In recent decades, with the rapid growth of urbanization and population growth in cities, the use of public transport and personal vehicles has been on the rise, which has many consequences such as greater dependence on the car, long travels, increased transportation costs and most importantly, environmental hazards and air pollution. The Irregular use of cars leads to the loss of irreversible energy, the effects of greenhouse gas, and the dissatisfaction of townspeople of the high levels of noise and air pollution, resulting in a reduction in economic efficiency. In this regard, governments have set various rules and standards for reducing car pollution and the car makers are required to comply with them. These requirements have prompted carmakers to find ways to reduce the environmental pollution of their products and to create new technologies in this industry. Therefore, attention to environmental studies in the automotive industry is one of the most important factors. In this research, we investigate the types of pollution caused by automobile industry and practical ways to reduce these contaminations. Manuscript profile

The rapid growth of technology, increased risk-taking in global markets and the ever-increasing changes in customer needs have put pressure on new product development teams. There are many risks in the process of developing new products in all industries intrinsically. Therefore, understanding, identifying and ranking the risks is of strategic importance for companies. The purpose of this study is identifying and ranking the risks in the process of developing a new product in Iran's automotive industry, based on the literature of research and specialized interviews conducted with experts, the main indicators have been identified. The main risk indicators in the new product development process are organizational, managerial, financial, manufacturing, marketing, and technical. Moreover, they are related to the phases of new product development. Therefore, these indicators will be ranked in this study. Regarding the relationship between the criteria and the sub-criteria, the DEMETL technique will be used to identify the relationship model, and based on the network of identified relationships, the network analysis process (ANP) technique has been used for ranking the criteria and Sub-criteria with Super Decision software. The result of these techniques suggests that organizational risk is the most important parameter in risk management of the new product development process and the technical risk is the least important. On the other hand, sub-criterion of incorrect planning of resources has the highest importance and sub-criterion of lack of sufficient communications is the least important in the automotive industry in Iran. In this research, while briefly getting acquainted with the automotive industry and the principles and indicators of innovation in a car manufacturing company, it was tried to determine the innovation capability gap between the desired level and the current situation. With this awareness, opportunities are provided for the growth and development of the automotive industry and suggestions can be made to get out of the crisis and recession in this industry. It should be noted that different industrial sectors, while having similarities, have different characteristics and coordinates, and innovation studies in industrial sectors should be done taking into account these differences. This research is applied in terms of objectives and according to the presence of the researcher in this industry and the use of questionnaires within the organization in terms of survey method and field type and case study. The researcher seeks to conceptualize and answer this question that "What are the indicators of innovation capability in the automotive industry and what is the distance between these indicators and the desired level?" The results of this study show that in recent years, the trend of applying innovation in this automotive industry in Iran is Has decreased and the level of organizational innovation is not effective. Therefore, changing the existing policy and organizational structure of car companies, especially in the system of innovation and research and development and changes in the culture and attitudes of managers, is necessary to move towards the use of effective indicators of innovation and technology. Today, human resources are the most important and strategic resource for any organization and updating the knowledge and information of employees is one of the success factors for organizational activities. For this reason, the important role of education can’t be ignored in the training of skilled and expert staff. Meanwhile, the use of competent instructors helps organizations to achieve their educational goals. In this regard, the present study aimed to design a model of competency for instructors of the automotive industry. The research method was a case study. The study population consisted of all the documents related to the field of education and human resource development in the automotive industry group and all the teaching staff of this group. In the documents section, all documents were counted and in the teacher’s section, the sample was selected for interview by using a purposive sampling method. The competency model design was done by using five steps. Accordingly, in the first, literature, scientific resources, organizational experiences and existing documents were examined. A list of 56 competencies from the perspective of 44 experts and organizations was identified and in the next stage, a list of 26 competencies was identified from existing document. Then, the interview was conducted with seven successful organization instructors and a list of 24 competencies was identified. The competencies selected in the focus groups were validated by the experts. Finally, 25 competencies were organized in the form of five domains, professional foundations, planning and preparation, methods and educational strategies, Guiding education, Supervision, and continuous evaluation.
