Nowadays, organizational portals hold a key role in disseminating organizational information at different layers. Within their scope, educational portals are particularly significant, due to their ability in upgrading users’ knowledge and skill in realizing entrepreneurship business. Considering the geographical distributed-ness as well as job variation in entrepreneurship and the parameters which are influential in the process of designing these portals, developing a mechanism that can offer a high capability to portals in upgrading entrepreneurship skill, is of high priority. This necessitates the very features which are essential to designing efficiently these sorts of portals. In this paper, an approach is suggested according to which the features expected for designing an educational portal are represented in terms of an ontology, and it is subsequently explained how and in what way these features can on the one hand help realize entrepreneurship business and on the other hand help entrepreneurship training/education come true in a reasonable way. At the end, the capability of the proposed approach will be discussed in terms of two practical scenarios being used frequently. Manuscript profile

This essay discusses Sheikh Aziz Nasafi’s thoughts and opinions (probably born in 596 A.H.); one of the seventh century mystics and philosophers; who had an undeniable effect on Iran’s philosophical thought; especially in the relationship between philosophy and mysticism. This paper trys to reveal how Aziz Nasafi’s thoughts led to the foundation and establishment of a political thought on the basis of mystical thought in Iran. It seems that this movement became persistent in Iran and finally turned into the dominant flow. Nasafi’s political thought can be observed as a political-mystical thoughts. Therefore the present article surveys the influential aspects and dimensions of the Iranian political thought evolving from Nasafi’s mystical thought. Manuscript profile

In this paper, we focus on the relationship between ontology and political thought in Moslem philosophers’ views, especially in Iran. According to ancient philosophical systems, the ontological point of view is very important, and every intellectual argumentation, including political one, must be understood in the light of ontology. Islamic political philosophy consists in an idealism that rejects the political reality and opens new ideal horizons. This political idealism is based on the ontological foundations of Islamic philosophy; therefore, understanding Islamic political philosophy implies understanding its ontological and cosmological basis. This is important for the present article, especially in this point that according to Muslem philosophers an ideal political system should be of the same system as the whole cosmos. Discussing the basis of ideaism, the present paper, as a case study, aims to show that the Illuminationist philosophy of Suhrawadi has elaborated a new ontological system, based on the Light, and therefore, it can provide a new model for ideal politics. Ontology, epistemology and anthropology are considered as the basis for any theory in the humanities, as there is no theory, explicit or implicit, that is not based on these basic metaphysical principles. Also, the political thought as a normative concept, always arises in relation to the context and the time and its contemporary crisis, reflecting these crises and based on the fundamental philosophical foundations, determine its favorable conditions that derived from normative criteria and articulates, its specific formations from patterns of authority. Comparing ideas in political thought with each other that can be based on their metaphysical principles and norms, is considered to be a category of political thought. According to such a process of political theory, political thought is a paradigmatic narrative. This article seeks to provide a the Paradigmatic Narrative from political thought of Plato, based on the Republic's dialogue. And by demonstrating the metaphysical fundamentals of his contemporary crisis, analysis the positive and negative ratio of plato's utopia with those crisis and fundamentals. The moral crisis and the decline of Athens in the Peloponnesian War and the emergence of sophists, remains the central crisis of Plato. The foundation of the Semantic Web are ontologies. Ontologies play the main role in the exchange of information and development of the Lexical Web to the Semantic Web. Manual construction of ontologies is time-consuming, expensive, and dependent on the knowledge of domain engineers. Also, Ontologies that have been extracted automatically from corpus on the Web might have incomplete information. The main objective of this study is describing a method to improve and expand the information of the ontologies. Therefore, this study first discusses the automatic construction of prototype ontology in animals’ domain from Wikipedia and then a method is presented to improve the built ontology. The proposed method of improving ontology expands ontology concepts through Bootstrapping methods using a set of concepts and relations in initial ontology and with the help of the Google search engine. A confidence measure was considered to choose the best option from the returned results by Google. Finally, the experiments showed the information that was obtained using the proposed method is twice more than the information that was obtained at the stage of automatic construction of ontology from Wikipedia. The proper representation of textual documents has been the greatest challenge in text mining applications. In this paper, a knowledge-based representation model for text documents is introduced. The system works by integrating structured knowledge in the core components of the system. Semantic, lexical, syntactical and structural features are identified by the pre-processing module. The enrichment module is introduced to identify contextually similar concepts and concept maps for improving the representation. The information content of documents and the enriched contents are fused (merged) into the graphical structure of semantic network to form a unified and comprehensive representation of documents. The 20Newsgroup and Reuters-21578 dataset are used for evaluation. The evaluation results suggest that the proposed method exhibits a high level of accuracy, recall and precision. The results also indicate that even when a small portion of information content is available, the proposed method performs well in standard text mining applications. Manuscript profile

Based on various interpretations, the relationship between the good and beauty in Plato’s philosophy fluctuates between being identical and different, and these interpretations lead to different consequences in Platonic ethics and aesthetics and suggest different relationships between the good and beauty and his metaphysics. Many interpreters believe that the truth and the good are the same in Plato’s view, while the relationship between beauty and the good is not clearly known to them. Through a study of the features of each of these two entities in various dialogs and contexts and the arguments adduced to describe the relationship between them, one can not only learn about the quality of this relationship but also determine the borderlines of Platonic aesthetics and, as a result, discover the place of beauty as the truth of being in this philosopher’s ontology. In this study, based on Plato’s prescriptive method in his seventh letter regarding the knowledge of every subject, the writers deal with the relationship between beauty and its equivalent concepts, such as pleasure, harmony, proportion, order, and unity. Then, by responding to the questions related to the difference of the good from beauty, they demonstrate that the other definitions and meanings of beauty can be interpreted in the same way, and that the truth of beauty is the same as the good in the sense of unity. Finally, they conclude that beauty is the cause of existence and the end of everything. Therefore, ethics and aesthetics are considered to be two dimensions of Plato’s unitary ontology. Software systems are alive as long as they can be changed and used. Changing the source code without considering the consequences can lead to the architectural erosion of software systems. Architectural erosion gradually makes the system unchangeable and moves it towards deterioration. Architectural decisions in the source code are usually made using architectural tactics. These tactics are fine-grained decisions that are made to achieve a certain quality attribute. Recognizing these tactics in the source code, allows developers to change the code while knowing the implementation location of these decisions. This slows the architectural erosion process and delays the system's movement towards deterioration. Thus, this paper introduces a method based on semantic web for recognizing the architectural tactics presented in the source code. Based on this approach, the new concept of microtactic is introduced that increases the possibility of recognizing architectural tactics using a semantic web and ontological approach. The evaluation results show that this method in comparison with other similar methods recognizes the tactics with higher precision and quality. Manuscript profile

the terminology of the Quranic term ‘Amal-e-Sālih remains a challenging topic for Islamic researchers. Semantic studies on the term are mostly based upon lexical and idiomatic analysis as well as individual understandings made by the scholars and interpreters out of Quran’s verses or other Islamic sources, and the process of discovering the terminology of the term is rarely pursued systematically. While Semantics, as a branch of the fast-developing science of Linguistics, has experienced much improvements in the past decades and it is necessary to follow the systematic procedures for semantically discovering the Quranic terms synchronous with the advancement of this knowledge. As proposed by contemporary Semantics, Terminology discovering might be presented at three levels of Term, Context, and Discourse. This paper tries to present semantic analysis of the Quranic term of ‘Amal-e-Sālih on the level of discourse by introducing and applying Ontology [on this Quranic concept]. Ontology as a new tool in computer and information technology, specifies the key words involved in a domain of knowledge, as well as their relationships and therefore standardizes the meanings. In the proposed Quranic Ontology, by considering several semantic relationships (generalization, procedure, and combination), the connections between related concepts are presented in a suitable template in the form of network diagrams, simple arrows, dots and lines. It will be witnessed that applying Ontology in semantic analysis of the level of discourse for the term, ‘Amal-e-Sālih clearly offers a new understanding of this Quranic concept, which can bring about new educational approaches and outcomes. In recent years, ontologies, as one of the most important components of the semantic web, have expanded in various fields. The problem of ontology matching has been raised with the aim of creating a set of mappings between entities of ontologies. This problem is classified as an NP-hard problem. Therefore, greedy methods have been proposed to solve it in different ways. Selecting the appropriate lexical, structural and semantic similarity criteria and using an effective combination method to obtain the final mapping is one of the most important challenges of these methods. In this paper, an automatic method of matching ontologies is proposed to provide a one-to-one mapping set. This method detects primary mappings based on a new lexical similarity criterion, which is accordance with the descriptive essence of entities and combining this similarity with semantic similarity obtained from external semantic sources. By locally propagating the score of initial mappings in the class hierarchy graph, structurally matching entities are identified. In this method, property matching is examined in a separate step. In the final step, the mapping filter is applied in order to maintain the consistency of the final mapping set. In the evaluation section, comparing the performance of the lexical similarity measure compared to other proposed textual similarity measures, indicates the efficiency of this measure in the problem of ontology matching. In addition, the results of the proposed matching system compared to the results of the set of participating systems in the OAEI competitions shows this system in the second place and higher than many complex matching systems. Heidegger has provided some innovative interpretations regarding several topics particularly in relation to human existence. His views about human beings are comparable to those of Mullā Ṣadrā in certain respects. One of them is their belief in man’s transcendence and existential width. Both thinkers maintain that man is not an entity imprisoned in itself; man, who is the source of many possibilities and is aware of them, is subject to “becoming” and can become what they are not at the present time. In other words, man can go beyond the existing situation and attain transcendence. Although there is a similarity in this regard between the thoughts of these two thinkers, it should be considered that in Mullā Ṣadrā’s ontological system, the human soul, owing to its essential immateriality, always enjoys a perception and understanding of its identity as connected to an unlimited being and infinite truth. The human soul, which entails the whole limits of being in itself, tries to grant meaning to its existence through gaining proximity and similarity to that infinite truth in the course of traversing its out-of-itself stages. The soul’s developmental journey for reaching the ultra-rational stage also continues after death. By contrast, in Heidegger’s ontological system, truth is based on Dasein, whose being real indicates that it is the only existence in the world. It also means that, without being connected to a mysterious and transcendent power, Dasein always possesses a pre-knowledge of everything that comprises the world and continually perceives things with no cover at highest levels of clarity. Therefore, Dasein relies on itself in transcendence, the continuation of which is motivated by actualizing its existential possibilities until it dies. Death is the last existential possibility of Dasein upon which it attains its end. Manuscript profile
