The purpose of this study is to recognize and Analyze of factors influencing the quality of education in higher education . This study was conducted via mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). Statistical population of study in the qualitative part were experts of higher education and university professors which were selected by purposive sampling. The interviews continued to obtain adequate data saturation (15 expert). Statistical population of study in the quantitative part was 392 professors of Yazd University. Based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 196 persons were randomly selected as the sample of the study. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews in the qualitative phase and a questionnaire developed by the researche. The questionnaire validity was confirmed by viewpoints of specialists and professors, and the reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha (0.89). In order to analyze the information in the qualitative part of open coding and in the quantitative part for prioritizing and weighing the factors affecting the quality of education in higher education, the software A.H.P and for analysis of information from PLS software and factor load were used. The study results indicated that the professors’ teaching method, organization of educational content, faculty’facilities and equipment, student status (place, time, talent), professional competency of professors (education and research) and new technologies were among the effective factors on quality of education in higher education and professors’ teaching method has the higherst prioprity.   Manuscript profile

With the advent of growing knowledge of the economy and the rapid growth of technology, intellectual property has become the focus of attention of corporate investment managers and researchers. Patent are considered to be the most important intellectual asset, and one of the reasons for this is the extensive research that has been done on the various dimensions of these rights. The patent provides the possessor with the possibility to use the technology exclusively for a limited period (often twenty years). Since many industrial and service companies need to acquire new technologies by the purchase of patent rights to maintain their competitive advantage and sustained business growth, the issue of patent assessment has become a serious challenge in the field of technology. In this research, a model for evaluating and ranking patents based on multi-criteria programming methods is presented and then the resulting model is implemented in a cell phone company. The company is required to choose a technology from four technologies: (1) a dual display, (2) missing phone tracking, (3) wireless communications security, and (4) remote banking to develop its products. The implementation of the model is based on four main criteria: (1) the essence of technology, (2) the cost of technology, (3) the product market, and (4) the technology market in the company led to the choice of wireless security technology. Also the accuracy of the result obtained from the implementation of the research model has been confirmed by the method of ELECTRE. Manuscript profile

Technology holder countries and organizations seek to sell their technology to less developed ones to achieve profits. Selection appropriate technology transfer (TT) methods may play significant role in obtaining TT projects. Due to the diverse experiences persistent to the field of TT in Iranian Powerhouse Industry, it seems necessary to prioritize appropriate TT methods in order to increase successful and decline failure contingency of future projects. In this investigation, a three phased model including clustering TT methods, prioritizing clusters, and ranking elements in each cluster has been proposed to select appropriate methods of TT. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been utilized to analyze the gathered data of distributed questionnaire among 30 experts. In order to evaluate validity of obtained results once the TT methods have been prioritized by Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) method. The findings of this stage confirm previous results. Manuscript profile

The Inscription of the historical fabric of Yazd in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage Cities, according to the third and fifth UNESCO cultural criteria, was performed in 2017. One of the strategies for the preservationdaily life in the historical fabric is to reuse the previous lands that have been abandoned or the ones under dilapidated buildings that have become non-productive spaces. The researchpurpose is the first, prioritizing the neighborhoods of the historical fabric of Yazd in terms of the potential of these lands for redevelopment; and then presenting the program of improve the efficiency in their use in the area(neighborhood) with the most capability. The Analytic network process, is one of themulti-criteria decision-making methods that have been used to measure the potential of these lands, and the strategic planning process has been used to plan their reuse in the area with the most capabilities. All neighborhoods of the historical fabric of Yazd have a significant share of land worth redevelopment at their central core and outskirts. Zartoshtiha (followers of the religion of Zoroaster) neighborhood showed a greater potential for redevelopment due to its social desirability, economic potential, especially in the field of tourism, and proper access. The article alsooffersthe proposed suitable uses onpotentially redeveloping lands as well as solutions for the prosperity of life in the Zartoshtiha neighborhood. This article is also an example of the application of non-productive land redevelopment planning in historical and ancient fabrics. Manuscript profile

Stagnation of companies leads to tax, insurance and banking arrears, adjustment and unemployment of human resources, decrease in value and credit of the company, decrease in the value of the company's brand, intensification of partners' differences and legalization of company's issues, acquisition of company's assets by non-specialists,... and finally, the added value of the sub-sectors will decrease and production and economic growth will decrease. In order to realize the economic slogans announced by the Supreme Leader (Madazla Al-Ali) during the last few years, the strategies for revitalizing stagnant mining and industrial companies (with many previous and previous connections) should be examined. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to formulate a strategy for revitalizing stagnant mining and industrial companies. Therefore, the current research is based on the purpose of a survey and descriptive relationship investigation. For this purpose, through the method of hierarchical analysis as well as the study of related documents, a conceptual model for the revival of stagnant mining and industrial companies from the group of mining, chemical, textile (clothing and cellulose), food and metal industries with the opinion of 400 experts and stakeholders of this group were defined and compiled. Based on the results of the research, using hierarchical analysis for each group of industries, strategies for revival such as debt reorganization, transfer of management, financing, identification of new markets, sale of surplus assets, etc. were identified and prioritized..
