The Prophet Mohammad's praise and ascension are among the topics of concern to most poets and writers; in a manner that in our literary tradition these two issues are counted as the major themes of classic works. Attar Neishabouri, who followed this tradition, has discussed these two topics in detail at the beginning of his four versified works; “Elahi-Nameh”, “Asrar-Nameh”, “Manteq-Al Tair” and “Mosibat-Nameh”. This research has studied the mentioned themes in the four works. The result of the research revealed that the praise and spiritual ascension found two different structures in these works. While in Elahi-Nameh and Manteq-Al Tair these two parts are intermingled, they are quite separate in Asrar-Nameh and Mosibat-Nameh. Still the praise of the Prophet have one structure in all the four works; yet the story of the Prophet's ascent is more reliable in Mosibat-Nameh. These two parts do not possess much poetical parts and one can only regard the story of the Ascent as the most poetical part in Elahi-Nameh. Ambiguity was Aattar's most favorite literary figure. Within the linguistic domain and its related features, the repetition of words and the repetition of a linguistic phrase at the beginning, are the most significant linguistic features in these two parts. One of the most controversial issues about the political thought of the founder of the Islamic Republic is the difference between his political thought in the 20s and 30s with 40s AH onwards. Especially in the two books of "Kashf e Asrar", that he believes in a kind of supervision of the Faqih over the political structure and in the book "Velayat-e-Faqih", that he proves the necessity of an Islamic government led by a Fqih. Based on this, an important question arises. Should we not follow the idea of the Islamic government in the book " Kashf e Asrar " in the sense explained in the book "Velayat-e-Faqih"? Many researchers have answered this question in the affirmative from different perspectives. But the findings of the present study, which are mainly based on the study of theoretical and historical contexts, show that, in fact, it has not occurred a fundamental change in the political thought of Ayatollah Khomeini and the idea of Islamic government, which is explained in the book "Velayat-e-Faqih", can also be found in the book " Kashf e Asrar ", of course not explicitly. Trade secrets are among the most valuable branches of intellectual property, which, like material possessions, need to be protected from any aggression or abuse of individuals. Therefore, the preservation and protection of trade secrets has led most developed and developing countries to formulate special legal rules for the criminal protection of this valuable asset. In this article, following the disclosure of intellectual property, trade secrets and its taxes, and some concepts related to this issue, and finally the evaluation of the criminal protection of trade secrets from the perspective of Imamiyya jurisprudence, the rights of Iran and the United States have been investigated. The results indicate that the opposition of the jurisprudents to the principle of intellectual property protection lacked legal reasoning and did not explicitly mention the criminal law, and that Iran's right to full protection of trade secrets was ineffective and weak, but American law and practice in this country have a favorable criminal law protection for any kind of infringement of trade of the development of this article.secrets. Furthermore, robust and effective protection of industrial property rights is very important and decisive factor in facilitating technology transfer policies and to attract foreign direct investment in certain sectors of economic that is vital for sustainable development. Countries that are experiencing liberalization of economic and industrial policies, the existence of a strong and robust intellectual property system is one of the most important factors that are necessary to ensure the process of liberalization. One important result can restructure the industrial and commercial sectors and finally to encourage small and medium investors to use the intellectual property system as a tool for economic and national technology development. Based on this approach, the aim of following research, is an analysis of how did Mir Seyyed Ali Hamadani present his mystical thoughts in four musical areas, literary illustrations, and aesthetically standards of Music? At the beginning of the Masnavi, Rumi describes the mystical thirst for the separation of the spiritual soul from its origin with the sorrowful language of the reed, with the heartfelt melody and sincere sighs of the reed. This letter is an excerpt from the six books of the spiritual Masnavi and also an explicit proof of all the poems of this literary and mystical treasure, which paints a picture of separation and mourning from the very beginning. The point to be considered is the meaning of the words "anecdote" and "complaint" in the first verse of Masnavi, which has been described by several commentators and each of them has had a specific interpretation of it. This article intends to evaluate and critique some of the meanings proposed by a number of commentators by descriptive-analytical method and in proving the alleged meanings and concepts, the subject is divided into two axes: the vertical context of the letter and the proportional and contradictory context of the word. Discuss and analyze with mystical houses, valleys and authorities.
