The purpose of this study was to determine to what extends entrepreneurial support is provided by University of Applied Science among a stratified random sample of agricultural students (n = 150) in Kermanshah Province. Results indicated that students preferred university support in the area of marketing, customer retention, and financial support in starting a small venture. Results also revealed that these supports are not provided by university officials. In addition, there was a significant difference between current level of support and optimum level of support provided by university officials. Finally, the proposed model fitted the data with acceptable fit indices. In other words, entrepreneurial support predicted entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and self-efficacy. The result of this study has implication for university entrepreneurship centers. For example, developing creative ideas to university incubators, inviting successful entrepreneurs to the classroom, encouraging local investors, inviting successful entrepreneurs and local investors to classrooms, visiting successful entrepreneurship ventures, and training post-launch phase of entrepreneurship is recommended. The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of virtual education in reproducing educational inequality during the Corona virus epidemic.. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Thus, in the first step, the challenges of e-learning in the country are analyzed, then the challenges in reproducing educational inequality in the Corona period are analyzed. The most important challenges of e-learning are distributing resources and facilities (spatial), the economic challenge, the gender challenge and the cultural challenge. Findings show that each of the challenges in the field of formal and public education has led to educational inequality. The challenge of distributing resources and facilities has led to lower quality of education in disadvantaged areas compared to the regions. The economic challenge has also created a class gap between deprived and privileged areas due to the low income level of people in deprived areas and the high cost of virtual educational aids. Gender challenges due to unequal use between men and women, most women have limitations in using e-learning. The cultural challenge is also due to the fact that the ruling classes have a larger share of cultural capital than other classes and are more able to deposit this type of capital in their children. The results show that the education system in the face of the challenges should consider measures and mechanisms, because until the challenges of advancing virtual education in the formal and public education systems are not addressed , educational inequalities cannot be eliminated. Development of social capital as a macro-policy in higher education may result from high quality human resource training. Educational systems can provide quality training opportunities, laying the groundwork for people to get involved in social events. In this respect, various theoretical conceptions of training qualification should be, however, taken into consideration. In recent decades, the relevance and development of quality training or social capital development has been a theoretical conception influencing Human Resource training quality. Thus, the present paper explores this idea, using a descriptive, analytical, qualitative approach. Analysis of social capital and its relation to the quality of educational skills, which is required for human resources, can be regarded as a genuine policy in promoting higher education quality. Finally, it can be claimed that wise policies in higher education is a prerequisite for offsetting cultural and economic aspects. Manuscript profile

Education is a very complex and sensitive issue, and the sustainability of a society depends largely on the efficiency and effectiveness of the education system. If the education system can properly fulfill its mission of individual and social development, it will also provide a favorable environment for cultural, economic, political and social development in society. It goes without saying that a great deal of the complexity and sensitivity of the education system goes back to the competencies of senior education managers. One of the challenges of HRM in organizations, especially in education, is how to select and promote managers. In this regard, the evaluation process process is used as a guideline for evaluating and effectively developing competencies in workplace-like conditions. Therefore, the present study was designed to identify the competencies of higher education managers and to present managers' competency models for use in evaluation centers. Mixed research approach was used to conduct the study. The research population in the qualitative section was all experts, professors and senior managers in the field of education, who were interviewed with 17 experts using snowball based sampling and the statistical population was all of the education managers in Tehran. 462 individuals were selected using cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative phase. Its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. Semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part. In the second step, quantitative method was used in descriptive-analytical method. Based on this, competencies of education managers for use in evaluation center were identified and then the model of competency of higher education managers for use in evaluation center was presented. To estimate the validity of the proposed model, second-order confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with partial least squares method were used. The results showed that the components of the model of education managers competency for use in the evaluation center are: knowledge competence, professional competence, personality competence, executive performance competence, leadership and guidance competence, communication competence and perceptual competence. Considering the increasing movement of the country's organizations towards the full benefit of information systems, it is very important to identify the factors affecting the strengthening of these systems to improve the quality of service delivery. Therefore, this research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on strengthening the infrastructure of information systems. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in nature. The research community is the government organizations of the country, and 10 people were selected to form the expert panel from among the experts who have the qualifications. Among the employees, 250 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The research method is a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods (hierarchical analysis process), structural equations and fuzzy inference system. After extracting the dimensions and factors from the literature and the background of the research, the ranking of the effective factors in the form of five dimensions and 15 components was done using the multi-criteria decision making method. The results showed that the legal infrastructure has established the highest correlation with the infrastructure of information systems. Also, among the dimensions, the technological infrastructure is the most important. The results of fuzzy inference also showed that the most favorable state for information subsystems is 0.698 according to the available facilities, and the optimal combination for this state is achieved when structural factors are 0.724, organizational factors are 0.58, governance factors are 0.569, social factors are 0.707, and educational factors are 0.468. Therefore, in order to strengthen the infrastructure of the country's information systems, it is suggested that the officials focus on strengthening and developing structures and supporting technological innovations in the first step. The purpose of this article is to extract the Iranian philosophy of education based on the cultural characteristics of the ancient Iran. To obtain this aim, we will consider Taylor’s definition of culture and his emphasis on four main elements including state, social conditions, religion and education. In terms of research methods, we will employ historical method, transcendental analysis, and practical deduction. The findings of this research are organized in terms of the final goal of education, the fundamental concept of education, the philosophical foundations (anthropology, epistemology, and axiology) and the principles derived from them. Accordingly, in the ancient Iran, the final goal of education was “attaining goodness” and in this regard, different dimensions of human existence were considered. This point, especially in the individual aspect is one of the strengths of implicit philosophy of ancient Iranian education. Concerning anthropology, there was a deterministic look to human and his abilities, as well as social immobility and belonging to a particular social class, characteristics that can be criticized. In epistemology, the dependence of knowledge on the social classes, the lack of attention to the value of knowledge itself and the domination of imitative approaches over rationalization are among the weaknesses of this educational philosophy. There are also strengths and weaknesses in its axiology. In the social dimension, the stability of class values and the lack of power of choice are negative points. On the other hand, in terms of individual values, the commitment of individuals and the role of the family in transferring values are considered to be positive points. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this research is to explore the educational implications of Charles Taylor's notion of Autonomy. This research consists of two parts. The first part addresses the ethics of authenticity from the perspective of Taylor. Based on the findings of this section, the underlying self-reference of the idea of authenticity from Taylor's perspective is limited to the field of method and way of living, instead of content. The second part is devoted to educational implications of Taylor's view, including educational principles and other educational issues, based on the findings of the first part. The educational implications are based on the following two components: attachment and belonging. From the first component, five educational considerations are derived: Strengthening the argumentation, strengthening the feeling of self-esteem, strengthening self-awareness and self-control in moral choices. Educational implications based on the principle of belonging are as follows: firstly, consideration of the roles of social and family communications in education, and secondly, sensibility to the cultural gap between parents and children in education. The purpose of this study is to determine the main factors, stages, and goals of self-knowledge-based education in Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life. The method of the present study is descriptive-analytical and deductive inference. What is the meaning and position of these research questions that self-knowledge has in Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life? And what are the educational factors related to self-knowledge, based on Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life? Using the descriptive-analytical method, and the question of what are the goals and stages related to self-knowledge, based on Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life, was investigated and answered using the deductive inference method. Studies have shown that consciousness, nature, agency, rationality, and the divine self are factors that are important in self-knowledge education in the theory of rational life; Accordingly, the basic goal of education is perfection (nearness to God) and its basic principles are at level 1: rational life and at level 2: self-knowledge; And the three stages of training are liberation (liberation), freedom (redemption) and authority (delegation).
