There is an increasing use of technology in an attempt to enhance teaching and learning in medical education, from the use of websites and virtual learning environments (VLEs) to interactive online tutorials to blogs and podcasts. Beneficiaries of CME programs did not show interest in e-learning subjects and they showed more tendencies to traditional education. We conducted this study to assess the influential factors on development of e-learning subjects from the perspective of beneficiaries of continuing medical education (CME) programs in Jahrom University of Medical Sciences in 2012-2013. This is a randomized and descriptive cross sectional study. 976 people attending in CME program participated in this study on voluntary basis. Approval of doing research was taken from ethic and research committee of JUMS. They were evaluated through a valid and refined questionnaire including demographic information and 62 questions in 7 fields. Data were analyzed with T-test and Fisher’s exacts. Results:. In this study 66.3% were female and 33.7% were male: Instructional factors got the highest rank in development of e-learning materials and role of each field was assessed in e-learning are as below: Instructional factors: 28.37%, Technology: 24.17%, E-learning method: 28.26%, beneficiaries (24.83%), informative literacy (22.7%), references ( 19.07%.) and others(15.94%). Conclusion: Most of the participants believed that instructional factors are the most important one and having an organized program in development of E-learning is important too. It can be understood that the role of planners in programming is of the highest importance and special courses should be held to satisfy the needs of the participants. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this study is to use Falcon's artificial neural networks and fuzzy inference system to designing an IOT-based business model in the field of telemedicine at the National Institute of Medical Research Development of Iran. In fact, the research fatigue of NIMAD decision makers and physicians can be explained by the combination of different ways of designing an IOT-based business model in the field of telemedicine, and the need to use the T-MEDICINE+IOT.F-ANFIS system to increase confidence and reliability in Decision making, as well as the issue of the need for multiple expertise through the simultaneous use of multi-disciplinary knowledge of different areas to solve the problem of designing an internet of things-based business model in the field of telemedicine. In this study, the Matlab R2017b programming environment was applied to design an Expert system based on Falcon neural networks. Finally, using the T-MEDICINE+IOT.F-ANFIS system outputs, the status of "IOT-based business model in the field of telemedicine" can be analyzed based on variables such as the use of the IOT in telemedicine; the ability to managing devices; The position of the IOT networks; the security of the IOT; the degree of familiarity with the analysis of the uses of the IOT; In fact, the final difference between the analysis of the outputs of the Expert system based on Falcon neuro-fuzzy system of this study, and the average views of Telemedicine physicians and IOT-based business model specialists, It is not significant and it equals to 0.065. The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources in the University of Medical Sciences of a country. The present study is a qualitative study using the data theory of the foundation and the model of Strauss and Corbin. Scope of studies: University of Medical Sciences of one country, including the provinces of Gilan, Kalestan, Mazandaran, Shahroud and Babol, and the participants were experts in the field of human resources. In this regard, semi-structured interviews were conducted using purposive sampling method and snowball technique. In this study, the data reached a theoretical saturation stage after conducting fifteen interviews. However, five more interviews were conducted to ensure adequacy. The Lincoln and Goba criteria were used to determine the validity and the process audit method and internal agreement were used to determine the reliability. The findings showed that the knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources is developed in the form of five categories of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences. In this model, the relationships between components show that the knowledge model of knowledge-based human resources is done through an interactive process between components. Determining cultural, organizational, behavioral, structural, environmental factors, the formation of a new attitude to the workforce can be very important in the decisions and architectural process of knowledge-based human resources in the University of Medical Sciences of a country.
