Creativity appearance in organizations surprisingly affects in successful solving of problems, their survival, and reaching to desirable point of competitiveness and industrial productivity. In one side industrial organizations with decentralizing approach from organizational structure in the form of giving authority from managers to lower levels are going to reach to economical efficiency, creativity and finally to a higher productivity. In this article looking at Hanson Theory about decentralizing strategies, we have identified equifinality (using different technologies, methods, and resources for reaching to a creatively predetermined and great result) as a loosely strategies of decentralization. Considering researches have been done in a context of creativity and equifinality as a Decentralized Management Approach, we can see lots of researchers referred to the importance necessity of this phenomenon as a one of open system characteristics to intensify creativity, competitiveness’ prosperity, and productivity. But a comprehensive research has not been observed in related with correlation of creativity and equifinality in industrial organizations’ subject in a special case. In this research with using content Analysis method, a new category of equifinality usages in organization that causes creativity results, have been attempted to represent by surveying the past studies in relation with “decentralized management and equifinality” and “equifinality and creativity”. With revision and surveying the theories of different researchers in relation with the subject of decentralized management, equifinality and creativity, research's result subdivided in two dimensions accompanied with its components namely “equifinality and work process”, and “equifinality and structure”. It is generally believed that creativity is an inborn talent that coexists with men since their birth, so others should only begrudge such merits. But such impression is totally wrong and unfounded belief. Creativity is a skill that everybody can learn, exercise, and apply it. Creativity is just like skiing, playing tennis, cooking or learning mathematics. So everybody can learn these skills and improve themselves through exercising them. But, at the end, all may not succeed to learn these skills equally. Accordingly, given the importance of creativity, some communities since long ago have sorted out certain strict plans to foster the creativity of their people. Since the development of creativity needs proper environment and atmosphere, it is necessary to adopt various methods. The present paper is an attempt to elaborate these points and by referring to the way of developing creativities, seeks to be familiar with the definition, importance and obstacles of creativity. In Mulla Sadra’s view the rational soul has been created in such a way that, immediately after having the knowledge and the will, it can actualize its intention as one of its own modes. However, this ability is of different stronger and weaker grades at different ontological configurations and levels of the souls. In the Transcendent Philosophy, the domain of the soul’s creativity is divided into two inner and outer fields. The inner field refers to the hidden worlds of the soul and the outer field contains nature and metaphysics. A clear example of inner creativity is the making of mental forms, and one example of external creativity is the miracles done by prophets and favorites of God. Some of the anthropological principles of creativity in the Transcendent Philosophy which are examined extensively in this paper include the immateriality of the soul, the immateriality of the imaginal faculty, being a knowing agent, simplicity of the soul, and the soul’s being a supreme paradigm. Accordingly, the human soul, as a divine existent who is the vicegerent and perfect manifestation of God Almighty, in addition to its internal creativity can be everything which is rationally manifested to its mind under its control and grant external existence to mental existents provided that it becomes identical with perfect immaterial things in terms of knowledge and act. Today, the word creativity has found a very important role in the literature of urban and regional economics. The creativity of an area becomes a factor to attract people to that area. Also, the phenomenon of migration as an important issue is the concern of many researchers of different sciences; such as economics, sociology, statistics, geography and environment. The reason for the importance of this topic is that immigrants can have different political, economic, social, cultural, environmental, etc. effects on the host society and region. Immigrants who enter a region can bring economic prosperity and capital inflow to a region, or can cause various social and environmental crises. Along with the creativity of the region and migration, the issue of environmental pollution is another important issue in today's world. Therefore, due to the great importance of this issue, in this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of economic and environmental factors on migration, as well as factors affecting environmental pollution in the provinces of Iran. For this purpose, cross-sectional data was used in 2016. Considering the very important relationship between migration and environmental pollution, a model with two equations (net migration and CO2) as a system of simultaneous equations has been designed and estimated with the 3SLS method. The obtained results show that environmental pollution has a negative effect on the amount of migration. The results obtained in this research prove this issue. On the other hand, more immigration to a province, due to the increase in population, causes more pollution in that province. Also, the results show that the provinces that have moved towards industrialization have more CO2 emissions. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the research is to investigate the creativity of students with parenting attitudes of parents in primary schools of Yasouj city. In order to test the research hypotheses, the necessary information has been collected through the implementation of two questionnaires as described below. 1- Multi-answer paper-pencil contextualization test to measure creativity. 2- Contextualization questionnaire to evaluate the attitude of parents in society and the statistical sample consisted of 209 boys and 218 girls (427 people in total) and their parents. Analysis of results and data using descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as frequency, mean, Pearson's correlation coefficient, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, etc. has been done by SPSS13 statistical software package. The results of the research show that 11.6% of students showed very high creativity, 42.2% high creativity, 28.7% low creativity and 17.5% very low creativity, 53.8% above average and 2.2 46% is also below the average. The majority of parents (92.5%) also have an average attitude towards the development of children's creativity. In terms of parenting methods and students' creativity level, no significant statistical relationship has been obtained (r=20%). That is, parents do not have clear and directional educational views that can support and support the growth of children's creativity and innovation, and they have extremely conservative tendencies in raising children, which can probably be a proof of the priority and importance of academic success over the growth of creativity. The relationship between some of the factors that make up creativity with parents' attitudes, students' gender, parents' education and occupation, the well-being of families, etc., which is related to the sub-hypotheses of the research, is significant.
