Today, a society can move forward and rapidly in the path of development, equipping itself with productive entrepreneurial knowledge and skills by creating the necessary resources to use this valuable capability, other resources of the society to create value and achieve growth and development, Manage and direct. Promoting entrepreneurship requires an ecosystem. The aim of this study is to identify the role of accelerators in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach. The design of this research is qualitative (multiple case study) and is fundamental in terms of research method. Therefore, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 main human resources of Kermanshah accelerator centers, which were selected using judgmental sampling method. In the present study, a two-stage coding method was used to analyze the interview findings. Finally, according to the research findings and coding, the role of business accelerator centers on the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach in two parts before the start-up and after the start-up has been identified and studied. The results show that accelerators, by creating a coordinated network between the actors of the startup ecosystem and the entrepreneurial ecosystem and their partners, Creating relationships based on common vertical and horizontal connections between ecosystem actors, Creating value in predetermined partnerships and programs and creating a network of communication between ecosystem actors and networks and companies outside the ecosystem play a role in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Startup accelerator program is a new incubation model to accelerate venture creation providing specialized mentorship, networking opportunities and financing growth driven businesses. Since emergence of the first accelerator in US in 2005, the number of seed accelerating programs has quickly grown worldwide. Performance evaluation of these emerging programs not only could clarify relative success of this new incubation approach but also help out Iranian emerging accelerators to benchmark from pioneers of the industry. The evaluation could also assist startups and entrepreneurs to find out which of the existing accelerators are well-performed and thus ease decision making to select them as their incubator. So in this paper we aim to measure the performance of US top accelerators using a DEA method combined with goal programing approach. The inputs of the evaluation consist of numbers of mentors and startups, investment on each startup in average and in general, and the share of accelerator in startup company. The outputs in turn are different and include number and value of exits, and fund raising. Comparison of the final result with Seed Accelerator Ranking Project (SARP), shows different sorting and it is due the distinct evaluation approach. SARP considers only outputs of accelerators but we take in to account both outputs and inputs in the evaluation which could better illustrate the efficiency of DMUs. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to investigate the success factors of digital startup accelerators in the post-Corona era. In terms of purpose, this research is in the field of applied research, and since it describes the variables and the relationships between them, recognizes the current situation and finally provides a model, it is descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study includes experts related to digital accelerator startup accelerators in the post-corona era. In order to achieve apparent theoretical saturation, 25 people were selected as a sample by interview method and the required information was collected. To analyze the qualitative data and extract the factors affecting the success of startup accelerators in the digital field and the factors affecting it, the content analysis method (theme analysis) was used. Structural-interpretive modeling has been used to identify the relationships between variables. The research findings include describing the success pattern of digital startup accelerators and analyzing the results of correlation penetration. Examining the results obtained from the nineteen main factors of identified agility, it was found that the flexibility of organizational structure and data analysis have the greatest influence and the ability to respond to environmental issues and the ability to change business goals, have the greatest dependence Manuscript profile
