Research results without commercialization could not be sources of public welfare and national wealth. Undoubtedly, commercialization and transferring research findings to the industry and market area is one of the complicated stages of innovation process. One of the ways to overcome this challenge is benefiting from existing industries or plants which has required equipments for industrialization of technology and also has free capacity. In this paper, at first the benefits of utilizing existing industries for commercialization some of new technologies are described. Then a scientific methodology introduced to explain and implement the ability to launch of new technologies into existing plant in Research institute for Petroleum Industry (RIPI). This methodology benefits from principles of modular design and robust design. After introducing the methodology, a case study is presented which has been carried out by this methodology to launch a new technology in one of the existing plants. Manuscript profile

Todays, patent information is known as the most important resource of technical and technological information. Analysis of patent information, generate valuable knowledge in different fields and many of managers and researchers can use it. In many developed counters, using patent analysis is an ordinary task in research environments (as an analytical tool). In this paper, first, author attempts to describe the attributes and the structure of patent information and secondly, the application of patent analysis is described. Finally, the necessity of patent analyses is discussed Manuscript profile

K nowledge sharing is a key ability to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in today’s turbulent environments. Effective knowledge sharing among employees may considerably influence organizational performance of organizations. Therefore, this study intends to examine impacts of quality of work life on forming knowledge-sharing behavior in a research center in Iran. This is a descriptive research and an applied research from objective perspective and a survey due to data gathering method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze research hypotheses. A questionnaire was developed for measuring quality of work life, knowledge-sharing attitude, intention, and behavior based on prior research and distributed in target population. An analysis of 317 completed and valid questionnaires showed that quality of work life has a positive significant effect on knowledge-sharing attitude and behavior in studied organization. In addition, attitude toward knowledge sharing can enhance the tension toward knowledge sharing which in turn can improve real knowledge-sharing behaviors. Moreover, research findings indicated that among quality of work life dimensions, constitutionalism in work is the most influential factor of knowledge sharing. Finally, according to research findings, practical implications for managers and knowledge management practitioners as well as suggestions for future research to fill the research gap are proposed. Generally, in performing technical projects, especially in the field of information and communication technology, the most important criterion for handing over the project is having technical capabilities, and less attention is paid to the communication skills of project managers, such as having emotional intelligence. Lack of attention to this issue seems to reduce the effectiveness of team communication and thus lead to project failure. The aim of this study was to measure the effect of emotional intelligence of project managers on the effectiveness of team communication in the projects of the Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical of correlation type, the statistical population of which consists of project managers and members of the project teams of the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The statistical population includes 19 project teams that have been selected by census method. Data collection tools are Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Senior Questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of project team communication. Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and imaginary variable regression and dependent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results show that the emotional intelligence of project managers affects effective communication in the project team. However, only interpersonal skills, interpersonal skills, and adaptability can predict effective communication within the project team, and the dimensions of general mood and stress management do not affect these relationships Manuscript profile
