Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Knowledge Creation and Entrepreneurship among graduate students in Tehran University's School of Entrepreneurship. This method is based on the purpose and nature of the application and the cross correlation. The population of the study, the students of Tehran University Graduate School of Entrepreneurship in the 94-93 school year. The sample size through simple random sampling method and Cochran formula, 120, respectively. Questionnaire research tools Knowledge Creation Nonaka (1983) and entrepreneurship Badri et al(1385) respectively. Reliability and validity using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for knowledge creation 0/793 and 0/861 were calculated Entrepreneurship and confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the method. Data obtained using single-sample t-test, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis was performed. The results showed a significant positive correlation with knowledge creation and its components with entrepreneurship. The components Knowledge Creation, three socialing, Externalization and Internalization ability to predict Entrepreneurship.
