This research is aimed to study about back channel response in Persian and English telephone conversation comparatively in terms of measuring the frequency, type, function and position of it in the dialogue. The back channel response includes lexemes and phones such as “ya”, “really”, “Humm”, “mm”, … which are heard in the conversion repetitively in order to notify the speaker how his/her words are comprehended. In fact, the hearer reflects his/her position toward the speakers’ words through producing back channel response, as a result these signs have an impressive effect on the continuing the conversation. Despite the fact that back channel response exist in all the languages of the world, its function is different from one to another language. In general, the research data were extracted from a 300 minutes American English telephone conversation as well as 300 minutes Persian telephone conversation. The Persian data have received from Fars Dot telephone conversation database and took the permission from Gooyesh Pardaz Institute, while the English data have got from Vanarook research paper. The results of the study stand for a number of similarities and differences in frequency, function and position of back channel response in both English and Persian languages. Moreover, it is possible to illustrate how back channel response in Persian is more than English as they are 1691 and 1473 items respectively. The most frequent items in terms of their use were short back channel response, which were most likely represented in the end of the syntactic constituents. Furthermore, most of the back channel response items have an important effect on the comprehension process. However, there are more differences between the other forms and functions of back channel response in the Persian and English dialogues. Manuscript profile

n this paper the challenges of managing several key constituencies are described. Examples of existing parks are used to illustrate the challenge and to show the problems that were faced and the approaches that were taken to overcome them. Foresight, or similar longer term visioning tools are proposed as a strategy to develop the shared vision necessary to sustain efforts over the medium to longer time period. The final section reviews key challenges facing parks with particular emphasis on: the advantages and disadvantages of fiscal incentives the role of regional hubs the widening range of tools that are needed alongside the S&T park to foster knowledgebased businesses the role and contributions that have been made by universities and how can these be expanded in future. The purpose of this study was to present a conceptual model and test it for communication skills based on anger rumination and alexithymia. The method of this study was descriptive and the population of this study included all students of the Hamedan in the academic year 1397-1398, among these students, 270 subjects were selected through an accessible sampling method. The research tools included Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20, Communication Skills Scale, and Anger Rumination Scale. The relationships between variables were examined by the structural equation modeling. Results showed that the alexithymia had a direct correlation with anger rumination and communication skills dissatisfaction and has indirect relationship with communication skills through anger rumination. Anger rumination also had a direct relation with communication skills. In general, communication skills were influenced by emotions in relationships. There was a negative correlation with the anger rumination and alexithymia and these variables can have a role in reducing the amount of communication skills of individuals by affecting interpersonal interactions. Content based image retrieval (CBIR) contains a set of techniques to process the visual features of a query image, in order to retrieve images semantically similar to it, in a database. To improve the performance of image retrieval systems, relevance feedback tool can be used. In this research, to increase the effectiveness of the image retrieval systems, the fusion of two (multiple) short term learning methods based on relevance feedback is proposed. In the proposed method, fusion is performed in three levels: fusion in ranks, fusion in retrieved images, and fusion in similarities. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a CBIR system with 10000 images of 82 different semantic groups is employed. The experimental results confirm the superior of suggested method in terms of retrieval precision. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this article is designing excellence management model in the Cement industry using human capital approach. It is a practical research using Exploratory mixed method (Cross-sectional survey and Delphi by type of study). The population of this research is all Specialists and experts in the field of cement industry that are 1000 persons and 255 samples selected by using simple random sampling method and Table Bula to respond 216 researcher-made indices. Also 80 educated and experienced people in the Cement industry with managerial insight were selected to investigate their opinion, dimensions, components and indicators using confirmatory factor analysis. The construct validity and Cronbach's alpha obtained (٧٨ percent) indicates the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis indicates 4 dimensions (Data, process, output and feedback) and 12 components that explained 72.45 percent of variance. Also Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model was a good fit and confirmed dimensions and components of human capital management model with human capital approach. In qualitative section, dimensions, components and criteria of excellence management model confirmed by delphi (with three posts) and Brainstorming among 30 experts in this field (focus ring) too.
