        In organizations and large companies that are using business process management systems (BPMSs), process model can change due to upstream laws, market conditions. BPMSs have flexible to these changes. Effect of these change are saved in storage devises and event logs; these changes are sometimes applied suddenly or gradually on the event logs. Changing the season or starting a new financial term can be a factor to make these changes. This change is called concept drift in business process model. On time detection and recognition of process concept drift can affect the decision making of managers and administrations of systems. An analysis of the event logs in BPMS allows the automatic detection of the concept drift. This paper presents an innovative method by introducing a modified distance function to identify the concept drift. Experimental results were performed on 72 datasets in the research history, which included 648 concept drifts in 12 different types. It shows that the proposed method detects 98.18% of the drifts, while the proposed method is much faster than other state of the art methods. Manuscript profile

        Business intelligence (BI) is the tool used by enterprises to collect, manage and analyze structural and non-structural data and also information by taking advantage of modern information technology. It utilizes a substantial amount of collected data during the daily operational processes, and transforms the data into information and knowledge to avoid the supposition and ignorance of the enterprises. In the last decade, Business intelligence has evolved as one of the critical applications in organizations to provide useful insight, support decision-making, and drive organizational performance. However, to avoid the ineffective experiences during the deployment, it is important to clarify the impact factors of a BI system and find out a Suitable assessment method to evaluate the performance of BI systems. Evaluating the effectiveness of business intelligence systems is vital to our understanding of the value and efficacy of management actions and investments. This research is a descriptive survey. We construct an Assessment model to assess the performance of business intelligence systems based on the outcomes of previous researches. Furthermore, an expert questionnaire using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to filter out useful performance indicators. The analytic hierarchy process is a structured technique for organizing and analyzing complex decisions. Finally, we analyze a real case by using the constructed assessment model for Business Intelligence systems. We choose an automotive parts manufacturer as a case. The survey sample population consisted of 66 randomly taken employees and managers of the case. The results indicate that the performance of Business Intelligence system in our case was suitable.         In today's world, the key to the success of each organization is the Business Process. Therefore, it is important to have a strong interpretation of Business Process Management in organizations. Organizations have experienced that Business Process Management is strong investment to come across the environmental changes. Business Process Management is a holistic management approach focused on aligning all aspects of an organization with the demands and needs of clients. It promotes business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology. Business Process Management attempts to improve processes continuously. It can therefore be described as a "process optimization process." It is argued that BPM enables organizations to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change than a functionally focused, traditional hierarchical management approach. Business process management activities can be grouped into five categories: designing, modeling, execution, monitoring, and optimization. With respect to the fact that Business Process Management System automates all the processes in organizations, every solution ends up in Business Process Management System as the essential core of organizational systems in order to improve their performance. In this paper, different types of data related to a specific Process will be mentioned, then a solid model will be explained in order to coordinate the data with Business Process Management, afterwards Business Process Management System will be introduced. At the end, the harmony for Business Process Management and Strategic Management will be explained because compiling a suitable strategy and, more importantly, its proper implementation using the Process Management improves the organization performance and beneficiaries' satisfaction.         Process management in the organization requires the creation of process insights throughout the organization. In this regard, organizations need a comprehensive method to evaluate the implementation of organizational processes that determine the factors affecting the implementation of organizational programs. For this purpose, it is a responsive way for organizations that, in addition to creating awareness of the effective factors, provide a roadmap to improve the realization of the organization's plans and visions. In the present article, to facilitate the management of processes in the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Co., a Hybrid Process Maturity Model has been developed. This model has been presented and implemented with a combined approach of selected maturity models, considering the limitations of maturity models, which makes the models not comprehensive enough. The capability of the proposed model framework, unlike other models, is that the above model can be evaluated in detail. In this regard, first, the key processes of the company have been identified. Then by collecting the required information on how to implement the processes, the maturity levels of the key processes of the organization have been evaluated according to the proposed model and current level, the desired level of maturity is set. Implementing solutions also have been proposed to improve the processes. According to the collected information, 16 of the 26 Key Processes of the East Azerbaijan Gas Co. are at level zero or incomplete process implementation, eight processes are at level one or planned and two processes are at level two or controlled.         Robotic process automation is an emerging technology, which can be used to automate repetitive tasks with large but low volume. Automation space consists of providers of construction, operation and transfer contracts, consulting, business process automation and cloud robotics process automation and markets. Automation refers to the use of technology to perform various tasks with minimal human intervention, so that the automation of the robotic process, intelligent process and various operations of the artificial intelligence business are its main components. In the meantime, the Internet of Things is one of the most up-to-date technologies in the new age of information and communication, which has a concept very close to the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things is a term used to describe physical objects around the world using their digital communication, while the Internet is all about data sets, considering people and processes. By increasing the integration of information systems in organizations and using tools such as process mining, a platform is provided for the use of data analysis approaches and better analysis of decisions, and managers can act in agile decision making. Selecting a supplier in the process of purchasing in complex projects is one of the basic and key decisions that affect the quality, cost and performance of the project. In this article, with a process perspective, the decision points in the purchasing process in a complex construction project in an EPC company have been discovered and the key players in the implementation of the process have been identified and analyzed through social network analysis. The results of this research have led to the investigation of decision points in the process, the performance of decision points and the identification of key people in decision making, which can be used to improve the company's future performance.
