  Research suggests that sustainable development covers different economic, social, tourist, physical and environmental components. One of the important elements in this relationship is physical changes and land use and creating transport and its impact on rural settlements. So many parts of our country because of these changes have economic, social and environmental developments. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of creating freeway on the development of villages and path settlements and identifying and providing appropriate solutions in the following areas: Environmental, demographic, animal ecology, social structure, industry, service, meadows and forests, geology, agriculture, land, livestock, tourism, economic, traffic and transport structure and management by using AHP method. Research theory suggests that freeway has positive impact on passing rural settlements and creates environmental effects and changes to the area under the influence. The research method is descriptive - analytical and with functional goal and from field studies in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, providing photographs and videos have been used. It is concluded that there are many villages which were impasse in path, and were leading only through local way to other villages, districts, counties and cities, after construction of freeway and its evolution, they were connected to the main artery and moreover this flow has its remarkable developments in areas under the influence, it has least environmental damage.   This research has been conducted with the aim of urban spatial analysis of urban poverty in order to achieve social justice in the Descatsib neighborhood based on the access of residents of the neighborhood to urban services in a quantitative manner. Out of the eight indicators, access to health services, education, transportation, law enforcement, parks, facilities and equipment, religious and commercial use has been used. The present research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytic. AHP (Hierarchical Analysis) method is used for spatial analysis of urban poverty. The results of the research show that poverty is concentrated in the central and eastern parts of the neighborhood and shows a lack of uniformity in the distribution of urban public services in this neighborhood. Therefore, the findings of this study emphasize the identification of poor neighborhoods and the importance of mapping poverty maps and, on the other hand, how to access urban services at the neighborhood level.   The movement of the workforce between the formal and informal sector can change the face of the cities and affect the development of the country. One of the main reasons for the recruitment of informal labor in various industries is to escape tax policy of the state. The study of the impact of government tax policies on the development trend of different regions of the country (especially developing countries) is significant for policy makers. In this paper, we have tried to use a generalized computable equilibrium model (CGE) to examine the impact of government tax policies on the economy of Qazvin province. The result of this study reflects the fact that the increase in taxes will lead to a strong movement of labor from the official sector to the informal sector in the province. Manuscript profile

  The purpose of this study is to investigate industry 4.0 advancement in various application areas of Iranian industry using Internet of Things -based achievements and technologies. In this research, 112 articles were studied by searching for specialized keywords related to the topic and using valid research sources. In the following, 88 abstracts of articles related to Internet of Things applications were reviewed. In the review we finally made up the 32 title of our article on the subject literature. According to the subject literature, various applications of iot were extracted and categorized in a table; Then, by forming a target group of experts and designing a paired comparative questionnaire for the AHP method and using Expert Choice software, the results showed that according to infrastructure criteria, financial support, senior management support, training training, firmware availability., Communication Security, Expertise and Desire for Innovation, Intelligent Manufacturing Including Automotive Industry, Intelligent Industrial Control and Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Support, Smart Networks, Intelligent Logistics, Intelligent Manufacturing Services and Processes, etc. Industry 4.0 with Internet of Things technology. There is also a low level of environmental and recycling usability that requires senior managers to support Internet of Things technology transfer strategies, the use of Internet of Things specialists, and the financial support of upstream managers to leverage the Internet of Things -compliant infrastructure.   Organizations in order to have successfully implementation and fully establishing their strategy or management operations need targeted assessment. In this paper, using the combination of BSC (a framework for performance evaluation of multiple perspectives) and AHP ( a Multi-criteria decision model which Deciding tools to prioritize multiple views of performance indicators and to establish a single standard for ranking of alternatives), technical and vocational organization centers in Guilan are considered for investigating their performance. The best important of advantage this approach, based on several indicators which consider the whole aspects of evaluation not only rely on financial evaluation For this research, the descriptive and inferential type is defined which uses questionnaires and interview from the experts in technical and vocational organization centers in Guilan. The results of this paper from the multi-dimensional assessment assist the managers of technical and vocational organization centers, ranking the indicators, and major centralize and reinforcement on indicators with low priority, and further emphasize and for indicators with high priority in investing and targeted schematization.
