نگاهی روان¬شناختی به جنبه¬های سبب¬شناسی، پیامدها و درمان اختلال واژینیسموس (مطالعه¬ی مروری)

ملخص المقالة :
واژینیسموس از رایج ترین اختلالات جنسی در بین زنان می باشد و تأثیر قابل توجهی بر زنان و همچنین زوج های جوان دارد. مقاله مروری پیش رو با نگاهی روانشناختی به جنبه های سبب شناسی، پیامدها و درمان این اختلال انجام شد. مطالعۀ حاضر از نوع پژوهش مروري سیستماتیک بود. بدین منظور کلیدواژههای روانشناسی واژینیسموس، اختلال واژینیسموس، اختلال درد / دخول، تناسلی، درد، در پایگاه داده های Springer، Science Direct، PubMed، SID، Magiran، Noormags و Civilica جستوجو و مجموعه مقالات مرتبط از 1940 تا ۲۰۲۱ استخراج شد. در بررسی مقالات مرتبط مشخص شد اختلال درد / دخول تناسلی از رایج ترین اختلالات در زنان می باشد. این اختلال در کیفیت رابطه ی جنسی و همچنین سلامت روان زوجین بسیار تأثیرگذار است. با توجه به بررسی های انجام شده تغییر در سبک تفکر و تربیتی والدین و فرهنگ سازی در یک جامعه بسیار حائز اهمیت است. همچنین آموزش صحیح در خصوص رابطه ی جنسی به دختران و پسران نوبلوغ و تهیه ی محتوا و ابزار آموزشی بسیار مفید خواهد بود.
