Examining the dimensions of parental educational assistance to enable online education in times of crisis in the era of smart technologies

Abstract :
Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of investigating and prioritizing the dimensions of parental educational assistance in order to empower online education in times of crisis. Necessity: Paying attention to educational empowerment is one of the important goals of human resource management in organizations and one of the approaches considered in virtual education of employees. Educational empowerment is one of the key aspects for any organization. Today, the development and success of organizations in the long term depends on the benefit of current competencies and the development of employee competencies. Through education and development, individuals in the organization can increase their knowledge, abilities, and skills so that they can perform their duties effectively. Methodology: The present study is an applied study in terms of its purpose and a quantitative study in terms of the nature of the data. In order to analyze the data in this study, in the first stage, a fuzzy Delphi technique questionnaire was used using a scale with a fuzzy spectrum of 7 degrees (completely unimportant to completely important). Then, the modified item questionnaire from the previous section was used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Then, the BWM technique questionnaire was used to prioritize the dimensions of the research. Findings: First, based on the research literature and specialized interviews conducted, a total of 168 initial components were identified. Then, according to the opinions of experts, the components were screened using the fuzzy Delphi method, and finally 18 components were confirmed. Next, the exploratory factor analysis method was used to identify and discover the main dimensions of the research, and the components were categorized into 6 dimensions or factors. Finally, the dimensions were prioritized using the best-worst method, and the following were prioritized: personal capabilities, educational capabilities, cyberspace support, support and evaluation and monitoring, social interaction capabilities, and production capabilities. Conclusion: The results showed that personal capabilities play an effective role in achieving the goals of parental educational assistance. The results also showed that parents who have the necessary capabilities in teaching in terms of skills and awareness of its diversity are more successful in helping the educational system through educational assistance.
