Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to design a sustainable outsourcing model using a balanced scorecard and hierarchical analysis process. In this research, we first tried to identify the success factors and failures of outsourcing based on previous studies conducted inside and outside the country. For the validity of these factors, using the content validity and the content validity index and for guarantee reliability also used the incompatibility rate of the coupled comparison questionnaire based on the EXPERT CHOICE report. Identify the strategic goals of this model using Affinity Diagram by Brain Storming. the findings indicated that to design sustainable outsourcing model using a balanced scorecard, we need to consider the economic, social and environmental sustainability in each of the balanced scorecard faces that Using this model, we can have sustainable learning and growth, sustainable domestic business processes, sustainable customer satisfaction, and sustainable financial performance. finally, the balanced scorecard with 26 strategic objectives was designed and implemented using paired comparisons of the importance of each strategic goal in every aspect of computing and prioritization. Wetlands are the most important and yet vulnerable environmental resources which are vital as water resources to agriculture, springs, ground water recharge and ecology. Therefore, the management and restoration of the wetlands are of great importance and require hydrogeological scrutiny. Barm-e-Shour is one of the most important wetlands in Khuzestan province and is utilized for drinking and agricultural purposes. The wetland is situated on Gachsaran evaporate formation. There are no permanent surface inflows, yet the wetland maintains a steady reservoir, despite the recent drought and water supply limitations. Water and recharge origin which require calculating hydrogeological balance have not been studied so far. To achieve this goal, the iso-depth map, annual water level fluctuation, catchment area and different parameters of water balance were determined. The maximum depth during the dry season was about 3 meters. According to hydrogeological surveys the water balance was positive so that the yearly inflow of water was about 10912 m3 indicating the main role of ground water in wetland recharge. Considering the karst development and isotopic results, carbonates of the Asmari anticline is the most probable source of Barm-e-Shour wetland water. Manuscript profile

The music of poetry is what makes the verse interesting. This factor is manifested in a unique way in Sultan Walad Ghazals, which is highly represented in the phonetic balance. The poet has increased the variety in rhythm using quantitative balance regarding metric features and using different meters. Sultan Walad has created special kind of rapture and fascination in his Ghazals using the cyclic meter in a way that cyclic meter is most frequent in the fast rhythms of this kind of poem. In the application of qualitative phonetic balance, he uses repetition, and by repeating different Persian vowels and consonants he has increased the aesthetic feature of his Ghazals. The long vowel /a/ is very frequent while /o/ is the least frequent vowel in his use of repetition. Sultan Walad has created rhythmic aspects in his poems by the application of vowel and consonant repetition while the most frequent repetition is in the initial consonant and the least frequent is the repetition of the initial vowel and consonant. The poet's use of repetition is more obvious in the rhyme. Therefore, it can be said that Sultan Walad has created a special kind of music in his Ghazals using different kinds of balance, regarding same sounds (including consonants), and same letters which can be studied from different aspects. An analytical-descriptive method is used in this research through which we have identified phonetic balance in Sultan Walad’s Ghazals, and in addition to analyzing each, we measured and showed the frequencies using charts and tables. The wireless sensor network (WSN) signifies to a gathering of spatially spread and committed sensors for observing and logging the physical states of the environment and for organizing the information gathered at the central Base station. Many security threats may affect the functioning of these networks. Security of the data in the system depends on the cryptographic procedure and the methods where encryption and decryption keys are developed among the sensors. Symmetric key foundation is one of the best applicable ideal models for safe exchanges in WSNs. The main goal is to improve and evaluate certain issues, such as node attack, to provide better key strength, connectivity, security for node interaction, and throughput. Uniform Balanced Incomplete Block Design (UBIBD) is used to generate the keys allocated by the base station to the cluster head. The cluster head distributes keys to its members using Symmetric Balanced Incomplete Block Design (SBIBD), and the keys are refreshed on a regular basis to avoid out-of-date entries. In wireless sensor networks, compromised nodes can be used to inject false reports. The concept of interacting between sensor nodes using keys and establishing a secure connection aids in ensuring the network's security. Manuscript profile

The movement of the workforce between the formal and informal sector can change the face of the cities and affect the development of the country. One of the main reasons for the recruitment of informal labor in various industries is to escape tax policy of the state. The study of the impact of government tax policies on the development trend of different regions of the country (especially developing countries) is significant for policy makers. In this paper, we have tried to use a generalized computable equilibrium model (CGE) to examine the impact of government tax policies on the economy of Qazvin province. The result of this study reflects the fact that the increase in taxes will lead to a strong movement of labor from the official sector to the informal sector in the province. Manuscript profile

One of the outstanding subjects regarding these incubators, with more than five years of activity, is that there has not yet been any studies and researches on incubators performance measurement, therefore this makes the judgment on effectiveness of performances quite complicated and difficult. In this paper, we have tried to provide a method which is adaptable with the features of these incubators for management and evaluation of them. The model used in this article is the "Balanced Scorecard"(BSC). By considering and focusing on different aspects of this model which are: Finance, Tenants(customers), Processes for service delivering in incubators and Growth and Development, first the effective indices for performance measurement were specified, then by means of TOPSIS method, a method for incubators -as non-profit governmental organizationsmeasurement was introduced. The balanced scorecard, as one of the successful tools in performance evaluation system, does not show the importance degree for the perspectives and the indicators under each perspective. To eliminate this deficiency the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is used in this research for weighting the perspectives and balanced scorecard indicators. In this study, first a list of performance evaluation indicators based on balanced scorecard approach was prepared and then the pairwise comparison was gained through field study and the standard AHP questionnaire with compatibility rate lower than 0.1. At the end the rate of balanced realization was evaluated for each. Regarding the pairwise comparison among perspectives done by the experts the customer perspective weighting 0.328 showed the maximum importance degree among other perspectives. The finance perspective weighting 0.290, the internal business process perspective weighting 0.239, and the learning and growth perspective weighting 0.143 were ranked as second to forth level respectively. According to the obtained certain weights, the added income comparison to the previous year weighing 0.121 was ranked in first level. Translation of the Holy Quran in Persian, is one of the most challenging parts of the knowledge of translation whose goal is to develop and promote Quranic culture and convey the divine teachings and doctrines of Islam. Apart from conveying the message and content of the source text (Holy Quran), the main principles and necessities for translation include establishing grammatical-syntactic, semantic-lexical, phonetic and rhetorical structures and observing balanced link or similar relation between various structures of the source language (Quran Karim) and the target language (Persian); Because some of syntactic roles in Arabic do not have the similar role in Persian; Hence there exists the need to establish equivalent or relative structure in Persian. Establishing this balanced link is inevitable especially in the translation of the Holy Quran to the extent that it presents the translation of the Holy Quran as a more scientific and logical one. Among the most important linguistic structures, syntactic structure has a fundamental role in the process of translation and cross-language analysis. The term "Tameize" is one of these syntactic roles whose translation is difficult due to lack of equivalent structure in Persian. For the same reason, it should be rendered based on relative structure and not equivalent structure. Negligence in establishing this link Causes problems and challenges in finding suitable Persian equivalent in the translation of the term "Tameize". Therefore, this article has examined the translation of Haddad ‘Adel and has proved his success in achieving more accurate and closer equivalents for translating the term "Tameize" in the target language. The Study shows that his translation has been more successful than those of its contemporary ones and has translated most of the terms Tameize existing in the Surah Esra and Maryam correctly. Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of balance pod and Bosu ball selective exercises on the balance of teen Futsalist with functional ankle instability. Materials and Methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with post-test pretest design. The participants of the study were 45 futsal students from the selected high school teams of Tehran cities who were selected according to the inclusion criteria. After homogenization, participants were divided into three groups based on body mass index (15 people in Bosobal training group, 15 people in balance Disc training group and 15 people in control group). After recording the demographic characteristics of the subjects, all subjects were subjected to a static equilibrium (dynamic stroke test) and dynamic equilibrium test (Y balance test). The experimental group received eight-week exercises with Balance pod and bosu ball. However, the subjects in the control group did not have specific training. Finally, all subjects after the end of the training period were tested and the data were analyzed by covariance test at the level of α=0.05. Results: The results of this study showed that eight weeks of bosu ball exercises and balance pod had a positive and significant effect on both the static equilibrium and the dynamic balance of the subjects (P = 0.001). Also, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of the bosu ball exercises and balance pod exercises in the static equilibrium (P = 0.505) and dynamic balance (P = .295). Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it is suggested that athletes with functional ankle instability, coaches, therapists and science specialists Rehabilitation use balance pod exercises and bosu ball in order of increase static and dynamic balance. The rail freight industry in Iran has been faced several challenges which affected its performance. Notwithstanding that Internet of Things leverage is rapidly increasing in railway industries-as an experienced solution in other countries-, Iran’s rail freight industry has not been involved in, yet. Related research and experiment has not been identified in Iran, as well. The aim of this survey is to identify the effects of the implementation of Internet of Things in the Rail Freight Industry in Iran. To gather the data, the Delphi method was selected, and the Snowball technique was used for organizing a Panel including twenty experts. To evaluate the outcomes, IQR, Binomial tests, and Mean were calculated. Several statements were identified and there was broad consensus on most of them, which approved that their implementation affects the Iranian rail freight industry, but in different ranks. Finally, the results formed in the Balanced Scorecard’s format. The internal business process has been affected more than the other aspects by the approved statements. Eleven recognized elements are affected in different ranks, including Internal Business Process, Financial, Learning, and Growth, Customers. The Financial perspective remarked as least consensus and the Internal Business Process has received the extreme consensus. The research outcomes can be used to improve the strategic planning of the Iranian rail freight industry by applying the achievements of information technology in practice. Manuscript profile

The geometrical and kinematic characteristics of structural elements of north Makran have been measured and analyzed in five structural sections. Then, by using of balance cross sections and restoring the structures to their original state, the amount of shortening has been determined in different parts of the area. The Bashagard, Dranar, Abenma, Koh Bahark and Vernach thrust faults with a WNW-ESE trend and 20 to 35 degrees dip towards the NNE are the main deformation controllers in this region and are the main cause of shortening. The excellent fit between N209/09 principal stress axis calculated based on the geometry of thrust faults and compression axis that formed folds, indicates that these structures were formed as a result of the same tectonic regime. The difference in the amount of shortening in different parts of the north Makran ophiolite mélange of is also directly related to the thrust faults. So that, in western part of north Makran, thrust faults caused shortening amount 22.66, 22.85 and 14.32% in structural sections A-A', B-B' and C-C' respectively,. In the eastern parts, due to the lack of thrust faults and the presence of more strike-slip faults, the amount of shortening has decreased to 4.52% and 6.67%, respectively, in the sections D-D' and E-E'. Balanced cross sections and restoring the structures to the pre-deformation stages represent the narrow width of the early oceanic basin in the north of Makran. Manuscript profile

Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that causes failure in communication, social interaction and stereotyped behaviors. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of sensory-motor integration exercises on balance performance in children with autism spectrum disorder. The quasi-experimental research design was pre-test and post-test with a control group. The statistical population of the research was all the students of Rasht who were studying in the academic year of 1402-1403. The sample consisted of 30 children (boys and girls) who were selected by the available sampling method and based on the entry and exit criteria of the study and randomly assigned to two groups of 15 people. The children of the experimental group were subjected to an intervention with a package of sensory-motor integration exercises for 12 sessions of 45 minutes, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed by multivariate and univariate covariance analysis methods in SPSS 25 software. The research findings showed that sensory-motor integration exercises improve balance performance in children with autism spectrum disorder (P<0.001). In general, it can be said that the desired intervention has improved the child's deficiency in balance performance by affecting the improvement of sensory coherence and eliminating the problems related to less or more sensitivity than the sensory limit; Therefore, it is suggested to use the intervention program used in this research to improve the balance performance of children with autism spectrum disorder.
Manuscript profile
