Abstract :
The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has paid attention to individual and collective rights and freedoms in a chapter entitled "The Rights of the Nation". The freedom of assembly is one of the collective rights and freedoms that is directly stated in Article 27 of the Constitution and implicitly in Article 26 of the Constitution. Basic, identified and guaranteed. In this article, we analyze the importance that the Constitution has given to the freedom of assembly in Article 27 of the Constitution, and also emphasize the basic issue that freedom of assembly and marches cannot be absolute. Rather, the exercise of this right should be considered according to the conditions of the Islamic democratic society. Secondly, the constitution, while observing the standards of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international community, has also taken into account the conditions and circumstances of its Islamic democratic society and has taken both into consideration. Also, in this research, an attempt has been made to first deal with the concept of public rights and freedoms in detail. Then, while stating the types of rights and freedoms, the right to assembly in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other relevant laws and regulations have been specifically investigated. In this regard, while guaranteeing the implementation of this right, the necessity of the government's attention and supervision on how to implement this has been discussed.
