The Instrument of research include of tree types:1. made questionnaire of efficiency  factors influencing developing the researches projects(=α 0.94),2. made questionnaire of strategies  for developing relationship between university and industry(=α 0.86),3. made questionnaire of the commercilization researches projects(=α 0.92). The validity of  all of the questionnaires provided by specialists. The data analyzed by multiple regression test, pearson correlation test and structural model. The total results showed that there were relationship between policies, priorities, supportives, and evaluation researches projects with perceived commercialization researches projects(p < 0.05 ).Also the results showed that the relationship between university and industry mediated the forth factors influencing the perceived commercialization researches. Environmental risk assessment is a further step of environmental impact assessment and analyze different aspects of risk, while understanding the Environmental impact zone, the environmental sensitivity of the area affected by special environmental values as well as analysis and risk assessment district is considered. To accomplish this study first by using of field investigation the activities which leads to risk in construction of Caspian port water front were identified and in order to extract the significant risks the specialists questioner (Delphi) was used. Finally among the identified risks, 10 environmental risks were chosen for prioritizing. After identifying the risks, indicators such as probability, severity of risk and the sensibility of the environment were selected as prioritizing criteria. AHP method and ECPRO 2000 software, for determining the risk probability, for determination the severity of risk scores and the reference texts for determining the values of sensitivity were applied. After determining the indicators, the TOPSIS software was used to risk prioritizing. The results of prioritizing studied risk showed that the highest risk is related to increased turbidity, deformation of substrate and water pollution are with weights 0.938, 0.898 and 0.662 respectively. According that the risks in the project could have a significant effect on the short-term performance and long-term negative impact on financial performance, therefore, risk management is necessary to reduce failures due to various risks such as uncertain economic cycles, uncertain customer demand and unpredictable natural disasters and humanitarian. Previous studies have shown that having a comprehensive list of risks in oil and gas projects and also prioritizing and determine risks significance is important. In this study we identified TJ (Tehran Jonoob Co.) risks using PMBOK’s methods of risk identification and categorizing, Then specified the weight of the criteria’s (cost, time, quality, scope) using fuzzy hierarchical analysis (Fuzzy AHP) and Finally we discussed on prioritizing risks totally and in groups using TOPSIS method. The aim of this study is to provide the steps of moving the EFQM model to BSC model as a strategic management tool by using FTOPSIS and FANP techniques in order to strategic prioritize the improvement projects of the EFQM self-assessment. This study is functional in terms of the objective and in terms of method is a survey research and in terms of the collection of information is a field research. Statistical society consists of 7 persons of Yazd municipal managers in the form of excellence team and interview and questionnaire are tools used in the research. The result of prioritizing improvement projects led to determine importance of internal process perspective in the organization in the organization and prioritize 21 improvement projects including “ provision and updating of educational electronic ID”,” personal relocation in occupational category according to given training”,” create documentation center in municipality” Manuscript profile

Although Yazd has a variety of cultural and natural attractions, but the importance of each of these from the perspective of foreign tourists is not entirely clear. The aim of this study is to identify and classify tourist attractions in Yazd and prioritizing them from the perspective of experts and Asian and European tourists. To realize the objectives, first with the help of desk research, tourist attractions in Yazd were divided into two main categories and sub-categories, then in order to prioritize the main tourist attractions from the perspective of experts, fuzzy EHP technique was used. Also to prioritize sub-categories of each of the main attractions from the perspective of Asian and European tourists by the survey, a questionnaire was designed. Sample size of this study consists of 111 Asian tourists and 103 European tourists who had traveled to Yazd in 2014.
