  The aim of the present study is to manage the formation of Habermas public domain theory in Instagram and Telegram social networks. The research method is field survey and survey. This research is a descriptive research in terms of the purpose of applied research. In this research, after conducting library studies and complete and comprehensive compilation of theoretical literature and research background, a questionnaire has been designed and compiled in line with research related theories and research questions and hypotheses and distributed among the respondents. The statistical population of this research consists of the audience (cyberspace users) whose number is estimated at 8,674.621 million and according to Cochran's formula, its statistical sample is equal to 384 people. Therefore, in this research, by following this formula, 384 people have completed a questionnaire as a statistical sample. Using purposive non-random sampling method, the study sample was selected and the research data were analyzed by Pearson correlation method. The results showed that the highest impact in the first place of Internet access (β = 0.42), the second time of logical and rational critique of political, economic, social and cultural issues in social networks (Telegram and Instagram), respectively (= 0.39 b) The third time, the audience had a two-way and free conversation (all) with government officials on social networks (Telegram and Instagram) (β = 0.38).   Background and Aim: Children are one of the most vulnerable sections of the society and are exposed to all kinds of abuses due to the violation of their rights. Also, children's privacy in cyberspace is a very important issue. In this research, at first, the relationship between the publication of children's pictures on Instagram by parents and their privacy, and then the damage of publishing children's pictures on their personality, was discussed, and then the scope of legal protection of children's privacy on Instagram was examined. The purpose of this research is to address the necessity of legal protection of children's privacy in cyberspace in order to maintain their mental health in the future. Method: This research has been done using documents and library resources and descriptive-analytical method. Results: Cyberspace is a mixture of opportunities and threats. Today, a number of parents by violating some of their children's rights such as image rights, increase the number of followers on their Instagram page and thereby attract advertisements and generate income. Also, the findings indicate that there are significant legal gaps in the field of protecting children's privacy in cyberspace, which will cause serious damage to the various aspects of the children's personality in the future. Conclusion: Supporting children is necessary and unavoidable due to their unequal position when playing a role in cyber space.   Created on a social network basis, Instagram pages effectively contribute to shaping our mental perception regarding various topics. On the other hand, those Instagram pages dedicated to travel have highly been welcomed by viewers in recent years. Actually, the representations made by the relevant influences concerning the travel process, travel destination, and travel meaning construct some explicit and implicit meanings. Therefore, this study sought to identify the semantic system governing the popular Instagram pages of travel influencers. The conceptual framework of the study is based on John Fisk's semiotic approach and his social reality codes, including social reality, representational reality, and ideological reality. Social reality codes address physical characteristics such as speech, environment, and clothing. Moreover, representational reality codes deal with the sender's creative power, including framing, colors, companionship and substitution, and characterization. Finally, ideological reality codes examine the concept that gives coherence to such categories. The findings of the study indicated that naturalism, intimacy, liberation in social relations and individual lifestyle, availability and ease of travel, charm-seeking, desire for freedom, travel as a lifestyle, and responsible travel are the pivotal values represented by travel influencers at the level of ideological codes, representing such a special type of tourism that seeks changes in daily routines, acquisition of new experiences, the quest for authenticity, and returning to the true self. This travel style represents a conscious or non-conscious effort against the homogenization of the modern world and a kind of resistance against daily routines, rationalization, and social order.
