Identification and exploitation of appropriate and effective mechanisms of knowledge management is one of the most serious concerns of organizations in the present era, and in this regard, the project-based organizations, such as Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation need systematic management of knowledge more than other organizations, because of tentativeness of their project and the ongoing challenge of limited time and resources. The present study sought to qualify the evaluation of implementation of projects of rural guide plans in Guilan Province in the Fifth Development Plan by the standards of project management to provide a knowledge for making better decisions in the future. In this standard, the project management knowledge areas have been categorized in 9 areas and 42 components including project integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communication management, risk management and logistics management. The results showed that integration management of project and project risk management were respectively the most and least important regions with the highest and lowest average. Furthermore, the cost management and the risk management were respectively at the best and worst situations with the lowest and highest relative deviation. The latter was in the first priority to be changed. In the end, the correlation between different areas was measured to be able to predict the positive or negative consequences of every area to be better or worse. Manuscript profile

The age of Gourkanian state is considered as a fruitful era for Persian language and literature. The care for the poets and writers from the literary kings and princes caused the promotion of Persian Language in the territory. Abolfazl Kamal al-Din Hayati Gilani was one of the famous poets of the late 10th and the early 11th centuries. He was introduced to the Gourkanian court by Abolfath Gilani. There, he acquired a lot of respect. His Mathnavi-e Soleiman va Belqeis which is a meritorious work in lyric literature, has already been ignored. In this work, Hayati focuses on Quran's abbreviation in telling the prophets' stories. This lyric- religious Mathnavi is of high value due to the poet's focus on the prophets' chastity, not including Israiiliat, referring to the resources unavailable today, and the linguistic properties, as well. The present article reviews the poet's works first, and then his Mathnavi-e Soleiman va Belqeis , contrasting it with some of the books on history, (Quran) interpretation and the prophets' stories. Ibn Sina’s kinematics, particularly based on his book of al-Shifa, has greatly influenced the thinkers of the Islamic period. Al-Shifa (The Book of Healing) is a philosophical encyclopedia, which, in Ibn Sina’s words, consists of four sections on logic, physics, mathematics, and metaphysics. The comprehensive and detailed nature of this work persuaded later scholars to write glosses, rather than comments and interpretations, on it. However, there are some short treatises whose writers have tried to explain some of the complexities regarding Ibn Sina’s kinematics in al-Shifa without making a direct reference to the title of this book in their own works. Hakim Mulla Solayman Gilani, a philosopher of the 11th century (AH), has explored some of the difficulties regarding the definitions of motion, types of motion, continuous motion, and cutting motion in a short treatise entitled Motion, Rest, and Time. In this treatise, in addition to paying particular attention to the views of Ibn Sina and Mulla Sadra, Hakim Gilani has also considered the views of some other thinkers such as Fakhr al-Din Razi, Athir al-Din Abhari, Khwajah Nasir al-Din Tusi, and Mir Seyyed Jurjani concerning the problem of motion. Hakim Gilani’s treatise consists of three parts: 1) An introduction to the definitions of motion, rest, and time; 2) Types of motion; 3) Responses to raised criticisms and objections. This treatise is published for the first time as an appendix to this paper. Manuscript profile

In societies like ours, before oil revenues came to power, the national economy was based on agriculture and was the only source of treasury and government spending. In the present era, despite the reduction of the role of this sector in the economy, the study of the function of economic sectors in the framework of national macroeconomics still confirms the significant role of the agricultural sector in the country. Agriculture is the main pillar of livelihood and economy of the people of Gilan. But the issue that has received less attention is regional justice and balance in having agricultural facilities and services among the cities of Gilan province. In fact, the evidence suggests that some cities are at a higher level in terms of development, and in this regard, there is an imbalance between cities. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Gilan Agricultural Statistics (2014) was used for data collection. Shannon and TOPSIS entropy models were also used for data analysis. The results of TOPSIS model in the group of indicators "Agricultural Tools and Technologies" showed that Rasht counties , Someh Sara, Lahijan and Tavalesh are in the first level of development: Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh, Rudsar, Bandar Anzali, Shaft and Fuman counties in the second level and Langarud, Amlash, Siahkal, Rudbar, Rezvanshahr and Masal and Astara counties in the third level Are located. In today’s world, finding practical solutions to deal with rural developments is required for the survival of the villages. On the other hand, many countries consider tourism as the economic driving force, setting as the main strategy in developing appropriate plans for rural development. To this end, social entrepreneurship and tourism are given specific priority, the promotion of which could prepare the grounds for the development and progress of rural areas. Therefore, considering the fact that social entrepreneurship criteria are of great importance in rural tourism development and that few studies have so far been conducted on the assessment of the effectiveness of such criteria in fulfilling the development goals, this study sought to investigate social entrepreneurship criteria in rural tourism development in Gilan province, Iran. To this end, first, the criteria for social entrepreneurship in tourism were identified by reviewing the related literature. Then, a researcher-developed questionnaire was administered to thirty-five entrepreneurs, experts, and professionals in the field of tourism with at least five years of working experience who were selected via snowball sampling to identify the significance of each criterion with regard to the other ones. Finally, the investigated criteria were ranked using Interpretive structural modeling (ISM). According to the findings of the study, nine levels were identified for the ranking of the investigated criteria, with the ninth level, that is belief in entrepreneurship and the creative use of resources, being the most influential social entrepreneurship criteria involved in rural tourism development in Gilan province. The current study set out to identify the influential factors involved in implementing public tourism policies in Gilan province, Iran. To this end, this developmental qualitative research applies an inductive approach and follows the interpretive-constructivist philosophy. The study’s population consisted of experts in the field of tourism, public policy, Gilan studies, and geography, out of whom some twenty experts were selected and interviewed using purposive snowball sampling. According to the findings of the study, technological, cultural, social, economic, and political-administrative factors were found to have contributed to the implementation of the public tourism policy in Gilan province. In this regard, the political-administrative factor was found to comprise bureaucracy reduction, education, and human resources development and improvement. Moreover, it was revealed that the social factors included strengthening social responsibility, increasing public and non-governmental organizations' participation, proper communication of the executive department with residents, and enjoying social capital. On the other hand, the results showed that the cultural factor consisted of utilizing cultural symbols, developing localized policies, and emphasizing the cultural structure of each region and that the technological factor included the emphasis on media advertisement and strengthening technological infrastructure. Finally, the economic factor was found to comprise participatory governance, proper financial planning, and proper budgeting. The main achievement of this research is its focus on the implementation aspect of policy-making and the recognition of various cultural, technological, social, economic, and political-administrative factors in the successful implementation of tourism policies, suggesting that in addition to economic factors, some other factors also contribute to the effective policy implementation, a fact which has been neglected in many similar studies. Microbial agents are among the most important pollutants that enter the Caspian Sea through untreated urban and rural sewage and cause health risks for swimmers. Intestinal enterococcus causes symptoms of stomach and intestinal inflammation. This research is a descriptive study and was conducted with the aim of investigating the contamination status of enterococcal enterococci in the water of the Caspian Sea coastal recreational waterson the coasts of Gilan province and comparing it with the standards of the environment and the Ministry of Health. 55 samples (each swimming pool, 5 replicates) were sampled from 11 coastal areas of the Caspian Sea in Gilan province in September 1401. Intestinal enterococcus variables, water temperature, pH, salinity and turbidity were measured according to the methods in the standard method book. The results showed that the average number of intestinal enterococcal bacteria per 100 ml of sample showed 52.54 MPN. Comparison of the average number of intestinal streptococci in different stations with the standard of the environment and the Ministry of Health showed that 5 stations (Safir Omid, Sadaf, Gisom, Tashe Abad and Chamkhale) were above the permissible limit. Also, there was a negative correlation between the number of intestinal streptococci and water pH (P<0.05). As a result of this research, it indicates the microbial contamination with intestinal enterococcus in some natural coastal recreational waters on the shores of the Caspian Sea in Gilan province, which can threaten the health of swimmers.
