The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of phoneme-based working memory educational program on enhancing reading ability of dyslexic students. The research method was Quasi-experimental with control group and random assignments, using pre-test, post-test, and fallow-up stages. The statistical population of the study consists of all the students with reading disability in primary schools in Tehran. Among them, 30 students with dyslexia were selected by available sampling method from leading disorders centers and randomly assigned in experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in 24 educational sessions of working memory on phonological stimuli in auditory and visual dimensions. Reading and Dyslexia Test (Kormi-Nouri and Moradi, 2008) were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using the multi-variable variance analysis with repeated measures. Findings showed that the phoneme based working memory educational program significantly improved the reading ability of dyslexic students in all three components of reading accuracy, reading fluency and reading comprehension. These findings were also stable in a two-month follow-up. Therefore, it can be concluded that phoneme based working memory education, can improve the reading ability of dyslexic children. In the current study, identification and analysis of the factors affecting the electronic signature effect on the prosperity of the job area between the institutions (case study: oil industry) had been studied. In this study, in order to analyze the resulted data, the descriptive and deductive statistical methods have been used, and the SPSS Software is used in this regard. For choosing the test of the hypotheses, first, the data normality test (Kolmogrov-Smirnov) was used for the calculation. The results of the normality test showed that there is no condition for the equality of the variances and the data are not normal. Therefore, in order to perform the test, the non-parametric tests were used, because the conditions related to the parametric tests were not available. For performing the test of the mean difference between the education and using the digital (electronic) signature, regarding the fact that the education level was in the form of categories, and it was higher than two categories, the one-way variance analysis test was used. To compare the means with each other and to determine the level of the meaningfulness of the differences, Tookie Test was used. Regarding the point that all the persons are inside two categories from the viewpoint of the job backgrounds, the T-Test of the independent groups is used in order to review the job backgrounds of the people. Eventually, the final result of the test of the hypotheses showed that considering all the variables, excluding verifying the identity and being undeniable in the process of job units, the effect of utilizing the electronic signature in juicing up the job in two institutes is too much, and the effect of these two ingredients is lower than the average. Identifying the factors affecting the performance, risk and price of banks is important both from the perspective of shareholders and depositors and from the perspective of active elements in the market. Given that the financial market consists of the two main pillars of the money market and the capital market, the most important task of the capital market is to attract scattered capital and its optimal allocation to units that move both for economic development and to maintain the expected interests of investors. Therefore, banks, as the engine of financing the economy, are of special importance for other enterprises active in the economy, both for the government and for the banks themselves. Accordingly, identifying the factors and indicators affecting performance and profitability, risk management, as well as changes in their stock prices, both in terms of bank management and from a macroeconomic point of view, can guide the economy and governments. On the other hand, given that the main activity of banks is to provide facilities and loans to applicants, proper management of banking challenges and improving the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of banking resources, can move the economic cycle in the right direction. Accordingly, the researcher analyzed the information of 11 banks in the 9-year period from 2009 to 2017 to assess the impact of management ability, political relations and financial crises on performance improvement, risk management and falling prices of banks listed on the stock exchange. Tehran Stock Exchange paid. The results of the analysis of hypotheses in three parts show that first, the ability to manage has no significant effects on any of the performance indicators of banks, including return on assets, return on capital, growth rate of shared income and growth rate of non-shared income, as well as management ability on liquidity risk effects. It is significant, but it does not affect credit, operational and bankruptcy risk. Finally, the ability to manage has not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Second, political relations have only a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, political relations have significant effects on liquidity risk and bankruptcy, but on risk. Credit and operations are not affected. Finally, political relations have not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Third, financial crises only have a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, financial crises have significant effects on credit risk, liquidity and bankruptcy. Does not affect operational risk Finally, financial crises have a statistically significant effect on the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Manuscript profile

The main aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the evolution of the concept of childhood through human history. First of all, we traced the various meanings of childhood in four historical periods (Ancient period, middle Ages, Renaissance and ultimately contemporary period) and their implications for child education. After that, applying conceptual analysis as our method we attempted to infer the key conceptual elements of childhood. Accordingly, this analysis provides four perspectives against which the conceptual patterns of childhood could be categorized and investigated. These perspectives, in spite of their different definitions and approaches toward child education, put forward four essential questions to be answered by philosophers of education dealing with childhood concept. The dependence of childhood concept on the concept of adulthood, and the nature of this dependence, is related to the first question. The second question is about the value dimensions of human nature and its nascent state in the child. The third question focuses on children’s abilities and the mechanisms of their growth, and the final question is concerned with the various dimensions of these abilities involving cognition, emotion and volition. Along the above line of thought, the four aforementioned components were considered for a possible use in connection with an Islamic approach to child education. This approach attempts to organize educational activities on the basis of the presence of one ability versus the absence of another. Humans have long been plagued by moral issues and psychological problems throughout their lives, and psychology as an independent science since the nineteenth century has sought to be effective in the treatment of mental illness; But about two decades ago, a branch of psychology called positivist psychology, instead of focusing on mental illness and disorders, relied on positive emotions and human virtues and abilities. This new branch of psychology aims to emphasize the six moral virtues such as wisdom, courage, justice, moderation, love and compassion, transcendence and twenty-four abilities such as honesty, hope, gratitude, leadership. . . . He seeks to find what is called the "good life." Positive psychology, by relying on virtues and abilities and by discovering the hidden angles of human existence, causes the use of hidden human capabilities. Realizing these virtues in each person causes him to flourish and limit his existential vices. Lily and Majnoon, one of the five nezami's systems, can be examined from this point of view. Knowing these virtues and abilities can have a great impact on showing Lily's personality. In this poem, Lily's character reaches prosperity and excellence with the virtue of compassion, love, moderation and transcendence, as well as the abilities of love, foresight and hope. Aristotle holds a dual approach to the relationship between techne and tyche (chance). On the one hand, he uses the two terms in the same meaning with the same subject in his Nichomacean Ethics, and in Rhetoric introduces chance as the cause of attaining a limited number of good things through techne. On the other hand, he connects techne and experience with chance and lack of experience and introduces techne and chance as two opposing concepts. This is because he believes that experience creates techne, and lack of experience exposes Man to chance and accident. A study of Aristotle’s thoughts reveals the reality that techne cannot originate in chance because it demands the knowledge of cause, while chance or luck is an accidental, indeterminate, and unstable cause. Moreover, a study of the relation of techne to aletheia or unconcealedness and disclosure indicates that techne cannot emerge from chance. The reason is that, in Aristotle’s view, techne is a rational virtue that results in revealing the truth, which is itself the result of artists’ knowledge and awareness of the outcome of their craft. Similar to Aristotle, Plutarch accepts chance as a cause; however, he maintains that the existence of techne renders chance meaningless. He believes that techne is rooted in human wisdom and cannot arise from chance. Manuscript profile

The primary goal of financial reporting in capital markets is to support certain judgments and decisions, so the quality of profit is primarily concerned because of the view that high quality information leads to better judgments and decisions. Meanwhile, the ethical characteristics of managers are effective and neglected factors in this field, therefore, the present study examines the moderating effect of ethical characteristics of managers on the relationship between the amount of debts and the quality of profits. This research has been carried out in the framework of inductive-inductive arguments. In this research, library and field methods were used to collect information. The theoretical foundations and researches carried out were used as a library basis. The statistical population of this research includes all the companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the financial periods of 1392-1401. According to the systematic elimination method, 217 final samples were selected. According to the findings of the research, the ability of managers has a moderating effect on the non-linear relationship between debt volume and profit quality. Also, managers' short-sightedness has a moderating effect on the non-linear relationship between debt volume and profit quality, which research literature predicts a positive relationship between debt and profit management through accruals, and finally, managers' representative behavior has a moderating effect on the non-linear relationship between debt volume and profit quality. has it.
Manuscript profile
