        Patriotism is an old concept that is rooted in a sense of belonging to a place. Every person has a sense of belonging to a place wherein born or lived for a long time. However, nationalism is a political and modern concept. Many scholars believe that the root of nationalism is in 18th century. Formation of this concept is dependent on the modern concept of ”nation”. Due to the spread of nationalistic and patriotic trends among the various social groups, especially the academic communities, this article follows the measurement of these trends among the students of University of Tehran and compares this among male and female students. The required data and information collected with two methods i.e. field method and library method. Data obtained from the questionnaires have been analyzed with the SPSS software. Results of analyses show that nationalism and patriotism trend is more common among female students. Manuscript profile

        Racism in its broad sense, means the superiority of some others over the others on their race. Subjects about Racism has considerate in different fields including politics, sociology, law, psychology and especially in ethics. In some ethical systems, such as Kant's ethics, racism, as well as many other topics, is not consider. But this does not mean that the system cannot consider and investigate on racism. In this paper, we try to investigate Kant’s point of view in his ethical system on racism by using his idea on triple rule of categorical imperative and finally this result will occur that Kant, on the basis of their moral system cannot be justified racism either.         Purpose: The purpose of this research is to explain the grading criteria of departments and branch supervisors in banking with two approaches of modern banking and merging branches. Necessity: In the first step, the efficiency model of regions and guardianships should be examined, regarding the measurement of the efficiency of banks, various studies have been found that sometimes have contradictory results, but considering the two simultaneous approaches of modern banking and the integration of branches, regarding the explanation of the framework of efficiency evaluation in No research has been found on the level of supervisors and branch offices. Methodology: In this research, hierarchical analysis (AHP) is used to determine the grading criteria of branch affairs offices and supervisors, and data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used for grading. Findings: Among the 27 branches and supervision departments of the bank, 11 branches and supervision departments have a relative efficiency of 100%, which include the branches and supervisions of West Azerbaijan, Ilam, Greater Tehran, Razavi Khorasan, Zanjan, Qazvin, Qom, Kurdistan, Kahgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Markazi and Hormozgan. Conclusion: All the branch affairs departments and bank supervisors are not working. 11 branch affairs administration and country supervision during the years 1400-1395 have always worked efficiently. The management of this office of branches and guardianships can be encouraged and set as a model for other branches and guardianships. However, the method of data coverage analysis introduces patterns well for each department of branch affairs and supervision. Manuscript profile
