تأثیر دوره¬های آموزش مجازی دانشگاهها و مؤسسات غیرانتفاعی بر توسعه دانش

امروزه یادگیری مجازی بهعنوان رویکردی نوین در مرحله رشد و تکامل قرار دارد و مطالعه عوامل مرتبط با این گونه یادگیری ها و نتایج برآمده از آنها میتواند بر ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری و یاددهی در دانشگاهها بیفزاید. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تأثیر دوره های آموزش مجازی دانشگاهها و مؤسسات غیرانتفاعی بر توسعه دانش (موردمطالعه موسسه آموزش عالی شهاب دانش) انجامشده است. تحقیق در گروه تحقیقات توصیفی، پیمایشی قرار میگیرد و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. روش اجرای پژوهش پیمایشی و ابزار مورداستفاده برای جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 4000 نفرازدانشجویان موسسه آموزش عالی شهاب دانش میباشد که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 351 نفر از بین دانشجویان بهصورت تصادفی انتخابشدهاند. روش نمونه گیری بکار رفته در این پژوهش تصادفی طبقه ای میباشد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها بهوسیله نرمافزار آماري اس پی اس انجام شده است. براي اثبات فرضيات تحقيق از آزمون t مستقل استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج آزمونهای انجامشده در سطح معناداری 05/0 فرضیه اصلی تحقیق مورد تائید قرارگرفته است و مشخص شد که دوره های آموزش مجازی بر توسعه دانش و از نظر محتوا، سازماندهی مواد آموزشی، انعطافپذیری، حجم کاری و روشهای ارزشیابی، عناصر فعالیتهای یاددهی ـ یادگیری، بازخورد ارائهشده، کمک رسانی به دانشجویان و توانایی ایجاد انگیزه به دانشجویان، اثربخش است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و توسعه آموزش مجازی در موسسه موردمطالعه، در یادگیری و آموزش دانشجویان تأثیرگذار است.
Nowadays, virtual learning as a new approach is in the development stage and studies on this related learning and also result of them can increase the quality of learning and teaching in the universities. This study is done with the reach of the impact the education of courses on the virtual universities and nonprofit institutes. This research is in the Descriptive survey group and in terms of goals it is functional. The method of the procedure is survey and, questionnaire is used for data collection. The population of this study is 4000 students who studied in the Shahab Danesh institute. 351 students were selected randomly by Morgan table. The employed method is stratified random sample. The data analyzed by statistical software Spss and for proving the hypotheses independent T test were used. The results of tests confirmed at a significance level of 0.05 from basic hypotheses and it was found that virtual education courses effect on the development of knowledge in universities and nonprofits and also for-profit universities and institutes of learning in content, organizing course material, flexibility, workload and evaluation methods, elements of teaching and learning, presented feedback, helping and motivating students. The results proved that the use of information technology and the development of virtual education in universities and higher education institutions, especially the Institute of that we study, affects in teaching and learning of students
