The purpose of this study was to determine to what extends entrepreneurial support is provided by University of Applied Science among a stratified random sample of agricultural students (n = 150) in Kermanshah Province. Results indicated that students preferred university support in the area of marketing, customer retention, and financial support in starting a small venture. Results also revealed that these supports are not provided by university officials. In addition, there was a significant difference between current level of support and optimum level of support provided by university officials. Finally, the proposed model fitted the data with acceptable fit indices. In other words, entrepreneurial support predicted entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and self-efficacy. The result of this study has implication for university entrepreneurship centers. For example, developing creative ideas to university incubators, inviting successful entrepreneurs to the classroom, encouraging local investors, inviting successful entrepreneurs and local investors to classrooms, visiting successful entrepreneurship ventures, and training post-launch phase of entrepreneurship is recommended. The present study is descriptive and analytical survey and the area is extensive. Sample size of 349 was calculated by using Cochran's sample size. In analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics spss software and T-Test and Anova tests and criteria for determining the modeling software ecotourism entrepreneur Amos was used. T-test results confirmed the effect of each of the studied factors, and the results of the ANOVA test indicate that each dimension has a different mean in terms of effectiveness. Findings of the second order factor model structural equation modeling show that the operating infrastructure with 0/94 accounted for highest load factor more than any other influenced factors. After operating infrastructure and social service agents, with an 0/86 joint second place with a time factor into account. Environmental factors, institutional and economic factor loading, respectively, 0/84, 0/71 and 0/69 are next in rank. Investigating this question that why entrepreneurial indexes in Iran have got no desirable place in relation to other similar countries and also pondering culture as a very important parameter in the formation of entrepreneurs behavior has resulted in this new question that how culture could affect the entrepreneurship in that country. Entrepreneurial Alertness as a critical index in the entrepreneurship means that discovering new opportunities is also discussed as the chosen parameter of entrepreneurship and its relation to culture is analyzed. To study Iranian culture we use credible Hofstede method which enables us to compare cultures of many countries by its four dimensions: power distance, masculinity, individuality and uncertainty avoidance; we also use GEM reports that are related to the entrepreneurship condition in Iran in contrast to other world countries. By investigating the culture based on Hofstede Model of different countries in addition to entrepreneurship alertness and comparison with Iran indexes reported, we may conclude that cultural changes happened on the basis of dimensions of Hofstede as described before against the entrepreneurship indexes such as perceived opportunities in the years of study taken in Iran, i.e. these dimensions have been changed in a way that is not pro to entrepreneurial alertness increase, So that loss of risk taking and also increase of power distance as two dimensions of Hofstede model may decrease the entrepreneurship alertness which results in a total mitigation of entrepreneurship growth.
