The purpose of this study was to assessing quality dimensions of the virtual education (v-education) between Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) students and determine the difference between virtual students and presence students at the University of Isfahan (UI). These quality dimensions are included Instructor-Learner, Learner-Learner, Learner-Content, Learner-Interface, Instructional Strategies, and Social Presence. Research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population included  all the MLIS students (40 virtual MLIS students and 35 presence MLIS students). The five-degree Likert scale researcher-made questionnaire was used to gathering data and its pattern was Hathaway questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire approved by experienced teachers. In order to determine the reliability it was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.93) for presence education and (0.97) for virtual education. To analyze data, it was used SPSS software and descriptive statistics frequency, percentage, mean, central and dispersion indices, schedule, chart and suitable statistics methods like statistics tests and correlation coefficients. Findings showed that there is difference between the MLIS virtual students and MLIS presence courses at UI in different quality dimensions. Also not significant difference was found in surveyed variables between the two communities except Instructor-Learner and Learner-Interface. Findings showed that in UI, the virtual senior students LIS in different quality dimensions with 3.07 more than average and the presence senior LIS students in different quality dimensions with 3.38 is more than average.   Manuscript profile

With the advent of the Internet and Coronavirus outbreak, e-learning environments and web-based learning, there has been a considerable growth and development in recent months and years, but this type of education faces many challenges. The most important of these challenges are the use of learning patterns, modeling student behavior, evaluating student support and feedback, curriculum planning, sequencing, and teacher support. One way to deal with these challenges is to find effective factors on accepting and improving the quality of education in learning systems, discovering rules and educational patterns, and using them to predict future outcomes. The aim of this study is to identify factors affecting the adoption of e-learning, based on the technology acceptance model. For this purpose, studies in this area were investigated. Variables such as computer self-efficacy, quality of content, system support, user interface design, technology tools and computer anxiety as factors affecting adoption of e-learning system were extracted. According to them, the conceptual model of this research was developed. In order to evaluate the model and relationships between variables, a questionnaire was provided to the users of e-learning system in Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. The results of data analysis by using structural equation modeling have approved authenticity of all hypotheses excluding the impact of technology tools on the acceptance of e-learning system. Findings of this research can help educational managers of university and related instructors with this system to encourage students making optimum use of the system by providing the necessary fields for the imposition of effective factors. Agility is a series of capabilities and competencies, which can cause survival and growth of the organization in business environment. One of the approaches that help organizations to enhance agility is electronic human resource management (E-HRM) approach. The main objective of the present study is finding an answer for this issue that how one can use E-HRM approach to develop organizational agility. In this study that has been conducted using survey method, after review of foreign and domestic research literature and construction of conceptual model, a questionnaire would be provided and distributed among employees of bank branches of Bushehr City in Iran and finally, collected data from 315 questionnaires would be analyzed using structural equation modeling method. Obtained results from the study confirm the presented conceptual model and indicate that using E-HR, Electronic payment of human resources, human resources maintenance and electronic performance appraisal of human resources and also electronic human resource management (E-HRM) can affect organizational agility significantly in confidence level of 99%. In addition, effect of variables of Electronic employment of human resources and human resource communications on organizational agility has not been confirmed. Manuscript profile

Electronic education and learning is one of the subjects which has recently received great attention in the educational system. Hence it is important to investigate the factors that have a significant impact on the success of the electronic education process and lead to the improvement or reduction of the quality of this educational system. In this regard, the present study ought to provide a comprehensive classification of effective factors in the e-learning system by using the mixed method. First, this study by using the mixed method (theme analysis) method, tried to provide a comprehensive classification of effective factors in the e-learning system, and then by using TOPSIS method the factors were ranked. With regard to the goal, this was an applied research and in terms of time it is a cross-sectional. The participants in the research were employees, professors and students in different fields of Tehran University. 15 individuals were selected after theoretical saturation and the data was collected through semi-structured interviews. By analyzing the obtained data, 43 organizing themes were extracted from the codes, and with further consideration the researchers reached 6 main and comprehensive themes. As the result of ranking revealed, the factors including standardization of e-learning, content interaction, documentation and monitoring of education, and the factors of pedagogy and educational design have the greatest impact, and the factors including increase in perceived usefulness, personal and skill improvement, and network learning have the least impact. Traditionally, security and usability has acted against each other. Specially, for inexpert people, usability means ignoring security and secure systems are not usable. Researchers and developers recognized that current security problems would be solved only through addressing issues raised through usability and human factor. In fact, future of cyber security relies on deployment of security technologies which widely could be used by inexpert users. Interpretative Key Management (IKM) is a cryptographic key management system under category of master key which empowers users to generate the cryptographic keys within the end-user systems. This article proposes a novel method which specifically helps beginners to achieve both safety and usability of communications and network-based software by utilizing IKM. In this method processes of user authentication and encryption of transmitted and stored data will be fully automated and does not require the users to do any security configuration. The main targeted application of proposed method is to enhance security and usability of e-learning systems when the trainees do not have enough computer knowledge. Manuscript profile
