Changes and evolutions in society, especially the family, are studied and explained based on various theories, including the theory of conflict. According to this theory, there are different attitudes and interests in a society and also different groups, that by power, order is created between them and social stability is provided; but ultimately the unequal distribution of resources will lead to struggle and conflict between them. The present research aims to interpret and analyze the evolutions of Iranian family in novels « Talar-e Ayeneh (The Mirror Hall)» by Amir Hossein Cheheltan, «Samphony-e Mordegan (Symphony of the Dead)» by Abbas Maroufi, and «Nimey-e Ghayeb (The Absent Half)» by Hossein Sanapour based on the conflict theory and using descriptive-analytical method. This study seeks to answer the following questions: What factors have caused conflict in Iranian families during different periods? What were the benefits of the conflict? What resources have the dominated groups used to liberate themselves? And what changes has this conflict caused in the family? The results show that first conflict and tension are created in the upper families of the society, and then the middle families and afterwards lower families.; These contradictions are due to the familiarity with modernity, and in the beginning, the character of the father played the role of agency in this field. But in the following, other members of the family, especially the son character, and then, the daughter and wife have protested against the existing order. The father benefits from the existing order and other family members are dominated by him. He has resourses such as power and wealth at his disposal to continue his dominance and the subordinated group have used resources and capitals such as socio-economic and cultural capitals to emancipate themselves. The father character seeks to maintain his power and authority in the family, and other members of the family seek individuality and independence. The conflict resulting from this situation has led to changes and evulations in the values and norms of the family, especially with regard to marriage, education, and occupation, and a new order has been formed with the collapse of the previous order of the family. 2 - A Study of Conceptual Authority in Discerning the Condition of Banning Halal and Authorizing Haram in Imamiya Jurisprudence

The condition of banning Halal and authorizing of Haram is one of the most important discussions in Imamiya jurisprudence. Jurists consider the proviso enforceable in case the condition does not ban Halal nor authorize Haram. There is difference of opinion among them on conceptual authority in discerning the condition of banning Halal and authorizing Haram. Some jurists like Sheikh Ansari are of the opinion that the condition leading to authorization of an unchangeable rule on Haram and banning an unchangeable rule on Halal, shall be considered an instance of banning Halal and authorizing of Haram. Some other jurists, like Mohaqeq Yazdi and Nayini believe that the verdicts must first be divided into mandatory and conditional rules before expressing any authorization or banning. In mandatory rules, the late Naraqi – like Sheikh Ansari – only considers commitment to unchangeable rules (Wajib or religiously obligatory act and Haram or religiously forbidden) against the Book and Sunnah or tradition, however, commitment to act or avoid to act in permissible rules is allowed. Also, he says any change in conditional rules by setting a condition is against the Sharia law. Some other jurists, like Imam Khomeini, have resorted to the common law in expressing the quality of authority in its discernment. Manuscript profile

3 - Educational Personality Analysis of the Parties to the Disputes between the Governmental Institutions and the competent authority to deal with them

Obviously, obtaining the legal claims of the claimant or government apparatus of the claimant requires the submission of the necessary documents and documents to give a clear vote of authority from the competent authority, which in turn requires the important procedures of the hearing, especially the process of exchange of bills with the party to the dispute. In this case, the question arises, what are the conditions for the handling of litigation and disputes between individuals and the government, or the lawsuits and disputes of government agencies? And what are the principles behind it? In the cases and disputes of individuals with the state, the question of whether the person seeking and being heard complies with all the lawsuits brought before the Administrative Court by a single procedure and that the order in the Tribunal's case includes claims against non-governmental organizations, In this research, one can conclude that the results of this research reveal that the personality is different from each other and demands that every person is a natural and legal person of private law, and that the reader is composed of both governmental units and their agents and revolutionary institutions and institutions, and In the Tribunal's case, the reader must also include officials and NGOs. But sometimes there may be disagreements between government agencies, in which case we will examine the regulations and approvals that all disputes of executive agencies are referred to the legal assistants of the devices. Unless the cause of the problem is due to the lack of knowledge of the laws, regulations and unconditional legal principles, the issue will be resolved by agreeing on the existence of a specific ruling in the abovementioned sources, and if resolution of the dispute is not possible, The issues will be discussed and decided by a commission composed of the Legal and Legal Affairs deputies and the deputies of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance of the Organization for Management and Planning of the country, and the principles governing the procedures of judicial proceedings do not address these differences. Some hadiths mean that the happiness or cruelty of man is predetermined and his talent determines his destiny. These traditions are known as the "traditions of Satan". The important question in the way of these hadiths is the relation of these traditions to human authority and their apparent contradictions with divine justice. The answer to this question requires the examination of the document and the implications of the above hadiths. This article aims to study the implications and implications of these hadiths and has attempted to draw the following conclusions: First: Satan's traditions deal with both the physical and spiritual aspects of human beings; There is no difference between the authority of man and the content of the traditions of Satanism: Fourth: These traditions are not incompatible with divine justice; That is: some exist and some lack justice. In general, the lack of difference between creatures is incompatible with divine justice. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to investigate the levels of epistemological authority of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra. Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) due to her dignity of guardianship and infallibility, like a ladder that is connected to the Divine Throne, benehits the inhabitants of different degrees of existence from her epistemological clarity according to their rank and rank. N. This benefit starts from the epistemological level and continues to the highest level, in a way that the special divine guardians and the Imams of the Infallibles (AS) also benefit from her knowledge. The present study, with this hypothesis, explores and analyzes the different levels of the epistemological authority of Hazrat Siddique Tahereh and by relying on verses and hadiths and citing historical manuscripts as well as Sunni and Shiite interpretations and analyzes of Islamologists. Both Shiites and Sunnis are trying to answer this question "what are the levels and levels of the epistemological authority of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (PBUH) in the Islamic world and how is this epistemological authority analyzed at different levels?" Accordingly, this authority has been classified and analyzed in three levels: 1. Muslim community 2. Shiite 3. Ahl al-Bayt (as), by qualitative research method. Manuscript profile

Protecting children at risk is one of the most important issues of child rights under international and regional conventions and domestic laws. The principle accepted in family law is the parent's priority for child custody. However, if the child’s welfare requires, one way of protecting children with unqualified parent(s) is to keep them in a safe environment outside the family by qualified persons or public or private entities and institutions. In this way, the ultimate goal is to restore parental ability, rebuild family relationships and provide the opportunity for the child to return to the family. This study uses library resources, laws, regulations and interviews with experts and professionals of Behzisti (State welfare organization) and judiciary to try to identify different ways of providing administrative and judicial support to orphaned or abandoned children In order to provide effective guardianship and care for them. According to current laws and regulations, in case of guardianless or neglected child, caring for him/her would be in a family setting and otherwise in a residential child care community. In addition to restoring family competence, the independence of the supported child also terminates the intervention of public institutions to support children and adolescents without effective guardian. Undoubtedly, the successful return of the child to the original family requires a gradual and supervised process as well as eliminating the existing family problems. Manuscript profile

This article analyzes the critiques about discipline presented by the theorists of the de-schooling movement about school functions and, based on them, deals with reconstruction of school discipline and its realization. The method used for analyzing the critiques is analytical-descriptive and which is used for reconstructing is the synthetic method. The findings of study on limits of freedom and authority in schools from the perspective of critics include: freedom to realize oneself and denying authoritarianism; freedom to act in situation; accepting the authority of life structures; freedom to gain experience and knowledge; and accepting adult patronizing authority. Findings of the reconstruction phase include: attention and emphasis on student-teacher mutual responsibility; redefining the role of the teacher so as to allow two-way and free interaction with the student; providing contents and adopting methods for presenting them based on knowledge-based principles; and considering students as active and selective actors. Regarding these components and in order to achieve them, the school in this new definition should be able to select students and teachers at macro and micro levels; in other words, it should be an independent or autonomous school. Selection at the micro level, such as student and teacher selection, is not possible without selection at the macro level of the school, such as content and curriculum. Manuscript profile
