Regulations related to skill-oriented and related to the industry in universities of the country

Abstract :
The expectation from the third generation of universities, with the title of entrepreneurial universities, is to emphasize the education and training with the needs of the industry, as well as strengthening the positive job-creating characteristics of the graduates. In this regard, in recent years, several regulations have been compiled and communicated to the universities of the Ministry of Science. In this article, we have introduced and reviewed the regulations related to the core skills and connection with the industry in the country's engineering fields, and we have divided and compared these regulations into three general categories: Passing short-term and long-term courses for students in the industry during the student period - designing optional skill courses in the subject of students' courses - defining theses in relation to the needs of the industry. In the first part, the internship course, technical assistant regulations, industrial scholarship and co-op program were mentioned and their conditions were compared. In the second part, the regulations for improving the employability of undergraduate students and the rules for skill courses, employability and its conditions were discussed, and in the third part, the professor-oriented regulations were discussed.
