        Competitiveness is a complex and multidimensional concept, making it possible to get high-quality feedback from the environment. This research was designed in order to improve the competitiveness capability; because competitiveness plays a basic role in an organization’s productivity. To this end, we employed the cognitive complexity as a strategic concept using its key components including market sensation and customer psychology. Moreover, we examined three dimensions of market intelligence to develop the model. Data was collected through in library studies and interview with master students of Tehran University, school for performing arts and music. Collected data was analyzed by the system dynamics method with the aim of variables’ future behavior estimation. In doing so, 2 scenarios were simulated using Vensim PLE software. In the first scenario, market sensation led to strategic innovation through requisite infrastructure to create and disseminate intelligence. In the second scenario, customer psychology was identified as an effective factor in market accountability and competency creation. Findings showed that little improvement in customer psychology causes more customer perceptual competency. To understand and interpret the complex environment, designing an integrated and intelligence information systems is recommended. This is required to achieve both strategic innovation and organization competency simultaneously in order to increase the capacity of competitiveness. Manuscript profile

        This paper presents a new and efficient implementation approach for the elliptic curve cryptosystem (ECC) based on a novel finite field multiplication in GF(2m) and an efficient scalar multiplication algorithm. This new finite field multiplication algorithm performs zero chain multiplication and required additions in only one clock cycle instead of several clock cycles. Using modified (limited number of shifts) Barrel shifter; the partial result is also shifted in one clock cycle instead of several clock cycles. Both the canonical recoding technique and the sliding window method are applied to the multiplier to reduce the average number of required clock cycles. In the scalar multiplication algorithm of the proposed implementation approach, the point addition and point doubling operations are computed in parallel. The sliding window method and the signed-digit representation are also used to reduce the average number of point operations. Based on our analysis, the computation cost (the average number of required clock cycles) is effectively reduced in both the proposed finite field multiplication algorithm and the proposed implementation approach of ECC in comparison with other ECC finite field multiplication algorithms and implementation approaches.         In this work, the issue of joint relay selection and power allocation in Underlay MIMO Cooperative Cognitive Radio Networks (U-MIMO-CCRN) is addressed. The system consists of a number of secondary users (SUs) in the secondary network and a primary user (PU) in the primary network. We consider the communications in the link between two selected SUs, referred to as the desired link which is enhanced using the cooperation of one of the existing SUs. The core aim of this work is to maximize the achievable data rate in the desired link, using the cooperation of one of the SUs which is chosen opportunistically out of existing SUs. Meanwhile, the interference due to the secondary transmission on the PU should not exceed the tolerable amount. The approach to determine the optimal power allocation, i.e. the optimal transmits covariance and amplification matrices of the SUs, and also the optimal cooperating SU is proposed. Since the proposed optimal approach is a highly complex method, a low complexity approach is further proposed and its performance is evaluated using simulations. The simulation results reveal that the performance loss due to the low complexity approach is only about 14%, while the complexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced. Manuscript profile

        One of the main reasons for switching to the next generation of communication systems is the demand of increasing capacity and network connections. This goal can be achieved using massive multiple input - multiple output (massive-MIMO) systems in combination with Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technique. NOMA technology uses the successive interference cancellation (SIC) receiver to detect user’s signals which imposes an additional complexity on the system. In this paper, we proposed two methods to reduce the system complexity. The proposed method despite imperfect channel state information (CSI) in the receiver, there is not significantly reduction in the system performance. Since the computation of matrices inverse has a high computational complexity, we used the Neumann series approximation method and the Gauss-Seidel decomposition method to compute matrices inverse in the SIC receiver. Simulation results are provided at the end of the paper in terms of bit error rate (BER) at the receiver which show, these methods have lower computational complexity in comparison with the traditional methods while they cause a slight performance reduction in the SIC receiver. Also, we examined the increasing and decreasing value of imperfect channel state information in the system performance which shows the increasing value of imperfect channel state information, cause a slight performance reduction in SIC receiver.         Quality of urban life is a multidimensional concept and includes various social, economic, political and physical dimensions. This diversity in dimensions causes quality of life planning to be influenced by different actors and factors and crystallized with complex features such as Uncertainty, nonlinear growth and unpredictable capability. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of urban life in District 2 of the Municipality of District 13 of Tehran and analyze the factors affecting it in terms of complexity. The method of data collection was based on questionnaires and interviews. Hierarchy and Expert Choice software and Mactor method are used. The statistical sample of the study includes 280 residents and 50 municipal experts in the 13th and 2nd districts. In the study of quality of life based on the results of AHP technique, it was found that in terms of quality of physical-spatial (objective) dimensions, environmental, socio-cultural and economic, Niroo havayi neighborhood and in terms of quality of physical-spatial (mental) dimensions of Piroozi neighborhood, They are considered the most desirable neighborhoods. However, in examining the factors affecting the quality of life, it was found that a variety of actors are involved in policies affecting the quality of urban life in Tehran and show different positions of convergence, divergence and competition towards quality of life policies. Such diversity in actors and convergence, divergence and competition in their stance on policies, indicate the diversity of elements of intervention in urban planning, especially quality of life.         Economic growth and development are among the main goals of economic policymakers, which have led them to always look for factors that accelerate economic growth. There are different theories in this regard, each of which is one of the factors influencing economic growth. One of the reasons for failure in the path of economic development is lack of a model for realizing economic complexity, taking into account the experiences of other countries. This research has been carried out for the purpose of a meta-analysis of research conducted in the field of economic complexity over the past few years. The statistical population of this research is the research on the complexity of the economy between 2011 and the end of 2017. Of the 35 studies reviewed, 22 cases have been identified for proper meta-analysis. These articles have been reviewed in two sections: "Meta-analysis descriptive findings" and "Qualitative assessment of articles". Descriptive findings include the time scale, the frequency of articles, the gender of the researchers and the geographical distribution of the authors and the level of the region studied (national, regional or global). In the quality assessment section, the articles are divided into three groups based on the "Blaikie" triple indicator, why and how they are categorized and analyzed. Then, by examining all the articles studied, the factors emphasized in economic complexity were extracted and in the end, considering these factors, a proposed model is proposed to achieve the complexity of the economy, which can be a way forward for managers and policymakers in the fields Economic and industrial.         In this paper, we present a new scheme named advanced spatial modulation for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems. Advanced spatial modulation achieves more spectral efficiency than ordinary spatial modulation with using power divider and set the phase of active transmit antennas. Using Power divider enable us to have more than one active antenna in a time slot with only one RF-chain in transmitter. Additionally, we can allocate more spatial bits with map information bits into the phase of the transmit antenna.         The efficiency of human action recognition systems depends on extracting appropriate representations from the video data. In recent years, deep learning methods have been proposed to extract efficient spatial-temporal representations. Deep learning methods, on the other hand, have a high computational complexity for development over temporal domain. Challenges such as the sparsity and limitation of discriminative data, and highly noise factors increase the computational complexity of representing human actions. Therefore, creating a high accurate representation requires a very high computational cost. In this paper, spatial and temporal deep learning networks have been enhanced by adding appropriate feature selection mechanisms to reduce the search space. In this regard, non-online and online feature selection mechanisms have been studied to identify human actions with less computational complexity and higher accuracy. The results showed that the non-linear feature selection mechanism leads to a significant reduction in computational complexity and the online feature selection mechanism increases the accuracy while controlling the computational complexity.         Today organizations are more complex than in the past, and managers need to acquire new and important competencies to help organizations achieve their goals. The purpose of this study is to provide a model of managers' competencies in complex organizations, which is applied research. This research has been done in two phases, in the first phase, the model is designed and in the second phase, its validation is done. In the first stage of the first phase, based on the frequency of complexities observed in the research literature and by systematically studying the theoretical foundations and also based on interviews with experts, three types of structural, technological, and environmental complexity were considered as the basis for evaluating organizational complexity. In the second stage, which had a quantitative approach and the goal was to identify and select a complex organization, a 21-item questionnaire was designed and its validity was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha and distributed among 291 middle managers of the municipality. A one-sample, complex organization t-test was selected. In the next stage, which had a qualitative approach, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 18 experts who were selected by the snowball method, and the initial model of managers' competencies appropriate to any complexity was obtained. In the fourth stage, which had a quantitative approach, a questionnaire was designed based on the initial model and distributed among 5 experts by the Delphi method and after performing three round trip steps, the modified model was obtained. In the second phase of the research, which aimed to validate the modified model and had a quantitative approach, a questionnaire was designed based on the modified model. and distributed among 15 organizational experts, including municipal managers with at least a master's degree and a history of more than twenty-five years, and by calculating the relative content validity coefficient, the final model of managers' competence was developed for any complexity.         Optimization problems are becoming more complicated, and their resource requirements are rising. Real-life optimization problems are often NP-hard and time or memory consuming. Nature has always been an excellent pattern for humans to pull out the best mechanisms and the best engineering to solve their problems. The concept of optimization seen in several natural processes, such as species evolution, swarm intelligence, social group behavior, the immune system, mating strategies, reproduction and foraging, and animals’ cooperative hunting behavior. This paper proposes a new Meta-Heuristic algorithm for solving NP-hard nonlinear optimization problems inspired by the intelligence, socially, and collaborative behavior of the Qashqai nomad’s migration who have adjusted for many years. In the design of this algorithm uses population-based features, experts’ opinions, and more to improve its performance in achieving the optimal global solution. The performance of this algorithm tested using the well-known optimization test functions and factory facility layout problems. It found that in many cases, the performance of the proposed algorithm was better than other known meta-heuristic algorithms in terms of convergence speed and quality of solutions. Given the effect of economic complexity on growth, development, social welfare, and competitiveness, as well as the significant gap in the index of economic complexity between developing countries and developed countries need to scientifically examine the factors determining economic complexity to change the approach of resource economics. A knowledge-based economy is essential in developing countries. The present study uses the Generalized Torque (GMM) method to investigate the impact of foreign capital and technological readiness on economic complexity in selected oil countries during the period 2008-2020. In order to investigate the factors affecting the emission of carbon dioxide gas, the traditional variables shown by the environmental Kuznets curve data of 1389-1399 have been used. These variables include GDP per capita, urban population, electricity consumption (kilowatt hours per capita). ), foreign direct investment, import and export of goods and services (percentage of gross domestic product) which was prepared from Iran Statistics Center, Environmental Organization and Central Bank.         Evaluating the Degree of Iran's Economic Resilience and determining the factors affecting it: Pre and Post JCPOA Abstract In this research, the resilience of Iran's economy before and after the JCPOA and the factors affecting it are evaluated. A composite index is used to measure Iran's economic resilience. This composite index covers the three dimensions of economic stability, welfare effects, concentration and export diversity. Results shown that Iran's E.R. varies from 0.31 to 0.53 during the period 1995-2016. It should be mentioned that the size of Iran's E.R. decreased to minimum level in 2013 due to imposing UN sanction against Iran's Economy. Our findings also shown that economic complexity, economic freedom, good governance and capital formation have positive and significant impacts on Iran's E.R, while, economic openness had a negative and significant impact on Iran's E.R. Finally, the regression results indicate that, JCPOA has a positive and significant impact on Iran's E.R. This agreement has had a significant impact on Iran's economy and world markets by canceling and removing nuclear sanctions against Iran. The implementation of this agreement made possible the entry of technology and investments of the world's oil companies in Iran. Apart from the energy sector, JCPOA has also had an impact on trade and other commercial investments.         The machine-made carpet supply chain faces multiple disruptions and must be resilient. To be resilient, identifying barriers holds significant importance. Previous research has examined barriers without considering the stages of supply chain resilience. In this study, barriers to supply chain resilience were identified based on the five stages of supply chain resilience, and their model was presented. The research population consisted of experts in the supply chain of the machine-made carpet industry, using judgmental and snowball sampling methods. The sample size for identifying factors based on theoretical saturation was 14, while in the modeling stage, it was 10. The results indicated 20, 20, 16, 16, and 16 barriers in each of the five stages. Variables such as lack of trust, network complexity, lack of top management commitment, cultural challenges, and low human resource competence are of high importance based on their frequency in the five stages and the roles they play, requiring special attention.         Dawood Hamidi Maryam Khalili Asl Farhad Khodadad Kashi Abstract In this research, the Iran's economy resilience before and after the JCPOA and the factors affecting it are evaluated. A composite index is used to measure Iran's economic resilience. This index covers the three dimensions of economic stability, welfare effects, concentration and export variety. The results confirm that Iran's economic resilience has changed from 0.31 to 0.51 during the period 1995-2016. It should be mentioned that the size of this index decreased to its lowest level in 2013 due to the sanctions imposed by the United Nations. In addition, variables such as economic complexity, economic freedom, good governance and capital formation have positive and significant effect on the Iran's economy resilience, while the openness of the economy had a negative effect on it. The estimation results of the model show that JCPOA has had a positive and significant effect on Iran's economy resilience. This agreement has had a significant effect on Iran's economy and world markets by canceling and removing nuclear sanctions against Iran.
