  Today, changing the paradigm of development, from economic development to sustainable development, has led the country's higher education to be more active in considering economic, social and environmental values and leading universities to become sustainable universities. Regarding the importance of achieving sustainable university in the societies, the present study attempts to explain the effect of open innovation on the realization of sustainability at Yazd University using structural equation modeling. The present study was a goal-oriented approach and in terms of control of variables, it was descriptive. Required data was collected using a questionnaire tool, it’s a survey research.  The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members and staff (formal, contractual and contractual) of Yazd University, totally 1309 people. To calculate the sample size, Cochran formula was used. At the error level of 5%, 298 individuals were selected as samples. The results of the data analysis showed that the values of T-VALUE for the paths between the variables of innovation culture, open innovation, sustainability at its standard distance, is higher than 1.96. Therefore, the direct effect of open innovation on the sustainability of Yazd University, the direct effect of innovation culture on open innovation and the indirect effect of innovation culture on university sustainability at 95% confidence level are significant and the main hypothesis of the research and its two subsidiary hypotheses are confirmed.   There is a National Innovation System in countries which includes network of different institutions, that their interactions provide appropriate ground for production and development of science and technology. This system forms value chain from idea to product and market and provides innovation climate and innovative activities throughout this chain. Higher education sector is one of the core elements of national innovation system (NIS). Then quality concept in higher education can be analyzed in this system, which now changed to national open innovation system (NOIS). Actually, by systemic approach, higher education quality is influenced by NOIS in one hand and impacts on it from other hand. Therefore, quality in higher education is a multidimensional concept which needs a quality plan and quality management. This paper aims by stating the higher education position in the NIS and with focusing on developments of its mission, to reflect the role of Technology management on quality issue with systemic approach. Then, it defines quality by considering the position and mission of higher education sector along with offering a conceptual model. It is evident that, quality should be considered as a flow and culture not as a tool until could be institutionalized. In this respect, it is required to develop and execute short and long term quality plans in line with NIS. Manuscript profile

  Today, a society can move forward and rapidly in the path of development, equipping itself with productive entrepreneurial knowledge and skills by creating the necessary resources to use this valuable capability, other resources of the society to create value and achieve growth and development, Manage and direct. Promoting entrepreneurship requires an ecosystem. The aim of this study is to identify the role of accelerators in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach. The design of this research is qualitative (multiple case study) and is fundamental in terms of research method. Therefore, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 main human resources of Kermanshah accelerator centers, which were selected using judgmental sampling method. In the present study, a two-stage coding method was used to analyze the interview findings. Finally, according to the research findings and coding, the role of business accelerator centers on the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach in two parts before the start-up and after the start-up has been identified and studied. The results show that accelerators, by creating a coordinated network between the actors of the startup ecosystem and the entrepreneurial ecosystem and their partners, Creating relationships based on common vertical and horizontal connections between ecosystem actors, Creating value in predetermined partnerships and programs and creating a network of communication between ecosystem actors and networks and companies outside the ecosystem play a role in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
