Therefore, the role and effects of urban management in historic cities is crucial planning. Therefore, given the importance of this paper is to analyze the development of physical-physical areas of urban management in Yazd will pay. Among the objectives of the present study is applied research. And in terms of the importance of research and study, it is kind. Method library (October, theses, documents, papers, internet, etc.) to collect data in addition to the situation described and discussed issues and problems that are related to the use of quantitative and qualitative data about you is. Shannon entropy model for weighting indices have been investigated and models for ranking Vaspas. . According to the findings of this research suggest that three areas of the city of Yazd historical and worn out tissues because of the weak is the physical parameters. this study to rank and compare all the three regions according to physical parameters and their causes and proposed solutions to be explored. Surveys show that the region has the third ranked first due to historical Frsvh tissue is less, then the next two and a they taken Ratings. Manuscript profile

Today, the adoption of new information technology is one of the challenges in public sector organizations, which is less considered. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the acceptance of information technology in public sector organizations during the Corona virus epidemic in order to provide better services and products without face-to-face referral to the clients / customers. In this resech, which is based on a combined approach, we use the existing information and documents as data. The statistical population of the study is 10 governmental organizations located in Alborz province.. In this article, in addition to introducing the proposed models for information technology acceptance and their classification, the effective factors in accepting new information technology in the studied government organizations to provide better services and products with the combined approach of transnational and Shannon entropy have been studied and identified. In this paper to determine these factors after identifying and introducing the types of existing models; Concepts, dimensions and indicators of the research have been extracted using the meta-combination method and ranked using the Shannon entropy method. The research results indicate that cooperation and coordination, environmental factors in technology acceptance, organizational factors, managerial factors, and human capital factors are in the first to fifth places respectively. Abstract Projects are planned based on estimated amounts that are the result of having little information about the future plans. According to the uncertainty of planning, time delays and costs of uncertainty are inevitable. The main objective of this study is to present a new approach based on failure mode and effects analysis and fuzzy logic to identify the affecting risks on duration of projects and ranking them using Kepland technique. In addition, in this research Shannon entropy is used for calculation of the weights of indexes. So after the study of related researches as well as through interviews and Delphi technique, some risks were identified. Then, based on three indicators of risk in the FMEA (severity, probability of occurrence, probability of detection), three questionnaire was prepared and their validity was confirmed by experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbach coefficient using SPSS software. The population of the study is 22 managers and experts that work on Debal Khazaei Company. Using triangular fuzzy numbers, the verbal variables of questionnaires became fuzzy numbers. Shannon entropy is used for calculation of weight of each index. Then, using decision making methods, ELECTRE TAXONOMY, TOPSIS and SAW, the risks are ranked. Finally, because of the relative difference of ranking in different techniques, Kapland technique is used to combine the results. TO help for developing the strategies of responding to the risks, some suggestions are presented. The contribution of this research is the simultaneous use of FMEA and Shannon's entropy to analisys the importance of risks and the ranking of them using Kepland technique. Manuscript profile

Performance evaluation is a fundamental necessity in facing and coping with changes and continuous improvement activities. Insurance companies to determine your current position and survive and thrive in today's competitive world must continually methods and models to assess and improve their performance and activities of the organization are ongoing. The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of insurance companies based on Shannon's weighting entropy and the ranking method is done according to grey VIKOR technique address. The performance evaluation is conducted based on the Balanced Score card method. Moreover, instead of using the linguistic variables and absolute numbers we will use grey numbers Tuesday parameterization. Grey VIKOR is a one of the most developed approaches of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty conditions. Furthermore, the actual weights based on the concept of objective to regulate the mental weights of Shannon entropy can be used by the decision-makers. The current study has been worked on five insurance companies. According to the data gathered from the questioners the quantity value of the insurance companies has been calculated based on the final weights resulted from Shannon's weighting entropy and the grey VIKOR method. The results revealed that MELLAT insurance company obtained the highest value of (0.9334) and the lowest value (0) belongs to Dana insurance company. Accordingly, Dana Insurance is ranked in the first position, Iran Insurance the second, Alborz Insurance the third, Asia Insurance the fourth and MELLAT insurance the fifth. Manuscript profile

Growth and survival is one of the most important challenges for start-ups in the current situation. On the one hand, the coopetition strategy in the last two decades in order to gain, maintain and improve the competitive position has been considered by many businesses. Start-up can gain a good coopetition position in many areas by using a competitive strategy. So far, research has not examined the factors that are involved in the implementation of a coopetition strategy in start-up. In this method, in order to explain the factors affecting the application of the coopetition strategy, first by systematic review of the literature and using the method of meta-synthetic qualitative research, all dimensions of the coopetition strategy were identified. Then the importance and priority of each of the proposed factors is determined using the Shannon quantitative entropy method. After analyzing the articles, the effective factors were classified into 6 categories, 16 dimensions and 68indicators. The results showed; The most important categories are "institutional factors", "strategic factors", "environmental factors","individual-managerial factors","participatory factors","communication factors" respectively. Among the dimensions, " Events " were in the first place, " Supporting institutions ," and " Good reputation of the company " and , "Having coopetitive mindset " were in the second ,third and Fourth places. This study provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on coopetition strategy in start-ups by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in planning for their growth and survival in complex and dynamic market conditions to compete with other businesse Manuscript profile
