بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری بر ترس از عود سرطان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان روده بزرگ

تعداد فزایندهای از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دستگاه گوارش از عوارض جانبی درمان سرطان رنج میبرند که میتواند بر سلامت روانی- اجتماعی آنها از جمله وضعیت خلقی و کیفیت زندگی آنها تأثیر بگذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر ترس از عود سرطان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان روده بزرگ بود. این مطالعه بصورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 22 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه مورد نظر پژوهش انتخاب شدند و سپس به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه 42 سوالی ترس از عود سرطان بود. برای هر دو گروه پرسشنامه ترس از عود سرطان تکمیل شد. سپس، گروه آزمایش در جلسات آموزشی درمان شناختی رفتاری به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای شرکت کردند اما گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره کل ترس از عود سرطان در گروه آزمایش از پیش آزمون به پس آزمون کاهش یافت و تفاوت معنی دار بود ولی در گروه کنترل این میانگین ها تفاوت چندانی با یکدیگر نداشتنند. بر اساس یافته های به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر، درمان شناختی رفتاری می تواند باعث کاهش ترس از عود سرطان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان روده بزرگ شود.
