In power systems operation, interruptions occur due to various reasons such as faults and inadequacy of generation. Load shedding allocation with respect to operation costs and security, customers’ type and their behavior is the main challenge of this paper. In this research a new procedure for load shedding allocation with respect to the “load shedding history” of each customer is presented. In this research a new coefficient, called endurance coefficient, is introduced. The customers declare their dependency to electricity via sending their endurance coefficients to the power system operator (ISO).A new method is proposed in this paper in which the customers get paid according to the mentioned coefficient, if load shedding occurs. For validation of the proposed method, different scenarios on IEEE RTS 24-bus test grid is studied and numerical results show effectiveness of the proposed method. Manuscript profile

Background: Osteoarthritis (arthritis of the joints) is one of the most common metabolic disorders of bone tissue that reduces the process of absorption and reabsorption in bone. Exercise and stem cell injections can have beneficial effects in treating this disease. The enzymes alkaline phosphatase and osteopontin, as markers of bone formation, play an important role in diagnosing the progression or treatment of this disease. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of training, stem cells and hyaluronic acid on osteocalcin, ALP and osteopontin in the cartilage tissue of rats with osteoarthritis. Materials and Methods: In this study, 25 rats were divided in 5 groups including: (1) healthy control, (2) patient control, (3) endurance training (3 days a week for one month), (4) recipients of mesenchymal stem cells (1 × 106 cells / Kg), and (5) simultaneous recipients of endurance training and mesenchymal stem cells. Alkaline phosphatase gene expression was assessed by RT PCR and the amount of osteopontin synthesis was measured by immunohistochemistry procedure. Results: Training and mesenchymal stem cell injection had a significant effect on increasing alkaline phosphatase gene expression and osteopontin in patient rats compared to the patient control group (P <0.001). Also, simultaneous endurance training and stem cell injection have interactive effects on increasing both factors (P <0.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it seems that endurance training and injection of mesenchymal stem cells in the joints, either separately or simultaneously, can increase the expression of alkaline phosphatase gene and the amount of osteopontin. The theory of resistance economics has been proposed by the Supreme Leader for some time. Addressing this issue for various reasons is important and necessary. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical method according to the available facilities and resources. Also, in conducting this research, we came to the conclusion that: First of all, endurance in the field of economy has an important role in the country's growth and bringing the nation to prosperity and perfection. Another result that can be obtained from this research is the identification of endurance, which by recognizing its characteristics, we came to the conclusion that endurance has characteristics such as orbital guardianship, justice, independence, and so on. It was known that endurance is the culture of guardianship, that is, moving in the right path of God is present in all matters of our lives. We also realized that endurance is a culture of hardship and duty, that is, along with endurance, there must be patience and endurance, but the results are also great in parallel with these hardships. Another characteristic of endurance in economics is effort and contentment. Another part of this study was to examine the obstacles to the advancement of endurance in the field of resistance economics. Manuscript profile

It is more than 200 years since the monumental book of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah was written by Mullā Hādī Sabziwārī, the prominent philosopher in the field of the Transcendent Philosophy. During these 200 years, this book has always functioned as one of the most important texts in various seminaries and philosophy centers in Iran and in the world, and no other work, whether in the style of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah itself or in another style, has ever been able to replace it. What has resulted in the fame and endurance of this book is, firstly, the supreme scientific and spiritual character of its writer and, secondly, its expression of content in the poetic style for the first time; its comprehensiveness in terms of various philosophical problems and views; its innovative style; its concise but precise nature; its frequent use as a textbook by its writer; the existence of various glosses and commentaries on this work, and its being used as a textbook by several prominent teachers over time. In this paper, while dealing with the place of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah among similar works and its advantages and reasons for longevity in academic centers, the authors have provided a report of the history of this book, the quality of its teaching in Iran and in the whole world, and introduced its distinguished teachers during different periods in different educational centers. Background: Fatty liver disease is the most important reason for chronic liver diseases such as liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The aim of this study was the effect of endurance training and probiotic consumption on IL-18 gene expression in male rats with steatosis. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 32 rats (average weight 200-250 grams) were randomly divided into four groups (healthy control, modeled (steatosis) group, steatosis + probiotic group, and steatosis + probiotic + exercise group). Training groups for 8 weeks, 5 sessions every week, in the beginning week with a speed of 18 meters per minute, time of 10 minutes, and every week the speed of 1-2 meters per minute and the time was increased by 10 minutes, so that In the fourth week, the speed reached 22 meters per minute and the time reached 40 minutes. The groups receiving the supplement received 109 CFU/ml of Lactobacillus rhamnus GG by gavage daily for 8 weeks and 5 days a week. IL-18 gene expression in liver tissue was measured by Real-time PCR method. The data were evaluated using the statistical method of one-way analysis of variance and significance level (P ≥ 0.05). Results: The results showed that endurance training along with probiotic consumption significantly decreased IL-18 gene expression in rats with steatosis. Conclusion: It seems that performing endurance training along with probiotic consumption can have a greater effect than the effect of probiotic alone on IL-18 gene expression. Manuscript profile
