The word ethics can be defined as the knowledge of good and evil. A person knows good and evil and, in simpler terms, good and bad .This is why ethics and moral dilemmas have always been one of the concerns of human societies. Pharmacists are one of the important and complementary links in the health system in the treatment of patients and they play an important and undeniable role in improving the health status of people in the society. Pharmacists working in pharmacies due to the commercial nature of pharmacies, having health resources and their distribution and because they are always available to patients, they experience many challenges and moral dilemmas daily, in this research, we have examined some of these challenges. This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the spring of 1400 on 151 pharmacists working in Rasht pharmacies. The data collection tool is a two-part questionnaire including the first part: Collect demographic information of participants, And the second part: There were 13 ethical challenges. After collecting the information contained in the questionnaires, the data was analyzed using SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that some ethical and legal challenges, including the financial inability of patients to pay for vital drugs, request for drugs outside the pharmacopoeia, Prescriptions containing drugs outside the pharmacopoeia, Allocation of essential drugs to a specific pharmacy, returning unused non-refrigerated medicine to the pharmacy, Prescribing a supplement by a doctor for a patient whose disease is not related to this product. Forced to cooperate with a non-pharmacist to establish a pharmacy. The request for abortion medicine and changing the brand of the prescribed medicine by the pharmacist was reported with a percentage of over 60% among the pharmacists working in Rasht pharmacies. In the last century, we have seen a significant growth of ethical issues in measuring health care. Therefore, pharmacists need to be more familiar with ethical issues, implement the best solutions and make ethical decisions in critical and necessary situations. Pharmacists' awareness of their moral and legal responsibilities will empower these health professionals and improve the services provided to patients and other service recipients in the pharmacy. Hydrogels are three-dimensional networks of hydrophilic polymers capable of absorbing and retaining significant amounts of fluids, which are also widely applied in wound healing, cartilage tissue engineering, bone tissue engineering, release of proteins, growth factors, and antibiotics. In the past decades, a lot of research has been done to accelerate wound healing. Hydrogel-based scaffolds have been a recurring solution in both cases, although their mechanical stability remains a challenge, some of which have already reached the market. To overcome this limitation, the reinforcement of hydrogels with fibers has been investigated. The structural similarity of hydrogel fiber composites to natural tissues has been a driving force for the optimization and exploration of these systems in biomedicine. Indeed, the combination of hydrogel formation techniques and fiber spinning methods has been very important in the development of scaffold systems with improved mechanical strength and medicinal properties. Hydrogel has the ability to absorb secretions and maintain moisture balance in the wound. In turn, the fibers follow the structure of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The combination of these two structures (fiber and hydrogel ) in a scaffold is expected to facilitate healing by creating a suitable environment by identifying and connecting cells with the moist and breathing space required for healthy tissue formation. Considering the adverse effects of chemical fertilizers on the environment, to evaluate the effect of different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer and manure on agronomic traits and essential oil content of Fennel, an experiment was conducted in Guilan Agricultural Research Center. In this experiment, pure nitrogen fertilizer was used at four levels of 0, 60, 120, and 180 kg ha-1and the manure was used at four levels of 0, 6, 12, and 18 tonsha-1. The results showed that the highest plant height, number of seeds per umbrella, and biological yield related to combined treatment were 180 kg of nitrogen with 18 tons of manure per hectare. Maximum number of umbrellas per plant, seed weight per plant, 1000 seed weight, and grain yield were obtained using 120 kg of pure nitrogen with 18 tons of manure, with the highest grain yield of 950.43 kg ha-1and minimum in control treatment was obtained in the amount of 655.4 kg ha-1. Highest percentage of essential oil and essential oil yield with the application of 60 kg of pure nitrogen with 18 tons of manure was obtained 1.946 % and 17.15 kg ha-1 respectively. According to the results, it seems that the application of manure can be an appropriate alternative to reduce the use of nitrogen fertilizer in the cultivation of fennel. The result showed that it is possible to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers by using animal manures and at the same time achieve optimal efficiency and reduce the adverse effects of chemical fertilizers. Chitosan has been widely used as a natural biopolymer. The modification of chitosan for various applications can be easily achieved due to the abundant active groups (NH2 and OH) in the main chain. Controlled drug release makes the drug release rate predictable and repeatable for prolonged release drugs. Drug delivery systems prepared from nanoparticles show several advantages, including improved efficiency and reduced toxicity. Using drug delivery systems based on nanoparticles loaded with anti-cancer agents is an effective method for targeting cancer cells. These systems, with the ability to penetrate better inside the cells, combine the drug in a targeted way in the cells. Also, due to the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR), the possibility of better accumulation of drugs in the tumor site is provided. In most researches, the suitable particle size for the targeted release of drug nanocarriers has been reported to be less than 300 or 200 nm. This amount is suitable for the application of drug release for diffusion among tissues and causes the effect of increasing permeability. In this study, for the first time, it examines and analyzes the particle size and zeta potential (surface charge) of chitosan-based nanocarriers through dynamic light scattering and electron microscope tests in improving the release of the antitumor drug, 5-fluorouracil.
