E-Commerce is going to be remembered as one of the most important concepts of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, for a very unique reason: it is the combination of , business, marketing, and design. As well as the others, marketing has a long history. However, raising the Internet and e-commerce turns its utilization and practice into a modern way, as well as the others. One of the modern techniques of marketing is called viral marketing or so called Word-of-Mouth (WOM). This study is dedicated to reviewing the several strategies and key point of viral marketing. As the contribution, this study is focused on getting the window-shopping phenomenon to work, as a promoting factor on viral marketing strategies. In this paper, a case study on influence of window-shopping on a multi-stage customer decision process compared to that of WOM is been done as the empirical study deducing the applicability and competency of window-shopping. In the current era, with joining developing country to the global markets, companies in these countries are facing with competition pressure. Studies show that the best way for producing qualified products is moving toward skillful and smart activities. Since modern international commerce has provided the possibility of purchasing wide range of products, production and consumption are both taking place within far geographical distances. Therefore, in order to permanently exist in dynamic world markets, companies and industries do not have other chances except implementing upgraded techniques along the production process. Value chain analysis has important role in perception of effective implementation of such technique to successfully protect companies in global economy, because in global value chain framework, company can enhance added value and gain competitive advantages by using appropriate techniques through operations and production process improvement. The purpose of this study is the explanation of the role and status of upgrading techniques in global value chain. So at first the definition of upgrading concepts and existence technique is presented, then the role of upgrading technique in global value chain management is investigated through expressing global value chain basics and its models. Studies indicate that, product and process upgrading in hierarchical and quasi-hierarchical global value chain, and functional upgrading technique in market-driven global value chain model, act more efficiently; whereas in the chain of network–based relationship, producers and consumers use their competency and competitiveness complementarily for upgrading and innovation. One of the most important tools for entrepreneurial growth and development is the existence of a culture that supports entrepreneurship. In this study, the cultural barriers of entrepreneurship were identified and the entrepreneurial culture and failure culture in the entrepreneurial society were evaluated. This study was conducted on the basis of qualitative and quantitative mixed research. The statistical population included the entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi Technical and Vocational Training Centers, which was determined by the purposeful sampling method of snowballs due to the dispersion of the community. The results of the qualitative section showed that entrepreneurs are facing cultural barriers such as lack of culture of creativity, rejection of failure, negative attitude to risk, distrust of women's empowerment, the existence of patriarchal culture in society and organizations and parental opposition to girls' entrepreneurial activities. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed that the rate of failure in the studied community is very high and entrepreneurs agree to give the failed people a chance again. In general, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative results shows that the cultural subsystem in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not in a good situation and the existing culture is not supportive of entrepreneurship and even prevents the emergence of entrepreneurship in many cases. The emergence and expansion of new service channels in banks, the large number of branches in the service network of banks, and the high cost of the branch, on the one hand, led the banks to reduce the number of branches and the integration of smaller branches in other branches, but factors such as the loss of customers , Brand coverage, social security deprivation, etc., have created considerations for banks in integrating branches. In this paper, a comprehensive overview of the literature on mergers of bank branches and similar issues was first discussed and influential variables were identified in the problem. Then, the behavior of customers influenced by the merger of branches as one of the key variables affecting the problem has been investigated. For this purpose, a five-step model has been developed in this paper, with its main core of cluster analysis techniques. Finally, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the developed model, a case study of Mellat branches has been used in the country. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal conditions and contextual condition to teachers’ training while working on the part of the special school of Tehran, Iran. In this qualitative study based on grounded theory (GT), data were collected by review of related texts and semi-structured interviews with 47 (to achieve theoretical saturation and maximum dependability) informant individuals (Present and past managers, teachers and educational experts of special schools) selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was done using open, axial, and selective coding. The results of the study showed that the two categories are the casual condition for teachers’ training while working 1-individual characteristics (individual aptitude and capacities, internal motives, sense of meaning and purpose in work). 2-characteristics of the teacher's job (the necessity of continuous growth in teaching, the human-nurturing obligation of teachers, the attempt at continuous vocational betterment, the opportunity for the application of acquired knowledge, and the significance of idea development and creativity). The contextual conditions include: 1- Organizational culture (interaction quality, learning opportunity, feedback system, decision-making style, emphasis on innovation), 2- Role patterns (influence of pioneers, principals as learning models, ambition, job engagement), 3-Organizational support (taking the material and spiritual benefits of teachers into account), 4- Quality and quantity of educational programs (consistency between educational, goals, content, methods, evaluation, and facilities). Thus, if the workplace becomes a learning location, learning while working will lead to a constant development in our organization and ourselves Manuscript profile

The Radical Right in European countries has achieved the definition of a mythical self by relying on an imaginary geography and in this process has benefited from those who have sacrificed for their ideals. The research question concerns how radical right groups have affected the creation of imaginary-mythicalgeography in Europe. The hypothesis which is tested based on Mitchell’s pictorial turn theory is that radical right groups have affected Europe through picture and image recognition to create imaginary-mythical geography and have resulted in the strengthening of their social identity. The results of the study show that the radical right has recognized those who have sacrificed by holding musical and athletic events and in this way have strengthened social identity in imaginary-mythical geography. Today, we face numerous and diverse indicators in the discussion of sustainability. These indicators link sustainability to other concepts such as welfare, health, social cohesion, and they are also considered in the activities of design and planning time, construction, and operation. So, designing a sustainability assessment system for different regions of Iran is necessary and helpful to develop this country. The purpose is to show "the non-generalizability of international systems for use in different regions and climates and" the need to localize evaluation systems " and also emphasize the need to design an evaluation system according to the problems and facilities of the context, Attention to spatial capacities, modeling of traditional sustainable climate architecture as well as cold and dry climate ecological studies of Iran. This study first tries to prove the nature of these systems by analyzing the basis of production of stability assessment systems and the roots of the weighting of international, indigenous, and regional systems. Then, compile the structure and architectural elements of the hot and dry climate according to the basic stability indicators. To meet the aim, first, studying the existing evaluation systems as a case study shows that in all systems, even systems are known as international, regional coefficients are effective in weighting the indicators. Also, they are designed based on a regional context. Based on the research findings and the reviewed systems, the coefficients of headings and indicators are mainly based on regional indicators. Therefore, this system cannot be generalized to other regions, despite the claim of international design. By analyzing the findings from the Delphi technique and examining the climatic and social situation of the cold and dry climate of Iran, the proposed indicators for the cold and dry climate were introduced. The damages caused by natural disasters and the type of reaction of societies to them are reflected in various forms in the past written works. This study aims to find out how and how much attention has been paid to these damages and related reactions to manage them in Persian texts up to the eighth century. This research is a descriptiveanalytical study of qualitative content analysis with an integrated approach. Among the common hazards, four natural hazards were considered: earthquake, flood, drought and snow and severe cold. From selected Persian texts, by purposive sampling, a total of 93 poetic samples and 52 prose samples were selected and reviewed.According to the research findings, economic damage is the most damage caused by natural disasters mentioned in selected Persian texts (45%). Also, the most attention has been paid to response phase in these texts (52%).It seems that our society's response-oriented approach to natural disasters is rooted in a historical mentality that is reflected in Persian texts up to the eighth century. A methodical and deep understanding of this historical mentality can help theorists in a deeper understanding of the current society behaviors against the natural disasters and the desired change of those behaviors. Palynological data are used for palynostratigraphy and reconstruction of some environmental parameters of the Middle Jurassic (Bajocian - Callovian) deposits at the Tapal stratigraphic section, west of Shahrood, eastern Alborz. The studied strata (Dalichai Formation) contain diverse, relatively well-preserved palynofloras, including miospores (spores and pollens), dinoflagellates cysts, fungal spores, foraminiferal test linings, acritarchs and Tasmanites. The palynofloras include 22 species of spores (belonging to 18 genera), 15 species of pollen (attributed to 9 genera) and 28 species of dinoflagellate cysts (assigned to 15 genera). Based on the stratigraphic distribution of miospores, the Klukisporites variegatus-Araucariacites australis-Cerebropollenites macroverrucosus Assemblage Zone is recognized in the sequence examined, Presence of some index dinoflagellate species led to the identification of three successive biozones including, in an ascending order, Cribroperidinium crispum Total Range Zone (late Bajocian), Dichadogonyaulax sellwoodii Interval Zone (Bathonian – early Callovian) and Ctenidodinum continuum Interval Biozone (early - middle Callovian). To reconstruct some parameters of the sedimentary environments of the studied strata, evidences such as frequency and diversity of spores attributable to ferns, relative abundance of drier/wetter and warmer/cooler elements in different plant communities, ratio of palynological elements and palynofacies, presence of index shallow water dinoflagellate cysts for instance Dichadogonyaulax sellwoodii, Ctenidodinium spp., Valensiella ovulum, Pareodinia spp., Nannoceratopsis gracilis, abundance of proximate dinocysts forms, presence of fungal spores and warm - temperate water dinoflagellate (Gonyaulacysta centriconnata, Nannoceratopsis pellucida, Gonyaulacysta jurassica, Pareodinia ceratophora) are utilized. Based on the above criteria, the material examined seems to have been deposited in a marine margin, low oxygen environment, with low rate sedimentation, under hot and humid climate conditions, where the surrounding terrestrial vegetation was dominated by ferns. The studied Ghoshchi complex gabbros are located in the north of Uromiyeh city and NW of Central Iran structural zone. These rocks are intruded into the Cadomian basement, and late diabasic, granitic and aplitic dikes crosscut these gabbros. Clinopyroxene and plagioclase are the main minerals of the gabbros. These rocks are characterized by relatively low 87Sr/86Sr (0.703280-0.704343) ratios. Their isotopic signatures indicate a within plate environment for the formation of gabbros and derivation from an enriched mantle source. 40Ar-39Ar dating shows 316.55±1.68 Ma (Carboniferous period) as minimum age and are related to almost early phases of Neotethys opening. The Ghoshchi gabbros are originated more likely from a spinel-garnet lherzolitic mantle source with about 5% partial melting. Manuscript profile
