        Estimating recharge is important in groundwater studies, especially in budget calculation to properly manage groundwater withdrawals. In this research, recharge value into the alluvial aquifer of Sarakhs, which is the only source of water for drinking, agricultural and industrial uses in Sarakhs Plain (NE Iran and adjacent to Iran-Turkmenistan border), was estimated using MODFLOW model in FREEWAT Software. After preparing the conceptual model of the aquifer and transforming it into a numerical model, the model was calibrated in unsteady states during a two-year period (water-year 2015-2016 and 2016-2017) and verified. The sensitivity process confirmed validity of the numerical model in estimation of the aquifer recharge. Accordingly, the annual surface recharge was estimated at 80 million cubic meters (Mcm), occurring from rainfall (32 Mcm/year) and irrigation return flows (48 Mcm/year). In this regard, rainfall recharge coefficient was estimated about 20% of the annual rainfall and irrigation return flow coefficient was calculated about 15% of the annual discharge rates of the discharging wells. Simulated temporal variations of the groundwater recharge indicates occurrence of the rainfall recharge during January to June and irrigation return flows from November to April each year. The estimated recharge coefficients can be used in budget studies to properly manage the Sarakhs aquifer, as well as the same aquifers in Iran. Manuscript profile

        Today, in manufacturing or service organizations, customer satisfaction is considered as an important criterion for measuring the quality of their work, and this trend is rising, so that customer satisfaction is one of the main dimensions of quality management systems and models of excellence. The state-owned companies such as regional water companies are no exception. the present study, in addition to measuring customer satisfaction in regional water company of Razavi Khorasan, Approach to water conservation and the use of the customer satisfaction index, Strategies to create and increase customer satisfaction provided. The results show that overall customer satisfaction rate from company is about 60 percent, that In the meantime highest levels of satisfaction is for component of responding to complaints and problems. In addition, using a matrix of performance analysis, company's strengths and weaknesses were identified. The results show that company in most components of satisfaction has the relative weakness. Then, based on weaknesses identified in the company were presented management strategies to create and increase customer satisfaction. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the current study is to present a strategic model of succession emphasizing on organizational learning in Iran universities particularly the Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi. Mixed-methods, exploratory deign was used in this study in which qualitative approach was initially utilized and subsequently the quantitative approach was used based on the results obtained from the qualitative phase of the study. The researcher proposed the initial conceptual framework and model, based on the results of interviews analyzed with the Delphi method. Then, the model was evaluated using the Field information and survey results. Data were collected through interviews with 25 academic experts who had scientific publications. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and interviews with university experts. The findings of this study revealed that the conceptual model of the study indicates that succession is influenced by 7 variables that were considered in designing the questionnaire and measuring the pattern of these variables. The results also confirmed the dimensions and factors affecting succession planning and identified the importance of each variable, which are: a) system of education, b) evaluation and measurement of policy performance and c) talent identification d) strategy and the formation of a talent treasury e) human resources.         Developing the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem could be considered an appropriate strategy to accelerate the development of rural areas and increase job opportunities. On the other hand, applying entrepreneurship to Iran’s ecotourism and rural tourism is considered a supplement to agricultural activities to create favorable living conditions for the villagers and resolve the challenges existing in rural development. Therefore, this study sought to present a model for developing the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem in target tourism villages of Khorasan Razavi province using a qualitative research method with an applied descriptive-survey approach. To this end, the required data were collected via semi-structured interviews made with fifteen managers and board members of eco-tourist resorts. The data were then analyzed using the Grounded Theory method. Moreover, the validity and reliability of the model were measured via the Kappa index and confirmed by two researchers in the field of tourism and a few university professors. The study’s results suggested that the development of the ecosystem requires the decision maker to consider five aspects, including strategic orientation and effective leadership, identify appropriate sites’ locations, monitor the ecosystem’s development and provide its improvement mechanisms, set the demand-side policies, supply-side policies, and twelve sub-factors. Therefore, it could be argued that the proposed model may provide valuable insights for the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural areas with an emphasis on ecotourism opportunities.
