One of the disasters that has a long history and originated with man was fire or fire. Crisis management plays an effective role in preventing such incidents. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of crisis management strategies with emphasis on fire prevention and accidents (Case study: Fire District 1 and 2 in Tehran). The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The method of collecting library information was by means of a catch-up tool. The method of data collection was field survey and the required instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire Its validity and reliability were calculated to be 0.927 using Cronbach's squared test. The statistical population of the study was firefighters and firefighting organization staff in district 1 and 2 of Tehran city and the sample size was 294 people based on Cochran formula. The sampling method was simple. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (linear regression) using SPSS25 software. Findings showed that pre-crisis preparedness and preparedness factors were effective on fire prevention and accidents with significance level of 0.001. Also, the factor of confrontation and exposure during crisis was effective on fire prevention and accidents with significance level of 0.015. Finally, the post-crisis normalization and reconstruction factor was effective on fire prevention and accidents with a significant level of 0.041. The results showed that crisis management strategies were effective in fire prevention and accidents and their effect was 6%. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to explain the interrelationships among psychological empowerment, spiritual intelligence of employees and the reduction of occupational accidents and incidents. This study took a three-step process. In the first stage, a documentary and library method was used to review and study the available and accessible scientific literature, in order to extract the factors affecting the dimensions of the research. Then, the fuzzy Delphi method was employed to finalize and localize the influencing factors on the three dimensions. In the end, with the help of the DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) technique, the relationships between the main and secondary variables and how they affect each other (mutual effect) were determined. The final statistical population of this research included 11 expert employees in the field of organizational behavior and senior managers of safety, accidents and control from the National Copper Industries Company of Iran. The judgmental sampling was used to select the sample, which is a non-probability method. The results of the research revealed that the psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence of employees have a direct and one-way effect on the reduction of occupational accidents and accidents, and this means that promoting and improving the psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence of employees will reduce occupational accidents and accidents. Also, it was found that there is a two-way relationship between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence of employees Manuscript profile

In this study Surgah Formation at Maleh-Kuh and Sarkan section in south west of Khoram Abad have been studied based on bio-event models. Surgah Formation at Sarkan well no.1and Maleh-Kuh has 46 and 82-meter thickness respectively and was placed on the Sarvak Formation and under the Ilam Formation. In this study Surgah Formation were composed of shale, limy shale with glauconite and pyrite. In this section two Turonian-Coniacian and Coniacian-Santonian boundaries were recognized in Dicarinella concavata Interval Zone. Based of Heterohelix moremani and FODs Dicarinella concavata and Dicarinella primitiva were detected Turonian-Coniacian boundary. Finally based on LoDs Dicarinella primitiva and Marginotruncana marginata were distinguished Coniacian - Santonian boundary in this section. Manuscript profile

The damages caused by natural disasters and the type of reaction of societies to them are reflected in various forms in the past written works. This study aims to find out how and how much attention has been paid to these damages and related reactions to manage them in Persian texts up to the eighth century. This research is a descriptiveanalytical study of qualitative content analysis with an integrated approach. Among the common hazards, four natural hazards were considered: earthquake, flood, drought and snow and severe cold. From selected Persian texts, by purposive sampling, a total of 93 poetic samples and 52 prose samples were selected and reviewed.According to the research findings, economic damage is the most damage caused by natural disasters mentioned in selected Persian texts (45%). Also, the most attention has been paid to response phase in these texts (52%).It seems that our society's response-oriented approach to natural disasters is rooted in a historical mentality that is reflected in Persian texts up to the eighth century. A methodical and deep understanding of this historical mentality can help theorists in a deeper understanding of the current society behaviors against the natural disasters and the desired change of those behaviors. Kazhdumi Formation deposits in Firouzabad section were investigated regarding the postmortem and burial events of echinoderms, from about 150 echinoderm fossils which include 10 genera and 13 species of Coenholectypus neocomiensis, Phymosoma binexilis, Dorocidaris taouzensis, Cottaldia aff. Benettiae, Leptosalenia sergipensis, Phymosoma baylei, Micropedina olisiponensis, Tetragramma deshayesi, Macraster douvillei, Mecaster batnensis, Macraster obtritus, Pliotoxaster comanchei, Macraster sp., Hemiaster sp. most part of them suffer from disarticulation and fragmentation, radial cracks and shell deformation (test outline distortion and radial cracking) and volume change and biological erosion (bioerosion) and perforation by living worms (microboring). Of course, after volume changes, fractures or taphonomic compression, the existing solutions (hydrocarbon and solutions rich in iron, manganese and sometimes silica) hydroxides have been replaced in the cracks. The test of these echinoderms has been used by symbiotic epifauna such as Osterids and Gryphaes as food and attachment points and shelter after their death and burial. It seems that the volume change, crushing, solution injection and fauna bending are influenced by the tectonic pressure of the salt domes of the region and the soft lithology (high plasticity) of the Kazhdami formation between the Darian and Sarvak formations.
