From the beginning of the formation of the Islamic government, this religious school has always emphasized in the sacred books and the narrations of its elders about respect for Muslim communities and the necessity of communication between them. The outstanding manifestation of these concepts has emerged in the cities of the early centuries of Islam. This has led the Islamic city as a space for the development of other Islamic fundamental principles and principles. However, with the emergence of modern thinking and the emergence of numerous movements, we see that many of these concepts have been met with considerable damage. This is considerably more significant in neighborhoods with a rich historical, religious, and civilian background, and its inhabitants can face the challenges of identity. The 20th district of Tehran is also one of the most valuable areas for this study, with the aim of measuring the readings of its inhabitants from the perspective of the Islamic city. Following the extraction of indices and sub-indexes related to the Islamic city from the opinions of experts and the conceptual modeling of the research, using the design and distribution of 50 questionnaires in the spectrum of 5 likert options, the characteristic The findings of the Islamic city were derived from the perceptions of the inhabitants of the 20th area using inferential statistics. The results of the findings suggest the fact that from the viewpoint of citizens, the most vulnerable factors that led to the deterioration of the quality of the 20th district of Tehran from the Islamic point of view were physical and environmental factors, and social and value factors are at a later stage. have. In this study, used to data from six major pollutants measurable standards Tehran air containing sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and ozone gas (O3 In a period of usually 11 years from 2002 to 2012 for a total of 4018 to analyze and assess the historical distribution of pollutants in the atmosphere in Tehran. In this study different methods included descriptive statistics, linear trend component analysis of time series in particular, descriptive statistics, polynomials, and exponential regressions and Mann-Kendall nonparametric method for detection of the significance of trends have been used. Historical trend analysis data showed that the SO2 air pollution in Tehran with a share of 3, CO, with linear, NO2 and O3, with a view to contribute degree 2 is a better fit. The particulate matter 2.5 and 10 micron did not show clear and significant trend during the study period. Results of mann -Kendall showed that the variation of pollutants CO, NO2, O3 with 95 % confidence intervals was significant, but the variability of the pollutants CO and particulate matter PM10 and PM2.5 aren’t significant. Therefore according to the historical data of some air pollutants in Tehran and is expected to continue its current NO2 air pollution in Tehran has increased significantly and will continue to air pollution in Tehran with regard to the above mentioned pollutants continue. But if emissions of CO and particulate air pollutants PM2.5 and PM10 with the current trend continues, a significant decrease of pollutants is not expected, but the current trend is expected to continue the process and pollutant emissions of CO. Abstract Portfolio selection is one of the most important areas in financial decision-making; A portfolio of stocks that could bring the highest rate of return and the lowest risk investment for its owner simultaneously. However in choosing the most prefered portfolio just these factors are not decisive and according to the economic environment, many factors can affect this process which should be employed. Therefore, these diversity of factors, bring to the limelight the importance of multi-criteria decision-making approaches. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of this approaches. The main purpose of this paper is comparing the traditional DEA approaches to a new proposed algorithm. In traditional approaches simply assumed that return to scale is constant or variable. This simplification may cause large errors. In the new algorithm by analyzing the behavior of return to scale, appropriate model will be used. As a case study, the models have been solved with real data belonging to Tehran stock exchange and the results have been analyzed. Manuscript profile

Residential architecture in Iran, and especially in the city of Tehran, has been changing since the beginning of the Pahlavi government. that, this developments were incomplete and led to the conversion of traditional, single-unit buildings into apartment complexes with vertical living. In the meantime, one of the most important factors influencing these developments is the new technologies resulting from the industrial revolution, which as a powerful factor, has in turn created undesirable developments. Because today, despite the fact that buildings have become more suitable and better due to the development of newer equipment and materials, it has adopted an intimate and inhumane design process. Therefore, this study reflects the impact of technology on the architecture of residential complexes in the contemporary period and during the two periods of Pahlavi and the Islamic Revolution, to achieve this, in the theoretical part with a qualitative approach and library studies and using the analytical-descriptive method, a theoretical framework is provided. In the practical part, the mentioned theoretical framework is evaluated through SPSS statistical program and finally personal analysis by field studies and questionnaire compilation. The research findings indicate that; there is a relatively weak relationship between the independent variable of "hard tools" from the discussion of technology and dependent variable of "residential complex" in the Pahlavi period compared to the period of the Islamic Revolution, but for the period of the Islamic Revolution, this relationship is more visible and stronger. So that the intensity of this relationship in the Pahlavi period with an average of 0.207 and in the Islamic Revolution with an average of 0.390. Among the significant issues; the important of "interior architecture/plan" in both mentioned periods is higher than the other two discussions, i.e. "interior decoration" and "area/ facade" in the architecture of complexes. Urban economics, after the formation of sustainability-based approaches such as sustainable development, became more and more associated with these approaches and formed a comprehensive category called "sustainable urban economy".The aim of this research is researching the effectiveness of sustainable urban economy for the transformation and redevelopment of dysfunctional urban neighborhoods in which haven’t been evaluated until now. , using a quantitative-qualitative method based on interviews and questioning of experts in Tehran, research data were collected. The results showed a significant effect of all the studied models on the dependent variable, ie local development. However, some models of sustainable urban economy, such as "social entrepreneurship" and "LED model", had a greater impact on local development. This means that the two models can be used more than other models in accordance with the conditions of dysfunctional neighborhoods in the 10th district of Tehran. Finally, it was concluded that in order to apply the models of sustainable urban economy in local development and the transformation of dysfunctional urban neighborhoods in the 10th district of Tehran, two basic preconditions should be considered. One is that the priority of selecting redevelopment models should be based on their adaptation to "endogenous local development" and the other is that the sociological conditions and requirements of dysfunctional urban neighborhoods should be considered in choosing the development model. Thus, by accepting and applying these two preconditions, it is possible to create a local model of local development in Tehran. Manuscript profile

Designing the competency model is one of the approaches that have been suggested for improving the adaptability of modern organizations with ongoing changes in the work environment. A defined model could offer an ideal ground for those seeking higher positions and more convenient performance management goals. Also, it could serve as a reliable infrastructure and framework for the integration of human resources processes. In this line, the aim of the study was to design competence development model for Tehran municipality managers with a combined approach. This study could be considered as interpretative-affirmative in terms of philosophical foundations, and qualitative-quantitative type, developmental and applied, and inductive-comparative. The statistical population of the research included academic and executive experts in the field of urban management. In the qualitative part, the competences of Tehran municipality managers were identified in two general and specific parts through content analysis. The general competences included: professional ethics, change management, cognitive skills, and data management. The specific competences included: problem solving skills, leadership of people, individual ability, specialized knowledge and skills, communication skills and performance management. In the quantitative phase, through AHP technique, perceptive skill and data management and among specific skills, problem solving skill and leadership of people were proposed as the most important competencies of Tehran municipality managers from the viewpoint of experts. Finally, the development solutions and strategies for each competency were classified by the experts through the identified matrix for managers' development methods. New and reliable approaches such as the recent research could lead to improvement of human resources and serve as a strategic partner, and in this way human resources could be promoted as one of the strategic units of organizations. The transformation of form in architecture in a historical trajectory has been the result of countless factors that have led to the change of principles and indicators in some situations. The purpose of the present research is to investigate the factors and dimensions of the transformations that occurred in mosques without naves during the Safavid and contemporary periods of Iran through a comparative analysis of the form of Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque in Isfahan and Al-Ghadir Mosque in Tehran. The hypotheses proposed to achieve this goal are that the mosque of Al-Ghadir in Tehran and the mosque of Sheikh Lotfollah in Isfahan are similar to each other in terms of formal structure, and the metamorphosis of the form occurred in the form of some physical and spatial indicators. The current research has investigated the metamorphosis factors that have played a role in the formation of these two works in the visible and hidden layers using descriptive and inductive analysis method. The results of the research indicate that the principles of transformation in the form of Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque have taken place due to the index of spatial geometry through rotation and change of direction and translational movement by structural and physical elements, external walls and connecting internal spaces. that in the Al-Ghadir Mosque of Tehran, which was built in the contemporary period, the principles of transformation have taken place not only by changing the form, but also by ignoring and removing the prominent elements of the mosque, including the dome and the minaret. In addition, the rectangular shape of the space under the dome and the pyramid shape of the dome are also other factors of metamorphosis. Manuscript profile

class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Hope, as a protective factor, is a positive psychological trait that enables individuals to set clear goals, develop multiple pathways to achieve these goals, overcome obstacles, and generate the necessary energy to pursue their objectives. It fosters positive emotions while simultaneously mitigating negative issues. Hope is viewed as a form of self-confidence and personal mastery that aids in goal-setting, planning, and problem-solving. Although social hope has not been prominently recognized as a significant social problem in national policy discourse, its absence or insufficiency has raised concerns among many people and officials.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Religiosity and religious teachings play a crucial role in enhancing social hope. They directly impact psychological and social well-being, thereby increasing both social and individual hope. Understanding the nature of hope, especially its transcendental and religious dimensions, offers potential pathways to bolster hope in various aspects. Social hope has become a political necessity in Iran, and any efforts to rebuild the relationship between the government and society depend on strengthening this component. Contemporary Iranian society appears to be on the brink of a crisis of despair. The erosion of social hope in recent years, coupled with a decline in social capital, has created significant challenges for the country&rsquo;s development and social progress.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The aim of this research is to sociologically and qualitatively explore the role of religiosity in social hope among the citizens of Tehran.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong><span style="background: white;">Methodology</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">This qualitative research utilized a grounded theory approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 50 individuals from Tehran, including university professors, marketers, youth, women, and students. The research reached theoretical saturation. Participants were selected using purposive sampling with snowball and maximum variation techniques to ensure diversity in terms of gender, education, age, and social class. Interviews lasted between 50 minutes to 2 hours and were sometimes conducted in multiple sessions. Data collection spanned over 2 years. Data analysis followed the theoretical coding system of grounded theory, comprising open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. In open coding, the interview texts were read line by line and conceptualized. In axial coding, concepts were grouped into central categories based on semantic overlap. The core category, derived at a more abstract level, was identified as the role of religiosity in the multifaceted revitalization of social hope.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Ethical considerations were observed throughout the study. Participants' consent was obtained before interviews, and they were informed about the research&rsquo;s purpose, topic, and methods. Their privacy was protected by recording data with their permission and using pseudonyms to maintain confidentiality.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong>Findings</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">During the open coding phase, 105 open codes, 33 core codes, 9 main categories, and one core category emerged: hope for the hereafter and receiving divine reward; religious worldview and giving meaning to life; communication with God as the foundation of hope; the production of correct content and its role in religious identification and gaining hope; patience, tolerance of suffering, and hope for divine intervention; the spread of kindness and benevolence in religious teachings; the interdependence of religion, answering doubts, and increasing awareness; reducing social damage; and expanding solidarity and social belonging. The core category, the agency of religiosity in the multifaceted revitalization of social hope, was identified.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Participants sought various strategies to enhance and strengthen their social hope. They practiced kindness and beneficence, such as making vows, which increased their resilience to adversity by reinforcing their connection with a higher power. These practices aimed to improve problem-solving and provide mental and spiritual peace in this life and the hereafter.
