        The strategic importance of SMEs in the economic development of nations, has been detected by many developed and developing countries. In many countries, policies to develop small and medium industries have become an important policy and Development of the industries plays an important role in economic – social development. The more a country has a higher level in terms of economic development, industrial development, The more relying on small and medium industries should be regarded as irrefutable fact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic thinking and business strategies to gain competitive advantage through the mediation of strategic innovation.  This is a descriptive correlational study clearly based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study who were 125 managers of SME’s Khazra industrial park of Kerman, were selected by random sampling. Participants completed business strategies to gain competitive advantage questionnaire (by Lilly et al, 2006), strategic thinking questionnaire (by Jean liedtka, 1998) and strategic innovation questionnaire (by Researcher) by individual method and Reliability and validity of these questionnaires was obtained.         The purpose of this study was to study the impact of strategic innovation on the Customer’s Willingness to Buying Through the moderator role of innovation capabilities. The research method is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the research was all employees and customers of the Maskan bank of Ilam city, whose number in year 2017 was 90  and unlimited. Also The sample size was 73 and 384, which was used  to obtain of them a stratified random sampling and Morgan table. To assess validity, content validity was used which was approved by 8 professors in the field of management. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to investigate the reliability of the research, The alpha coefficient for all variables and dimensions was higher than 0.9 which indicates a high reliability of the questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using pls and spss software. In order to test the hypotheses, partial Least squares analysis was used, That Confirmatory factor analysis was performed on questionnaires and all questions had a factor load above 0.5 and significant values higher than 1.96. In the end, according to the statistical results, all the assumptions were confirmed, meaning that strategic innovation and its indicators on the on Customer’s Willingness to Buying, Through the moderator role of innovation capabilities had a significant effect.         Market's condition is changeable and this condition force businesses to adopt themselves with new situation, technology and value propositions. In the today competitive environment, organizations try to imitate innovation from competitors, so innovation and continuous improvement is necessary for success of organizations, therefore strategic innovation is an important issue. Strategic innovation is about creation of new markets and leaps in customer value and reshaping the existing markets to achieve value improvements for customers. On the other hand, strategic entrepreneurship results from the integration of entrepreneurship and strategic management knowledge. Objective of strategic entrepreneurship is making continuous competitive advantages that lead to wealth creation. In this paper, first we introduce the concept of strategic innovation and strategic entrepreneurship, then explain the conceptual model of strategic entrepreneurship impact on strategic innovation. Statistical society of this research, is knowledge-based companies of Science and technology park of Boushehr. According to the results obtained from testing this model, the main hypothesis of this study confirm that the result shows a positive and significant relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and strategic innovation in the organization.
