching and research centers. In this regard the attempts made by the founders of Philosophy and Children to reconcile philosophy with society are remarkable. Though “Philosophy and Children” from the outset tended to ethics, it seems that the effect of such educational program on the augmentation of behavioral skills and interplay of children with their fellow men, in spite of its importance and necessity, remain unnoticed from the view of the experts and researchers. Accordingly, the present paper proceeds to give a critical analysis of the epistemological geometry of “Philosophy and Children” and also explains the role and impact of this program on the enforcement of communicative conduct of children with others. Drawing and presenting effective components for the augmentation of their skills in communicating with the followers of other religions are among the important achievements of the present work. The other achievements are: respecting the rights of fellow men and the opponents, bring about an atmosphere for free thinking (freedom of thinking and expression), enforcing the EQ of children, teaching the peaceful coexistence with others, and commitment of children to morality (avoiding bigotry and unduly imitation). The method of this work is analytic-deductive. Manuscript profile

Many conventional incremental conductance (INC) methods are applied for maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of photovoltaic arrays. Where, the optimization step size determines the speed of MPPT. Fast tracking could be achieved with bigger increments but the system might not operate properly at the MPP and might become oscillated at this point; therefore, there is a trade-off between the time needed to reach the MPP and the oscillation error. This article is to present an adaptive optimization step size in the INC to improve solar array performance. To adjust the MPP in the photovoltaic (PV) operation point, brain emotional learning based intelligent controller (BELBIC) is applied as an adaptive optimization step size in the INC. This would considerably increase the system's accuracy. The effectiveness of this proposed method is verified by comparing its simulation and experimental results with the conventional methods in different operating conditions. Manuscript profile

critical inductance is one of the factors that decides continuous, boundary or discontinuous conduction mode of dc-dc converters. In applications like mining, the Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) and consequently safety of converter can be guaranteed by proper selection of inductance. So, calculation of critical inductance and proper sizing of inductor is an important issue in designing of dc-dc converters. In this paper, a non-isolated n-input buck dc-dc converter is introduced. Then, the operational modes and energy transfer process is investigated and discussed in detail. The critical inductance is calculated for 3 and 4-input versions. Using the inductive reasoning, a generalized relationship is proposed for calculation of critical inductance of converter with any number of inputs (n-input version). The proposed generalized relationship not only reduces the amount and time of calculation in design stage, but also presents a better view of performance of converter. The 3 and 5-input version of converter has been modeled and simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC software. Also, the 3-input version of converter has been practically implemented. The obtained simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of proposed generalized relationship for critical inductance calculation of n-input buck dc-dc converter. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a wideband printed antenna over an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) surface is introduced which can be utilized for wireless applications such as WLAN, WiMAX, and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. In the proposed structure, a planar AMC surface as the antenna ground plane is used to direct the radiation pattern of the antenna, and enhancing the impedance bandwidth. The proposed antenna design is composed of a pair of printed microstrip elements fed by an E-shape feed line for coupling the elements. The bandwidth of the designed antenna includes from 4.94 GHz to 6.9 GHz with a return loss of less than -10dBforlinear polarization in C-band. The rhombic-shape AMC unit cell indicates the bandwidth of 5.24-7.15 GHz for the ±90˚ reflection phase. By adding the AMC surface into the printed antenna, a wideband structure with acceptable miniaturization and gain enhancement to 7.25 dBi is achieved. The simulated results of the antenna’s impedance properties are performed by using full-wave simulators of HFSS and CST. Also, two-element array of the proposed design are investigated for different polarizations. Based on the obtained results, the operating bandwidth includes the frequency range from5.18GHz to 6.81 GHz and the isolation between the array elements is less than -22 dB. For this purpose, the antenna arrays can be applied for MIMO systems. Manuscript profile

The growing penetration of electric vehicles (EVs) in distribution networks (DNs) has posed many challenges for electricity distribution companies, such as: increasing the amount of voltage drop, network losses and the number of outages due to the overload. To overcome this, it is recommended to use coordinated charging methods. However, these methods require telecommunication, measurement and processing infrastructure with high costs and can only be implemented in smart grids. In this paper, a semi-intelligent method for charging EVs is presented that does not require complex infrastructure. This method, using a simple and inexpensive local automation system, charges EVs in the off-peak periods of the DN and thus improves its parameters. Since the EVs are charged at the low tariff time intervals, the proposed method will also benefit the EV owners. To achieve real results, four-wire DN is considered to model the effect of neutral conductor. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, it is compared with different uncontrolled charging methods. A standard 19 bus test system is used for simulations. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to formulate a preventive model of the utilitarian moral education with emphasis on undesirable conducts in Mill’s viewpoint. The method used is the “descriptive-analytical” method. Undesirable conducts include wrong conducts (violating rights and comfort of others), and unpleasant conducts, the existence of which can be explained with fails in duties. The goal of moral education is happiness, and moral education includes dimensions of prevention and punishment. Punishments appear in the following forms: reprobation for violating the rights and disturbing the comfort, and losing the positive attention of others because of the behaviors lacking personal dignity. By prevention, we mean primary prevention that is governed by the principles of justice and contemplation. The governance of justice is related to the conducts violating the rights, but governance of the principle of contemplation is in preventing wrong conducts, and in meanings of “care of soul” and care of reasons. In unpleasant conducts, the ruling principle is the contemplation with aforementioned meanings. These findings support Mill’s belief that "the main foundations of moral life in the new age are justice and contemplation." Prevention strategies referring to the two types of undesirable conducts are strengthening conscience and giving insights. The linkage of strategies to principles is presented in the preventive model. According to the findings on prevention, considering reasonable punishment for wrong conducts and paying attention to justice and contemplation in explaining undesirable conducts is a positive aspect of Mill's perspectiv. However, his views on unpleasant conducts have been criticized, because interventions and punishments considered for these conducts lack the necessary performance for guaranteeing the prevention of self-harm and reforming the holders of unpleasant conducts. Also his opinion about people's owing to one another lacks the strong executive support for action in relation to the holders of these conducts. Removing these weaknesses requires a revision of Mill's harm principle and correcting and reconsructing some of his beliefs. Manuscript profile

Religious experiences are based on three axes: God, the world and man. The process of human transformation to a transcendental level is a kind of liberation from oneself and presence in society. According to Attar’s opinion, the most important stage in mysticism is immortality in God. During the path to God, seeking the knowledge of the truth, he finds the alchemy of divine love, and by being attracted by the blessings of the Lord, he travels the path of perfection with the desire to be near the truth, until he reaches the stage of immortality in God, to martyrdom, the highest level of human status. The present research, with content analysis, has explained the approaches of Attar in Elahi Nameh, to achieve the stage of immortality for the sake of Allah. The result of the search is that in order to reach the stage of immortality and closeness to the truth, the mystic needs the equipment without which it is not possible to reach this stage, such as : giving up attachment, patience in hardships, silence, the presence of the heart, insight and God's care.
