Today, coaches design the preparation process and training program to develop individual performance and sports teams using statistical analysis methods. The spectators along with the players are like rich resources that are identified with the help of sports psychologists and according to considering the individual characteristics of the players and providing the optimal conditions for supporting the players through the support and encouragement of the spectators and the correct planning. In this regard, the necessity of the present study to investigate the effects of Mashachi's presence on the team performance of Iranian Men's Premier League volleyball players was studied. Mahshahr team's experimental team and Zanjan cooperation team, which was very close to Mahshahr team in terms of table points and conditions, was considered as a control variable. Of course, Mashachi's presence had no effect on Mahshahr and for this reason it was considered as a control variable and the team efficiency variable (dependent variable) was examined in a quasi-experimental with post-test. Sampling method is purposeful. And 12 Zanjan assisting players as control variables. In this study, the Feltz & Learge (1998) Collaborative Performance Questionnaire was used. This questionnaire consists of 49 questions and includes (5 subscales of effort, team stability, readiness, unity and ability). A 5-point scale was used to determine the degree of importance of each variable. In this study, the researcher used an independent t-test due to the normal distribution of data. The presence of spectators has had a significant effect on the amount of effort, unity, team stability, ability, team efficiency and readiness of Iranian Men's volleyball players, and finally it is suggested that the present study be conducted on different groups.
