Introduction :The main purpose of this study was to indicate the degree of applying professional ethics  and vocational qualifications of victuals’ professors in Isfahan and Medical Sciences Universities of Isfahan. The research method was survey and descriptive one. Statistical population included all professors and their assistants from virtual universities of Isfahan and Medical Sciences Universities in 2012-2013 academic years. 168 students were selected by using stratified random sampling method. Data gathering instrument was self-made questionnaire with four different items included designing, teaching, evaluating and using the technologies. After determining the reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed between 30 professors for calculating the variance of the population. Validity of the questionnaire was calculated by using Alpha Cronbach Coefficient.  The results indicated that professors and their assistants believed that, they are applying moral and professional ethics more than average 3.5. Inverse, their students believed that professors used moral and ethics less than average. The differences may be the results of varieties between two educational environments: virtual and on campus education. The results indicated that the professors in virtual education should have different qualifications from the on campus universities professors. Therefore, higher education institutions should provide in-service teaching programs for their professors to be acquainted them with new tools and new teaching methods for using in the virtual courses.          The purpose of this study was to assessing quality dimensions of the virtual education (v-education) between Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) students and determine the difference between virtual students and presence students at the University of Isfahan (UI). These quality dimensions are included Instructor-Learner, Learner-Learner, Learner-Content, Learner-Interface, Instructional Strategies, and Social Presence. Research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population included  all the MLIS students (40 virtual MLIS students and 35 presence MLIS students). The five-degree Likert scale researcher-made questionnaire was used to gathering data and its pattern was Hathaway questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire approved by experienced teachers. In order to determine the reliability it was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.93) for presence education and (0.97) for virtual education. To analyze data, it was used SPSS software and descriptive statistics frequency, percentage, mean, central and dispersion indices, schedule, chart and suitable statistics methods like statistics tests and correlation coefficients. Findings showed that there is difference between the MLIS virtual students and MLIS presence courses at UI in different quality dimensions. Also not significant difference was found in surveyed variables between the two communities except Instructor-Learner and Learner-Interface. Findings showed that in UI, the virtual senior students LIS in different quality dimensions with 3.07 more than average and the presence senior LIS students in different quality dimensions with 3.38 is more than average.   Manuscript profile

The objective of the present paper is to study the condition of children’s awareness in their activities in the schools and the impact of the closer of the schools on attaining awareness of the pandemic of coronavirus. So far, going to schools was associated with their activities in accordance with their parents and teachers’ views. So, due to some difficulties in going to schools most of them were not satisfied. Now, after one year of staying at home and being away from schools, they learned a lot about the differences between being at schools and staying at home. It can be said that now they have gained a form of awareness which is different from the earlier one. Going to school voluntarily versus attending at schools compulsory, willing to involve oneself in social activities despite certain threats and social restrictions versus having relation with family members, and the difference between self learning and learning through teachers are among the main philosophical and cognitive achievements of children. E-learning is one of the appropriate tools to train employees in the organization due to some advantages such as flexibility of time and place. However, realizing these benefits and removing the barriers are in need of optimal use of e-learning. Thus the current study tried to identify and rank the barriers of teachers in virtual training and development of organizations. Therefore, this study was conducted in a sample of 115 of Shahid Beheshti University staff in Tehran who attended in e-learning courses through the last year. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Reliability of the questionnaire was 95% based on Cronbach’s alpha and its validity was confirmed by scholars and experts of virtual education. The Results of this study identified and ranked barriers of e-learning as follows: Educational, Infrastructural, moral and Cultural barriers. The implications of the current study on how virtual education can be properly used in HRD is also discussed and outlined in the paper. Manuscript profile

Given the role that virtual in-service education plays today in the development of teachers 'professions, it is important to examine teachers' perceptions of this type of education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of teachers in district one of Tabriz about virtual in-service education. The method of this study was descriptive phenomenology. The participants in this study were teachers in district one of Tabriz in primary and secondary schools who had the experience of participating in in-service virtual education. Purposeful standard sampling was used to interview teachers. In this regard, after semi-structured interviews with a general question and then exploratory questions to obtain more in-depth information with 18 people, theoretical saturation was obtained in the data. During the interviews, teachers shared their experiences of in-service training, which was analyzed using the seven-step Colaizzi method. The results of the analysis of teachers' perceptions about in-service education showed 9 main themes, which are: accessibility regardless of time and place, optimization, suitability with educational methods and new technologies, organizational support, content problems, implementation problems, Evaluation problems, human resource problems; Lack of necessary infrastructure. According to these results, it can be said that the use of virtual education system for in-service training courses can solve some of the problems and inefficiencies of in-service training of teachers, including inconsistent training with changes in textbooks, time, place and Eliminate educational resources and pave the way for the emergence of new methods of teacher education such as electronic and virtual methods. In virtual in-service teacher training, instructional support or scaffolding is an essential component of effective training that can be provided in the form of computer-based scaffolding. Personalization of computer-based scaffolding is achieved with dynamic computer-based scaffolding. The purpose of this study is to design and validate a model of dynamic computer-based scaffolding in virtual in-service teacher training. The research method used in this research was mixed method with sequential exploratory design. In qualitative research, the synthesis research method was used and the components of the model were extracted and a concept and process model was designed. Quantitative research was used to validate the model and survey research method and questionnaire were used and the internal validity of the proposed model was confirmed. Dynamic computer-based scaffolding model in virtual in-service teacher training has 8 main components and 47 sub-components. Key components include analysis with 11 subcomponents, design with 16 subcomponents, development with 3 subcomponents, implementation with 3 subcomponents, evaluation with 8 subcomponents, dissermination with 3 subcomponents, process evaluation and revision, and review and revision with 3 subcomponents. Internal validaty findings from experts showed that concept and process model have a high internal validity. Dynamic computer-based scaffolding model in online in-service teacher training can be used to design dynamic and computer-based instructional support and lead to learning and independent performance in the future. The main goal of the research was to design a suitable model of virtual education based on value management in elementary school. The method of the present research is in terms of the applied goal, in terms of the type of data, and in terms of the nature of the study, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Data was collected through interviews. The work of data collection continued until the researcher made sure that no new data would be obtained and reached the saturation point. After the interviews, the designed model was given to a number of specialists and experts at different levels of education And the professors of public and free universities were used as targeted non-probability sampling to study and review, and after a week, their opinions and possible corrections were collected through a questionnaire. The findings were analyzed using the ground theory method in the qualitative part and using the t-test of a sample in the quantitative part in order to check the components and dimensions of the model. The findings showed that the dimensions of the virtual education model based on value management in elementary school include organizational values, teaching-learning activity, learning school, knowledge management, insight and smart school. Based on the review of experts' opinions regarding the validity of the model and all the components And the dimensions have been confirmed. Manuscript profile
